Great place to stay, highly recommend.

This was a great hotel - location is the street back from the beach, so away from the noise, but close enough to be near everything (nothing’s that far away!). The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable; the pool was a bonus - a real treat to come back to after a hot day at the beach; the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They arranged our onward taxi to the port and negotiated a good price for us.

The best hotel - location, people, cleanliness, everything!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Best hotel ever, especially the customer service. We were so pleased we chose to stay at Area Hotel. The staff treated us like their own family and looked after us very well. They were incredibly friendly, gave the best advice and the place was impeccably clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Amazing experience and fantastic people!

More than anything we loved the staff. Everything was clean, pool is great, breakfast also. The staff flexibility and willing to help. Wi-Fi worked good. A great location.

Very convenient stay in Ksamil, with very nice staff (be nice to them too!). Good quality rooms and breakfast.

Outstanding service at the reception. If I owned a hotel, I would have my staff visiting this place to see how a good job is done.

Best hotel in Albania!

This hotel is perfect. The room is nice, breakfast is nice, pool is nice. But what makes this hotel great is the family that runs it. They are so helpful and welcoming, they are as nice as they can be.

From al our travel in Albania this was the best, best rooms, breakfast, personel and frappe. The best!

Our favourite stay in Albania! The staff was the kindest, breakfast was homemade and delicious and we had the best frappes ever here! Can not recommend enough!

Exceptional

We had a delicious breakfast where all waiters were very attentive. We got towels for the beach because we had none with us. Staff helped us with everything. Can totally recommend this hotel

Absolutely recommended!

-Spotless cleaning -Very comfortable and huge bed -Very quiet, far from discos and bars with loud music but still very close to the beach to go during the day -Exceptional and hospitable staff (the best customer service that we received in one week in Albania) -Nice homemade breakfast -It's a family business and you can tell they put a lot of effort in running it smoothly and make you feel comfortable -Free parking -Free beach towels

Everything, really good hotel, very clean, good staff who are very polite, breakfast amazing, pool warm and good range of food, amazing service for making a special birthday

No iron in the room, but they will iron your stuff for free so it’s still a 10/10

Lovely family friendly hotel

Lovely hotel a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants, very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. They also had kids toys around to keep toddlers occupied which was greatly appreciated.

Exceptional

The staff was always smiling and sympatic. They were ready to help at any time, even they helped out booking the bus and the taxi to our next destination. The rooms are super clean and have all you need for the guests comfort. The breakfast was always fresh and diverse. They prepared new things every morning. I will definitely come back.

Exceptional

Amazing family hotel to stay. You can tell from the first minute that it is family run business and they will do everything to make your holidays perfect. The girls from reception was super helpfull, the room was sparkling clean and great equiped. I loved the choice of two pillows, one of them was memory foam. Like at home. Never saw that in any other hotel. The last night we got a bit more drinks and were late to have breakfast, but they kept the food for an extra hour for us just because I asked permission to take some croissants to the room for my friend.

Would recommend!

Great location - close to shops, bars and restaurants. Also right next to the bus stop which is ideal when travelling to Butrint and/or Sarande. Staff were really friendly, room was comfortable and clean, pool was great and breakfast delicious. Would recommend!

really impressive staff, exceptionally clean & amazing breakfast

the staff were so kind and helpful and just completely delightful. the breakfasts were exceptional- really really 1st Class and the whole place was so extremely clean and well run, an absolute credit to the people running it. could not have asked for more.
