Il parcheggio.
Tutto abbastanza scadente. La colazione è minimale, il ristorante è allucinante, neanche un hamburger sanno fare...sembrava una ciabatta. Prezzi ridicoli.
Moquette ai piani è sudicia, nei bagni c'è la tendina bianca di plastica.

My wife and I loved the variety of breakfasts that were prepared daily during our 6 days at the Hotel. The friendliness of the staff was superb. There was someone at every door to open the door for you. I was most impressed that they all called me by my last name: Mr. Taylor
We visited the casino one time because of the heavy smoking smell in the room. If I could recommend one change, it will be no smoking in the casino.

Gorgeous view from the terrace. Great quality of dinner options - though the sushi was really quite expensive.
I paid $220/night for a room with no windows/sunlight, not even a view to a yard. Rooms without a view should be cheaper than that.
Breakfast could be improved -- coffee was weak/this one morning, omelette overcooked.
One of the waiters one evening was irritable / angry.
One of my colleagues had an injury - a sprained ankle. We asked hotel if they could get a doctor to come see her on site tape up the ankle, This wasn't possible - we had to go to the clinic (painful and took a long time for her - would have been better if a doctor could have come to her room.
Considering the high $220 daily rate, I had expected better.

Location, food quality, how comfortable the bed was, staff helpfulness, ambience, smell.
The stress of setting up the ironing board where the iron is attached to the board. This made ironing extemely frustrating.
Location of the toilet roll dispenser in room bathroom, not having enough UK plugs points.

The airport driver was wonderful. Harris in the laundry was very helpful.

Mamba Point is an institution in Liberia and is definitely the best hotel in town. There is another decent hotel -Royal Grand Hotel- but Mamba Point is just better. Better location, better views, better food, more elegant -a lot!-... Looking for accommodation in Monrovia is easy: you stay at Mamba Point. There's very little choice and Mamba Point is the best hotel on offer and a truly enjoyable place to stay in. The views over the Atlantic are phenomenal, and the pool is classically elegant and quiet. Food is fantastic and unmatched in Liberia and they even have a delivery service. Room was big and comfortable. I asked for laundry service and an employee came to my room straight away and I got my clothes back washed and perfectly ironed 90 minutes later. Impressive. Mamba Point is an amazing hotel- the experience of being in Monrovia is different if you're staying here. It's a bubble of comfort and luxury in an otherwise very difficult country
Getting my covid PCR result in Monrovia was a nightmare, and Mamba Point did little to help. Unlike in Mamba Point Freetown, where staff were knowledgeable of the procedure and guided you throughout, I sought assistance from the hotel in Monrovia and was severely misguided and charged 25€ to be taken not far for the test. I had to go again the next day because the hotel advised me to go on the wrong day, so 2 unnecesary early wake ups during my holidays. The hotel was nice to offer me a free lunch, a free trip to the Ducor hotel I said I wanted to visit before leaving and another free trip to the airport in a 4WD, which was lovely because Monrovia airport is far away and transportation there is expensive. However, what is really important for travellers in times of covid is to be assisted in countries where you don't know how the health system works. In that, Mamba Point were below expectations. My last day in Liberia was completely ruined and I got my PCR test result at 23:30 for a flight at 5 am.
Overall, the local Liberian staff at the front desk were slow, inefficient and not knowledgeable. If you ever need something done, ask the Lebanese managers- they will solve it for you. Rabih was especially thoughtful, helpful and in control of things. My advice for Liberia is you stay at Mamba Point and go to Rabih when you need anything.

Ideal for travelers (tourism or business) who visit Monrovia, and particularly for those who expect to be staying for a week or more for professional reasons. Mamba Point makes you feel at home with its variety of high quality restaurants, its proximity to Capitol Hill and major government ministries, the warmth of its staff, at the reception desk, roomkeeping, restaurants. Management is eager to facilitate your stay and provide assistance as required.
The hotel also can provide facilities and special arrangements for mid to long term stays. It is located in the quiet, diplomatic district of Monrovia, close to the Ocean with a gym and a pool that is very much appreciated after hot working days.
Definitely going back to Mamba Point hotel when visiting Monrovia again.
