Light, bright and airy, this spacious, newly renovated Beach House will exceed your expectations. 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath, contemporary, pool home. 2 large down stairs bedrooms (king beds) and an upstairs bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom and a sitting room (Queen Bed). Beautiful porcelain tile floors downstairs, wood flooring upstairs, impact windows and vaulted ceilings, are just some of the features of this fabulous vacation spot. Lounge in your beautifully landscaped, private backyard with pool and grill. This unit will sleep a maximum of 8 people however, the home is most comfortable with 6 people. There is an additional charge of $35 per person, per night, for the 7th or 8th person. Don't miss this very popular Beach House that books quickly!

Clean, cozy, house near the beach. Deerfield is a quaint beach town with friendly people and good beach access. The food was great we ate several nearby restaurants and shopping was close by. Getting around the area was easy with our rental car but also within walking distance. The beds were comfortable! Listing is as stated. The host was great very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back again one day will stay here !

Wonderful home! Very comfortable and so much room. Everything was incredibly clean with every detail accounted for and so much more. Great location, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Close to FAU as well. A perfect place to stay while visiting your FAU student. Great host with terrific communication and overall amazing stay. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying again for future visits.

The home was well appointed, clean, tastefully decorated, and close to everything...shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the pool out back. The host, Stephanie, was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions that we had. We definitely would stay here again!!!

As with all real estate, it's all about location, location, location. This property is ideally situated in an easily walkable distance from town, restaurants, beaches, and the intercoastal waterway (lined with mansions which makes for an interesting walk). Stephanie was very responsive with regards to our few needs. The property was clean, and the beds were very comfortable (a must for us). My partner was in the pool on a daily basis, and while small, it provided a refreshing cool-down after a day on the golf course. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family stayed at the Heyman’s place and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owners was great and we had no issues during our stay. Their place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space to relax. The bedrooms, especially the master, are large so you don’t feed cramped. The bathrooms are nice and updated. The backyard area is relaxing and the pool was great after a hot day. The location is very walkable with the beach only a few minutes away and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall a wonderful time and if we are ever in the area again I would definitely repeat!

Great property to spend time together in! Walkable to the beach, local restaurants, shops, and pier. Loved having the pool there to cool off in. Would absolutely recommend! Property owner was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Top notch!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 5 days. Our daughter was getting married at the Addison. This open space and clean home was amazing. And there were so many extras I would never have expected. Typically I have to buy paper towels. They had a supply in the closet. Plenty of towels, dishes, beautiful pool. And we met the neighbor, very friendly. What a pleasure to stay here. Will find a reason to return. Highly recommend.

The house is close to the beach and restaurants, easy walking distance. Deerfield beach has a cool small beach town vibe. The pool was perfect and private. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We would return if the opportunity presented!

The house, pool and location were absolutely perfect for my family. The beach and restaurants were close enough that my two teens could walk on their own to both. Plus having the upstairs for the teens to have their own space was a huge plus. Stephanie was super helpful and very easy to work with. My very picky husband even said he would want to stay there again if we head back to S. Fla.

Such a beautiful renovated house designed for comfort that had everything we could have needed, and so much space that we could enjoy time together but also spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The patio and pool area was gorgeous and the perfect place to end the day after sitting on the beach all day. The location to the beach was just a short walk. The host provides a beach cart along with beach chairs , towels, umbrella's and coolers. You really do not have to bring anything but your swimsuit and flip flops! Don't hesitate to rent this home!

Stayed at this location for five weeks and never regretted a minute of it. Bright and cheery, Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Very responsive management. It as just my wife and I and our Labradoodle, Bruno. But this house, with it's two king sized beds, two queen sized beds and three bathrooms can easily accomadate eight without breaking a sweat. Highly recommended.

This place is hooked up. We had beach chairs, beach towels, and everything you need for a beach vacation. This is the perfect place for a couples trip. Privacy for each couple. Vaulted ceilings in the living room. You can walk to everything!!!!

This property is close to the beach as well as some of the best restaurants in Deerfield Beach. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and spotless when we got there.
