Beautiful and convenient location.

Location made this a perfect spot for us it was only 3km from Dingle and came with a beautiful view of the valley. Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful.

Could not get the toilet to flush, seems to be a poor design. Also, the design of the shower made it difficult to keep the floor dry. Became very slippery.

Bonitas vistas y muy agradable

La ubicación, cercano al centro. Con unas vistas preciosas. Muy tranquilo. El desayuno muy bueno, incluido en el precio y nos daban a elegir varios tipos de desayuno, irish, continental, etc..., muy completo. La dueña muy amable.

Todo me gustó. Por poner un pero, el suelo al ser de madera sonaba bastante al andar. Pero no fue ningún problema. La cama cómoda.

Looking forward to returning again.

Our host Kathleen gave us a great welcome and made us feel very relaxed in her lovely home. We have returned to her B&B many times and she looks after us so, so very well. We feel absolutely spoiled.

We didn’t like having to leave.

A stunning view in Dingle

The stunning view and the beauty of this B&B were worth the visit! I loved the bedroom which is very clean and well-designed and the dining room with the view of som Dingle cliffs and hills ❤️

Amazing place to stay with a Beautiful wiew , the breakfast was 5 star experience, with breakfast menu and service. Everything fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay there again. Located 3 min drive from Dingle.

The B&B was very clean and easy to find. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were nice but found the beds uncomfortable. The breakfast was good. Very close to the town where we went and had dinner.

Lovely, easy going, cozy!

Breakfast was exceptional, the owners were so accommodating and easy going, the room was lovely with a great shower and amenities on the bathroom. Lovely place to hang around with TV, books and games to make the stay even more comfortable

Lovely stay and would highly recommend.

A wonderful B&B

A very comfortable stay with thoughtful provisions. The host and staff were very helpful and breakfast from a menu was excellent. We especially appreciated having fresh fruit salad.

Memorable stay with comfort and warm hospitality near to Dingle. Highly recommend.

We loved our spacious comfortable room and enjoyed breakfast and conversation with Kathleen and Frances. They are very congenial hosts and seem to really enjoy looking after people. The view from the breakfast room is breath-taking and the house is a few minutes drive from the delightful town of Dingle.

Not only are the views breathtaking, but the accommodations were perfect. Kathleen was a lovely and accommodating hostess and we had our best night sleep of the entire trip here at Short Strand. We will definitely make a return visit in the future!

Great stay, right outside of Dingle town center.

Great location close to the town. Breakfast was with an amazing view. Water pressure in the shower was the best I had on this trip. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location to explore the Dingle Peninsula

Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly hosts. Ample parking. Extremely good shower water pressure. The Short Strand is driving distance to Dingle itself, but it felt quite accessible as we drove around the peninsula. Quiet location for those looking for a base in the area.

There was an obvious "dampness" to the bedrooms that never fully went away.

Great stay just outside Dingle

Hosts were very welcoming and agreed that we check in very early in the day. Breakfast was huge and delicious with anything you could ever ask for.

We didn't mind because we travelled with a car, but notice that the location of the hotel is just outside Dingle, so you'll need a car to get to town.

we have traveled the world the best bnb we have ever stayed at room 2 was the best view the breakfast was fabulous Kathleen and her gang were the nicest people ever look no further and book it today
