All rooms are fully Air-conditioned with spacious living areas, satellite TV, equipped modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, diswasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and tumble dryer. Wifi and Parking available. Dining table sets in livingroom. For relaxation on terrace you have table and chairs and sun-loungers.
In the complex, there are outdoor swimming pools with sun-loungers and sunshades s to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

From the apartments you can visit all interesting tourist places easily. The stunning seaviews from the complex is fantastic . Perfect for guest seeking getaway in a tranquil area but close to amenities. In the apartment you have total privacy, quiet and secured, gated with own gated remote to access to your parking´s place.
Only 10 minutes walk are beach´s restaurants and bars to enjoy. The town of Torrox Coast is in the heart of the region of Axarquía. It has a great access to nearby localities, such as Nerja or Vélez Málaga. The amazing history and life style of this beautiful town makes it the reason why holidaymakers love to visit, thanks to the best climate, offering an excellent gastronomy in restaurants and bars. As well as numerous activities to take part in such as golf, diving, trekking and sightseeing. The wonderful coastal strip with its amazing sandy beaches and a fantastic town centre pretty well known for its brilliant white walled houses clinging to the steep slope on which the town is built.

The apartment was great, well equipped, big balcony with a fabulous seaview and very important ;-) 2 bathrooms, even with a bath tub. The parking space was a bit small and we decided to leave the car outside on the street. The condominio was quiet, with nice garden and 2 pools. I would have stayed longer!

Absolutely loved our week in the apartment lovely and clean. Had a delay with flight and arrived early hours of morning but instructions clear and staff waiting for us as promised on arrival(much appreciated) . Accommodation close to all amenities and nice restaurants. Pools nice and clean would stay again thank you

We spent 4 nights at this apartment, which is part of a larger apartment complex, when we visited the south of Spain. It is about 50 mins from Malaga, 75 mins from Granada and 2 hours to Cordoba (by car). The location of the apartment is great as it overlooks the ocean, has proximity to beaches and a lot of restaurants, supermarkets (Aldi, LIDL) and gas stations within a few of minutes driving distance. Parking is a bit in the garage tight but manageable. The stay was very comfortable, but would have been slightly more enhanced had there been some basic cooking ingredients in the apartment (salt, pepper, oil, butter).

We loved the views of the apartment and it was fairly well equipped EXCEPT it did not have any pepper and salt, oil and vinegar or any other spices. We are not used to this. The floors were very dirty but the other surfaces were quite clean. The living room of the apartment we had did not look like this. The decor was quite different but fine.

As I said in the title this is a clean safe and sturdy place for a family stay. We enjoyed our 3 nights there as it helped us get a feel for this part of Spain. The apartment was a 3 bedroom with an east facing balcony. There was an adequate amount of space in all rooms and quite a big balcony. It is in a large block as part of an urbanisation so it has security gates and it is distant from the towns so you need a car. the parking is under the apartments and is quite tight - we had a large car so actually parked it outside on the street. The urbanisation is about 700m from the coast up a steep road. The nearest town is Torrox Costa and is walkable either along the busy road or along the beach. It is about 2km away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had all that we needed. The only complaint I would have is that the basic things for a self catering we needed to buy (oil, salt, etc). A small welcome pack would have been nice (pan, oil, salt, milk perhaps, a few tea bags and coffee sachets).
The bedding and beds were fine.
We stayed in December so a sunnier balcony would have been nicer (I should have checked this in advance) but in warmer months this would be a relief to have the sun leave the balcony by 11am. There would be other properties on the site that had south or west facing balconies so you would need to check in advance and select the orientation you would prefer.
And finally the booking service through Homeaway worked very well. We booked last minute for the next day. This was no problem and the communication was fine. The check in was easy and the checkout time was 12 so gave us plenty of time to get storted in the morning.
If I wanted to stay in a quiet safe urbanisation in this area again I would have no hesitation to stay here again, or recommend to others.

This is my third visit to Calciete Apartments and will be returning in 2020. Perfect location for Nerja and Torrox, very close to the beach and amazing beach bars, easy access from the Airport - would certainly recommend it.

Before we arrived the company was extremely helpful in giving us information and organising our holiday. The apartment is beautiful with great views and a huge balcony to eat and drink on an evening. The pool is lovely and fairly quiet and none of the annoying putting towels down at 5am! The location is up a steep hill and not in walking distance to either torrox or nerja, we were very happy we hired a car as we nearly didn't and it really is essential! Nerja is stunning. A few beach bars nearby and a quiet beach (although a bit pebbly!) our only frustration was we got told off for pushing our baby twins in an inflatable around an almost empty pool which seemed a bit silly really. The pool is good for kids but they're not allowed to play with inflatables or anything so you have to make your own fun. All in all a brilliant place to stay if you like it quiet and have hired a car! Thanks to Carmina for all her advice and help!
