Pour 2nuits ok.

A notre grande surprise il y’avait une piscine. Les chambres sont confortable mais vu le prix heureusement. Le wifi est correct. Et il y’a des volontaires pour vous faire les traductions pendant les tours. Notre guide était super mais au vu du prix du tour il n’a même pas la moitié de ce qu’on a payé ce qui nous a fait regretter d’avoir payé si cher car ce n’est pas assez pour les guides.

Nous sommes venu dans cette hôtel car on nous l’avait recommandé pour l’accueille chaleureux de la patronne. Celle ci n’étant pas là le reste du personnelle disait à peine bonjour et On avait l’impression de les déranger. Elles sont là pour vendre des tours et ont voulu nous faire payer des prix qui n’était pas affiché. Les prix ont augmenté ce qui rend les tours très cher pour ce que c’est même avec les traducteurs. Le petit déjeuner est le même tout les jours. Et la cuisine à disposition n’est pas à disposition des clients. On a du demandé à la patronne. Au vu du prix des chambres on a du demandé tout les jours de nous nettoyer la chambre cela n’était pas fait automatiquement. Heureusement qu’il y’a des volontaires pour amener un peu de chaleur dans cette auberge. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas vraiment au rendez vous.

El personal fuy muy amable, el desayuno fue bueno, las instalaciones muy sencillas y lo mejor fue su ubicación, buena relación calidad precio.

No me gustó el internet, varios días sin este servicio.

Súper ameno y amables.

Las habitaciones privadas son cómodas y cuentan con un baño privado, el personal es súper amable, siempre te explican todo muy bien y el hostel está muy cerca a los lugares principales de Leticia.

La puerta del baño no cerraba por completo.

Excellent séjour à la Jaganda, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Hôtel tout neuf, bons petits déjeuners. Les hôtes sont adorables et arrangeants. Cuisine possiblement utilisable Leurs excursions proposées sont plus qu’honnêtes en terme de prix au vu des prestations proposées (guides compétents et sympas, traducteurs et hébergement et nourriture tout inclus)

Chambre un peu humide mais certainement compliqué de mieux faire au vu du climat

Me gustó mucho la habitación, el staff y el ambiente en el hostal eran muy agradables.

Me hubiera gustado mas flexibilidad con el horario del desayuno, ya que hubo dias que tuvimos que salir antes de las 7.30.

Bon dans l’ensemble

Le nouveau bâtiment est très bien. L’ancien donne moin envie. Piscine en construction. Certainement prete pour 2024. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon prix. Wifi ok. Bon resto juste en face pour le dîner.

Very good

The location os this place is perfect, very chill and quiet in the center of Leticia. The hostel is very confortable and nice with good common areas. The service is amazing and they really care about your needs and wishes. The food is very nice, no worries if you are vegan or vegetarian, they make it for you too. I would like to totally highlight the tours they offer: they are amazing, really good price-quality relation, personalice with your personal interests, the guides are incredibly nice and good. Ecologic and no intrusive tours. we recommend it 100%!

Friendly staff, comfortable room and options to know the Amazon

The staff was always ready to help with information, and were polite and helpful.

The internet signal is poor, but it doesn't depend of the hostel, but it is something common in the town, and all the internet access is based on satelite.So, when it rains the whole town gets problems with the internet.

Amazing Hostel for Tours

The place was a nice and easy hostel with everything you can need. Especially if you want to do a tour in the amazonian rainforest. We did a 5 day 4 nights hiking tour and the organisation and the guides were incredible!!

Exceptional

Great experience! The hostel is super welcoming and friendly, Marta and all the volunteers are amazing, helpful and super nice. We stayed there for few nights (delicious breakfast!) and we went on a 3 days tour in the Amazzonia with them: they organised a customized tour perfect for our wishes and we enjoyed it so much! I'll repeat the experience with them right now, especially the home staying and the experience in the forest with Robert of Lomalinda. Thank you so much

Welcoming home/hostel

Marta, the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. On the first day she offered me lunch with her and her family. It is a very welcoming environment with Freud lit staff and volunteers. I did the 4-day tour to Rio Calederon, which was the highlight of my two months in Colombia. The local guides were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The translator was also one of the most friendly and helpful ladies! if you’re coming to Leticia I couldn’t recommended La Jangaga high

the room was not what was advertised no garden view or any view no towel or soap provided had to rent towel per day beds in dorms have no curtains for privacy not enough electrical outlets to charge phone only one shower & toilet for all dorms

Truly authentic experience with lots of love

We loved our stay at martha's hostel..she run it with so much love and effort.. she truly wanna make sure you all happy and cared after.. the same as her mum laura. We adore her with her advice, Kind and helping heart..everyone of the staff is amazing. We stayed a week and did a 3 day tour through the jungle in colombia, peru (most of our time), and Brasil. We have been very good taking care off from food, transport and how you enjoy the tour the most..its such a unique feeling that the tour you book is your tour...they ask you everytime what you like to do , see and give you suggestions.. the food was amazing each time, the hammocks aswell.. we took everywhere our time not like other tours and we been spoiled with lots of information about plants, trees, flowers etc.. we had been invited to the traditional dance that was hold for the weekend in leticia..our guide brought us there and mum laura checked on us and invited us to dance in the circle..we felt so part of a beautifull family including her staff and husband. On our last full day we did the maloka tour for the day. Unfortantly i was very unwell but i didnt want to miss out on a trip to the traditional house of the leader with the mum laura.. she and the young boy took care a lot, made me a stick to walk as make me lemon tea..i cleared up from their treatment..thanks a lot!! She spoiled us with heaps of interesting information..we loved her endless knowledge. She and martha are truly gems!! If i was not sick and we had more time than we would have stayed overnight at their uncle, the maloko leader house. He and his friend were so welcoming..you could ask them so much question. So interesting! I recommend everybody to stay overnight if you can and to do tours with them! Youll love your time every minute and feel like family. Martha also love to treat you with Juice or fruit of her garden.

As its a old basic hostel..and the amount of People using the same bathroom it get quit dirty quickly despite the team really taking care of it..i know martha herself at 6.30 am in the morning cleaned the bathroom as i Just was going to the bathroom at that time..thats why she open a bigger and more modern hostel soon as she really want to take care of the hygiëne with every room to have an own bathroom. Also we had a issue we shared with her and martha really handle these discreet and proffesional. For us nothing we didnt like..love to all!!

2nd Visit—Always a Good Experience

This is a phenomenal hostel for anyone making a trip to the Amazons! Not only is the hostel itself super nice and the staff amazing, but they also offer really great tours (1-4 days). The staff have a ton of local connections and the tours that they offer are really amazing.

Stay here, look no more

The best place to stay in Leticia! Lovely staff, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, big lockers and the best owner ever! Martha and the staff will help you with everything you need/ask. I did the 2 nights/3 days Amazon tour with them and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They only take maximum of 5 people, work with native guides and support local tourism. It was all very authentic and magical. Highly recommended for those looking for a special, unforgettable trip in the Amazonas.

Old lady working there was very nice!

The room smelled extremely bad. I checkout out early but was still charged for the original booking dates. Locks are be broken with easy pool. Rooms are small and cluttered and dirty. Honestly, not worth it

Very nice and super helpful staff. They made me feel at home from the beginning and made everything possible from booking a personalized amazon tour, airport pick-up, to giving recommendations and helping organising washing clothes with fast return etc. Would stay here again.

Nice place to stay at Laticia

Great staff, really helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, good location, variety of tours.

Only one fan for 3 bunk beds, and it’s really hot! and only one shared bathroom and shower for all the rooms as well.

If you are looking for a dirty (stained sheets, dirty silverware) noisy hostel, with slow wifi and extra fees (5,000 pesos each towel), this is your spot. We took the four person private bedroom and it was a big disappointment. The room pictures are not those of the room we booked. There were water stains everywhere.
