La vista desde los balcones, lo amplio de las habitaciones.
El precio, es muy costoso comparado a otros hoteles. NO DEJAN ENTRAR MASCOTAS. Cobran por entrarlas, mas costoso que una persona.

The hotel is run down and needs a lot of upkeep!! The staff do what they can but the facilities do not help if they are broken or just plain old and ugly.
The furniture looks as if it was from a Thrift store and has been donated to the hotel. The sofas sink in when you sit. The remote control of the TVs have tape to hold in the battery. The Air Con in the room had to be fixed by the technician that was called but otherwise it was only blowing HOT and Humid air.

We had a room on the 10th floor..the view was wow!!! Floor to ceiling windows looking directly at the sea. There were restaurants and bars near the hotel. It was about a half hour walk to see the cliff divers!
Nothing! The hotel is near the old town and a bit away from the mainstream clubs and bars. That really suited us but may be an issue for others.

Nothing.
It’s rundown and VERY noisy.

Nice view, close to beach
Wifi did not work almost. There were no glass or spoon or anything else of cookware, but was microwave and cooker.

My stay at the Ramada in Acapulco was a mixed experience. To summarize:
The ease of checking in was great. The staff on the desk were very helpful and patient with my limited Spanish.
The view once we got to the room was fantastic, it overlooked the bay. It was a continuous ocean view and I challenge anyone to find a better view to wake up to in the morning.
This was compounded by having chairs to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views and sunsets over the bay. In this case, it was 5 star.
The rooms were clean and we knew because of the smell of bleach when we walked in to the room. This is understandable considering there is a standard 12pm check out time at this hotel. Ideal for late risers but not so much for poor cleaners and early check ins.
The bed linen was notably very old, the white had turned grey and the pillows, though soft, were lumpy. I also found some very long hairs in the bedding too.
It must be noted that this hotel advertises having a kitchen suite and mini fridge. Both were present, however not particularly useful considering there was no access to cutlery or plates. Not even a complimentary coffee. We had to buy some plastic ones from the local store (conveniently located around 5 minutes walk away from the hotel). This is easily remedied if you are able to tear yourself away from the ocean view. However, it does defeat the object of paying for the kitchen suite if you must bring food, and kitchenware into the hotel room. It does force one to use the restaurant for at least one night, which I thought was clever by the hotel, but disappointing considering that we had booked this hotel to be able to cater to ourselves on the trip.
As a result of our lack of kitchen utensils, on our first night, we decided to use the restaurant for coffee. I went down to the restaurant and ordered from a very polite gentleman who the proceeded to make the coffee using the microwave in the kitchen. I wouldn't have had a problem with this, until the man charged me $80 for microwaved Nescafé instant coffee. Being from Mexico City, I could have bought the same two cups of coffee from the street merchant outside of my apartment for less. Disappointed was an understatement here, we did not use tbe hotel restaurant further than this.
The room also promised a television. This television did not connect to the service the whole time that we were there. I have not taken this into consideration for the stars on the review, because watching the boats and the ocean was way better than watching a light show out of a plastic box. But I must write here, that I did pay for this service and did not receive it.
Location for this hotel seems great, it's literally on the beach front for Playa El Anzuelo.

almost everything
rooms need sound proofing. Street noise was pretty bad.
4.1
Furnishing was sparse, but we just needed to sleep and get up to connect with our cruise. Perfect for that.
The room was noisy. (Traffic noise).
4.1
it’s okay, very average.
it does not have a beachfront… it’s across the street!!! windows… thin as paper so all the noisy street is right on top of your ears… faucets constantly dripping. The parking lot seems okay, but one drives a bit further and omg… awful. I could go on and on.

decent location, but it was an old building that seemed a
bit run down and deserted. I like the open balcony and the
room
older building that was quite deserted

The room had a nice view over the bay of Acapulco and there was a good water pressure in the shower.
A very tired and old hotel, this place feels like it hasn't had any proper maintenance in years.
No stable wifi connection, it keeps dropping
The area the hotel is in, isn't the greatest and quite far away from everything

Amazing view of the bay for ~$80 CDN
4.1
location, view and extremely friendly staff on the whole
not their fault but we lost internet at a critical point
4.1
The rooms are quite spacious and clean.
The living room furniture was very worn, dirty and had cigarette burns. even though the suite had a kitchen; it had no coffee maker, no cups or glasses to drink water in. there was no iron for the clothes.

Absolutely stunning view of the sea! Best thing about the room. Perfect location for beach - 2 minutes! Beds are comfy, shower was decent. The rooms were cleaned daily, very clean room. Staff were very friendly and helped when we wanted a pan to boil water.
There were no pots pans etc It was self catering and we wanted to cook - you will need to bring everything yourself.
We wanted a King bed and got given two doubles. We kept the doubles as we wanted the view, ideally we waned both.
It's on a very noisy strip! You will need earplugs. The road is very busy.
