The house has been recently renovated. 1st floor and independent entrances. Well equipped and located in a closed condominium with internal circuit of cameras and concierge 24 hours, access to the beautiful beach of Ipioca, famous for its warm and crystal clear waters and the Hibiscus beach Club, paradise restaurant. You can stay with your family feeling at home, because the place is very quiet and cozy.
It has 05 suites, all with split air conditioning, 05 internal bathrooms and 02 large rooms with smat tv, sofas, one of them air conditioned and integrated with the complete and well equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, refrigerator, microwave , ice-water, blender and all other utensils), laundry area with washing machine, aluminum clothesline. The house also comprises 04 balconies, two with hammocks and one suitable for dining. Goumet area with barbecue and open to the pool and toilet. Wifi internet
