My Family holiday trip to Spain 2024

Location

I would have preferred a foam mattress instead of the spring mattress which took me some time to sleep comfortably.

La zona no nos gustó nada, zona que genera inseguridad por la gente que había en la calle.

Para cuatro personas no para seis.

La ubicación es buena. Es luminoso. Las chicas de la limpieza son un amor.

El sofá cama era vergonzoso, no había menaje suficiente, ni vasos, el frigorífico medio roto y lleno de agua... Al llegar no estaban claras las indicaciones para recoger las llaves.

La casa muy justa, para pasar una noche de camino a otra parte bien pero justa en todo, menaje, calidad de comfort floja, limpieza floja.

Não aconselho para ninguém, especialmente famílias.

Nada, apenas aluguei para uma noite mas não irei repetir, muito desiludido com a casa, nas fotos parece muito melhor.

Limpeza quase nula, eletrodomésticos com gordura acumulada e limpeza da casa quase nem há. Liguei umas horas antes porque vinha de viagem e iria chegar perto das 21h no qual o Daniel me disse que não havia problema, quando cheguei lá fiquei mais de 30m a ligar e sem qualquer tipo de resposta, só após algum tempo de espera que recebi a chamada do Daniel para me abrir a porta e receber as chaves.

NO RECOMENDABLE!!

La verdad no nos gusto nada, lo funcional que podría haber sido se opacó por la mala experiencia y la gestión de los responsables.

Estuvimos esperando más de 40’ que nos contestaran para entrar a el alojamiento. El departamento, como veces anteriores, olía a cloaca por los baños, la tela del sillón estaba agujereada por quemada de tabaco y la nevera no estaba fría.

Jeg valgte ikke st overnatte - SM Apartments har lovet at returnere mine penge, men har endnu ikke kontaktet booking.com

Ingenting - valgte at skifte til et hotel øjeblikkeligt!

Der stank af gamle cigaretter og kloak. Der var møgbeskidt og møblerne var i stykker. Kun en dobbeltseng fungerede og der var redt op til to med to håndklæder selvom der var booket til en familie på fire. Stedet burde lukkes ned.

Lo único la ubicación.

El apartamento tiene buena base pero está muy descuidado. Falta de limpieza, el sofá cama tiene la mitad de las lamas rotas y te cuelas por los huecos, la ducha pierde agua, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota, en el baño tampoco hay ni un toallero para colgar las toallas. También faltaban las cortinas oscurecedoras que aparecen en las fotos y entra todo el solo. Y si tuvieses algún cuadro haría que el sitio sería más agradable. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Limpiar humedades y pared de cafe o liquido terraza llena de colillas Colchones fatal Sofa cama para uno dos personas no caven y colchon finisimo muelles en mal estado y muy sucio. Es un apartamento maximo para tres Un lio las llaves y las sabanas i falta de sillas.

La cercanía a los sitios, la limpieza y la tranquilidad además teníamos una terraza en el ático perfecta para cenar y estar tranquilos.

El sofá cama, la espuma está muy vieja y no se duerme cómodo.

Ausencia de menaje, entre otras cosas una cafetera, alguna cazuela y sartenes, solo había una sarten y una cacerola grandisimas. Faltan colgadores para las toallas en el baño, alguna percha para colgar abrigos, no hay paños de cocina, faltan muchos detalles.

No hi aneu. A les fotos que penjo no s’aprecia com de brut estava.

Abans d’anar-hi sembla que havia de ser un lloc senzill però correcte. Les expectatives es van esvaneïr tan bon punt vam arribar.

Tot. Estava molt brut.. Hi havien pèls a la dutxa, taques al sofà, pols i grassa a l’entorn de la cuina… L’aigua calenta no dona per a dos, encara que et dutxis ràpid. El sofà llit és un “trenca-esquenes”. Vam trucar per avisar que erem tres en comptes de dos i no van preparar l’apartament tot i haver-nos dit que sí; només ens van donar uns llençols per a que ens féssim nosaltres el sofà llit, però, tot i així, ens van cobrar uns dotze o quinze euros extres. Les parets són com de paper i se sent molt de soroll d’altres llocs. No hi havien els utensilis de cuina mínims (vam haver de menjar la sopa amb gots que vam haver de rentar per tenir gots per beure aigua). L’hora d’entrada és mínim a les dos (ens vam dir que no ens podien assegurat que estigués preparat a aquesta hora) i la de sortida màxim a les deu del matí.

Muy bien pero cocina con lo basico

Buenas camas, amplio, el anfitrion atento a cualquier cosa.

Falta de menaje en la cocina para poder cocinar. Con un poco mas de cuidado en este pequeño pero importante detalle seria un apartamento de 10.

Necessita millorar

La situació

Lamento dir que no estava net i vam trobar una tovallola bruta de l'anterior estada. Caldria un penjador per a les tovalloles. I una baieta per la cuina. Faltava un tamboret per deixar la roba necessària per la dutxa. És una crítica constructiva des del respecte per la feina que comporta mantenir l'apartament.

Location was great

The apartment smelled like vomit. We noticed it since we came through the door, we had to ventilate the whole place. The smell was so strong we had to rush to the supermarket to buy an air freshener. The smell came from the couch in the living room, which was to be used for one of us to sleep. It is unacceptable. There was no pillow for the guest that slept in the couch and there were also no sheets for him to sleep on.

Disappointing

Unfortunately the apartment is not looked after. The bathroom isn't hygienic and the walls overall are neglected. The sheets were clean so that's a plus.

Nice but with some points to know...

Good Location. Really close from train station and all of attractions. Dish sponge and dishwasher kit of single use. Really nice and helpful stuff.

You can hear everything in your room. All talks of neighbors. Loud or not. For three person's we have only 2 towels. And liquid soap in small bags. Not really comfortable to use it. There was no possibility to get fresh air in the room. Only ventilation system that doesn't make it really fresh air.

that we had to check out 30 min earlier then is says when u book the place plus barroom wasn’t cleaned properly found someone’s hair in there .

Nice-looking at first glance, not at a closer look.

Nearby is a supermarket Spar. And it’s very close to the station and city centre. We never had problems with the neighbors.

The showerhead wasn’t working properly. We told that the owner and he wanted to repair it but he never showed up. A doorknob was missing in one of the bedrooms, so we could never close the door. The floors where dusty. The owner / cleaning lady came into our apartment without telling us and woke us up. We were super scared. The wifi wasn’t working properly.

we are still in recovery from the Camino and this place was quiet and comfortable to allow that easily.

the location was ideal, convenient to train station, supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the cathedral on the hill for an amazing vista of the city. it was very spacious and a terrace to watch the goings on below on the street. staff very helpful and patient with our very limited Spanish. the washing machine was a bonus.

the shower design was terrible and allowed the bathroom to flood despite our best efforts. there was a musty/mold smell in the bath room as this issue has obviously been on going, the coffee maker was broken, it needs to be replaced and the stove didn’t work.
