The location was excellent. Fully stocked kitchen. Excellent en-suite and shower.
The main bedroom was a bit small and got very hot

Very convenient location, a very cosy, homely place which was very clean & comfortable.
Tv had been changed & wasn't tuned in.

location was good. beds were comfy. bathrooms clean
back door didn’t feel wonderfully secure. key not working as should Outside alley to back door could do with a little lighting.
No glass recycling bin or compost bin.
Toilet seat in en-suite needs tightening as slips sideways. taps in en-suite and bedroom both drip constantly.
Handles on stair door and twin room need fixing. Stair door is closed from stair side is very difficult to open again.

The staircase was hazardous and difficult to negotiate.
The decorative standard was poor.

Location was excellent. Collecting keys from lockbox is good - allows flexibility of arrival. Parking outside cottage good in Jan. Might be more of an issue in Summer.
Beds were uncomfortable. Cottage was cluttered with owners belongings, especially kitchen. Sofas were uncomfortable. Pictures on website very different from the reality. The cottage is lovely but in need of some TLC. The weekly clean was OK but cottage now needs a deep clean. Bed linen didn't smell particularly fresh which is concerning especially in these times. We had to descale the kettle. Front door is very hard to lock from the outside.

Fantastic position, hop and skip away from the shops in the high street, and the numerous walks along the beach. Watch the sun rise was magical and the heaving waves was like bottled mindfulness
Nothing really disappointed, parking would have been an issue if it was high summer period

Nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good location for walks, shops etc and the cinema. Nice to have bedding, towels, toilet paper, soap and tea towels etc provided. Good use of available space.
Frustrating trying to watch television. Freesat box was broken when we arrived. Had to have the maintenance person out. And it froze up several times during our stay. No shower facility in the ground floor bathroom. Radio in the bedroom didn’t work. Sofas not very comfortable.

The location was good, close to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants and fairly easy to park on local streets for free. Good shower in the en-suite and balcony area nice for a sunny evening. Good location to explore Suffolk. It’s a cosy house, clean and comfortable.
The cottage is a little tired in places, perhaps after a busy summer. The TV should be replaced with something up to date as we could not get the free view working and the BBC iPlayer struggled with the connection at times which was annoying at times (phone signal/WiFi was ok so guess it may be the old TV and box that need attention). We had a leaking tap on arrival in the twin room but someone came out to fix it the next day. The double room has a comfortable bed but not much space around it as it takes up most of the room.

Perfect location at the quiet end of the high street and a stones throw away from the beach.
Very clean and the space was ideal for 4 adults and a baby.
Although it didn’t cause us any issues the stairs are a very steep and may have been an issue if the baby is was older/walking. The downstairs bath doesn’t have a shower curtain or screen so we all had to share the en-suite shower.

Great location and we were contacted early afternoon to say that the property was available. It's cute and cosy and quirky. My daughter loved the little terrace
I think the owners could do a lot more with the space. The property needs some TLC. Some milk/biscuits would have been a nice touch. Expensive for what it is

The property was homely, clean and situated well to all amenities.
The stairs were a bit tight however for a cottage I suppose you would expect this. Also having a car parked in the side alley making access to the rear of the property difficult we would have been in real trouble had we had a pushchair or wheelchair.

Clean and safety measures in place.
Had a good stay exploring the area.

Lovely cottage, perfect location in the high street opposite the sea and near the yacht club.
Kitchen a little small to cook and eat a family of 4 might struggle we were only 2 and if was tight.
