Overall, we had a pleasant stay and might consider renting again.

The apartment is in an ideal location for visiting my family and walks around Gorky Park. The communal area's are not great, but I've come to expect this in Ukraine so not shocked by it. There are 7 flights of stairs and no lift, great way to keep fit! The 2 bedroom apartment is a good size, would benefit from some more comfortable beds and bedding though as they're very hard and no duvets provided. Two singles in one of the bedrooms instead of both having small doubles would be more suitable for families. There is a bad damp smell in the small shower room which is only slightly improved after leaving the extractor fan on for a long time. Three TV's but not very well installed, two have very limited channel with poor reception and the third TV wasn't tuned in at all. Would be more beneficial to have just one TV in the main living area with a selection of cable channels in a couple of other languages, including English. We didn't have any hot water on one day, unsure the reason for this, but it was hot the next day.

Communal area with 7 flights of stairs. Very hard beds and no duvets provided. No hot water available for one day. TV not watchable.

The honest feedback

Well , the property was good, the location is amazing , the staff friendly . The flat itself nice, interesting design and everything was there needed for living.

We didnt like the bedclothes and towels . Blanket was dirty! It had a bad smell like it together with the mattress pad had never been washed. It seems like the towels and the bed clothes wash with no washing powder!!! The towels very old, over washed… in one of the bedroom only one rosette was working from 3 in the room. Wi-fi is low. It was also the drier with bed linen and towels for the next guests probably … which is not nice as we are living there and may spoil them during our stay and the owner will give this towels for the next guests? We were with a kid , who could easily spoil the linen and those linen may be in the bed for the next guests. When we just came into the flat we were expecting a fresh smell and tidy place . It was the aroma diffuser but old and dry and i think you have to change it already.
