Good location, near a shop. Quiet area, easy access to amenities. Comfortable furniture. Just a really nice place to stay.
Could have instructions for wifi and other info easier to access.

Silly keeping the keys nearly 2 miles away from the actual apartment! Having to go galivanting after an already stressful 4 hour drive is not welcoming.
Key pick up and drop off.

Reading other people's review, we were not expecting hot water/clean house/new sofa/proper comfy beds but seems like the property has been updated with new re-touch according to the past reviews. The sofa is not what it shows in the picture now but it is newer type sofa with leg rest extensions. Its not brand new but better than old ones I guess. I read in a review that their was only one pot to cook but when we reach there they was brand new pans which still had their sticker attached. The location is perfect for reaching multiple destination for us. Morrison and Aldi in walking distance. Lots of parking options near by. Lots of fast food shops in walk in distance.
You get your own private parking with gate (seems like new build) which is accessible from the apartment backdoor. On the second day we went out for few hours and return, find out someone parked a trailer with some construction equipment inside the private parking spot. There is no option to lock the gate apart from a gate studs at the bottom, so someone knew how to open the gate by pushing the studs from the bottom of the gate. Looks like someone else also had access to the spot and parked there not knowingly we booked the apartment. No one came back to take the trailer so we had to park in the pay and display parking which was near by. No big of a deal for us but this will not be suitable if you have small kids or a lot of things to on/off load. Not good for security purpose as well because if you keep the back door open someone can easily open the gate and come in. Its always awesome when business adapt according to the reviews and looks like the place is way better due to complains, i hope this place can maintain this standard in coming times.

The location was really good, close to the ferry to Portsmouth and local facilities, and you could park a car behind a gated area.
Firstly - Its difficult to find! The instructions for picking the keys up were a small line on an acknowledgement, collection point also not close to rooms. The beds are far too hard, really old Divans!, one of the 4 duvets was stained as was one of the towels, The vacuum cleaner hose was taped, but not together so that was unusable.
Has loads of potential and if a fraction of the revenue made was invested back in this could be a prime property!

Well outdated furniture with single rooms

I am pretty certain it is illegal to have bedrooms which do not have windows as a means of escape in a fire. Everything else about the property was fine - but the serious risk to life posed by the two ‘closet’ bedrooms is a serious concern.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, the shower worked fine with hot water. Off road parking in a drive with gates. TV worked and the living room was spacious with comfortable sofas. Good dishwasher and supply of tablets.
Booked for a family of 5 but no towels or duvet etc for the sofa bed, fortunately we had a sleeping bag with us. There was dirty cutlery in the drawers and not enough for 5 people. There was only one cooking tray and no instructions for the cooker. The off road parking area was untidy and no bolt on the gates. Why can't the key to the apartment be left in a secure box with a code number rather than a mile and a half drive away? If you came by train that is very inconvenient

The space was brilliant, there was off-street parking which was a bonus. The conservatory bit off of the kitchen was a nice surprise, we spent most of our time sitting out there. Location was good for where we were going. Shower pressure was decent.
Firstly we had to travel about 7-10 mins from the apartment to a hotel to collect keys. Once we arrived at the apartment, although the furniture was very dated, the space and cleanliness far outweighed that. The bed in the 3rd bedroom off of the kitchen - the mattress was quite springy and not the most comfortable. Both small bedrooms do not have any windows, although this didn't bother me. The main bedroom has a small window which you can't see out of but would have been good to have a blind or something as the room filled with sunlight at 5am so had to go to the smaller room for 'darkness' but that may have been a preference? The only other thing that bothered me was during the night, the lights went out and when I contacted someone in the morning to ask where the flip-switch was via booking.com, I was pretty much ignored, so we had to get ready to leave in the dark.

Love the location and the layout of the apartment
This time we had some issues. There was no hot water, the wifi did not work and the toilet flush was inefficient. More disappointingly, we raised this at the time of departure and have had no feedback whatsoever. We have stayed here on several previous occasions, but are not likely to do so again.

The location was in the roughest part of Gosport. Next to run down houses and a noisy pub.
Where can I start. Key collect/return was a nightmare, a ludicrous arrangement. Smell hit you as soon as you entered the property. Dirty/stained carpet and furniture. No windows in bedrooms, like cells. Lounge ceiling looked like it would collapse and had brown stain. Bathroom outdated and tired. As was the lounge. The so called patio area overlooked what looked like a scrap yard in the back and stank of cigarette smoke. Seriously doubt this was cleaned to "covid standards". Lots of dvds but no dvd player.
