Heshkili Huts is located in an amazing spot, the people who run the place are all very warm and welcoming, we immediately felt at home. We enjoyed peace and quiet, as well as delicious Georgian food and drinks!

We had a wonderful stay at Heshkili huts, which is a family business. The huts are located up on a hill. So either you come by car (the hosts will gladly help you to order a taxi for a normal price), take the cable lift or you hike. The view is breathtaking! It’s just a beautiful place to relax, stroll around and have a good time. The huts are simple and cozy and provided everything we needed. We had breakfast and dinner, it is fresh and really good food. We totally recommend to try the local meals. We liked Kubdari a lot. The herbal tea with local herbs was so delicious.
But it’s the people who are significant. They are very lovely, each of them is friendly, helpful and does everything to make you feel comfortable.
The communication in English was fine!
If we ever come back to Svaneti we will stay at Heshkili huts again. Madloba! :)

I have travelled to 50 countries, but this place was one of the most beautiful spots I have ever been with an incredible view. The staff was extremely friendly. They also run a restaurant with reasonable prices, but as it is in the middle of nowhere, I would also recommend you to take some food with you. There are cows, pigs and horses around and the kids loved it. The huts are cosy.
I had no network (Magti) and their wifi was broken.

Location and views
Toilets and showers are cold, only suitable for very warm days. No soap, unhygienic. There is literally nothing in the room except an old bed. One power outlet far from the bed, many bugs and dirt inside the room. Shower is far away from houses, doesn't have a heater and you have to walk through the outside facilities when you are wet. No network at all, not just the internet. Breakfast is "You can talk to my mom and she will do something for you". And that costs an additional 10$ per person. No activities. So, in general it is a good place if you want to pay a lot of money for doing nothing and just staring at a beautiful view.

- Terrific views of the mountains. You'll actually live in a place where everyone else is coming for sightseeing and wake up seeing Ushba.
- Great terrace to dine, have drinks or read a book (with aforementioned views)
- The hosts are both chill and welcoming, a combination that is rare in Georgian guesthouses
- Beware that the final stretch of the road is rocky, goes uphill and can be tough for your car (however, if you reached Mestia with it, it's probably nothing new).
- There's an ongoing construction on the site, as they're adding new huts.
- Bed sheets were not properly dried and had a weird smell.

One of the most beautiful locations I have stayed in and the hosts are very nice. The family gives a feeling of home away from home.
David and Malola are extremely caring and nice people. They go over and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay
The place is super cozy and the scenes in Heshkili huts are straight out of a fairy tale. Facing the Snow capped mountains with lush green valleys, cozy wooden huts perched on the hills and surrounded by trees, sounds of birds all around, cute swings at the edge of mountains to give you a thrill, little birdhouses on the trees, this place has it all.
Thankful for the wonderful Georgian hospitality in Heshkili, simply unforgettable experience and hosts
Till we meet again! Madloba :)
Nothing much, the place is beautiful :)
If anything, the washrooms can be better equipped with soaps, sanitizers etc. with clearer distinction between male and females WCs

The views are amazing. The family is very welcoming and accommodating. The evenings are spent singing and telling stories. Very filling, hot breakfast. The dog Gigi is precious.
The huts can get quite cold. Although you are provided with some very very warm blankets.

So far, this is my favorite place to stay. It had an amazing view to the mountains and the lady of the house baked the best pies. In the daytime we took a hike, because there were beautiful hiking trails nearby. It was really a place to be disconnected from the other world and connected to nature.
