Colonial house completely private with 2 fully equipped private kitchen , 2 living rooms , 3 comfy bedrooms,2.5 bathrooms, free private parking up to 5-6 cars at peaceful and Safe Neighborhood , short walk to the Patty O’s cafe , bakery , antique stores and about 15 min away from Shenandoah national park! Two comfortable bedrooms with Jack and Jill half bathroom located upstairs ,the master suite with attached full bathroom located downstairs ! Every bedroom has comfy queen size beds , with high end sheets , pillows ,soft blankets .Every room has windows with natural light . Two full size bathrooms with tubs and showers located downstairs. We had a wedding in the area so that is why we chose this VRBO. It was as described with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and parking was easy. We would stay here again.

My spouse and parents were having dinner at the Inn and found this gem. It’s an old house with some fun quirks, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts stocked it nicely and it was a great location for dinner at the Inn and walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.

This is a lovely home that has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. You are also provided nice extras like 2 Kitchens, snacks, water, Coffee, Kleenex Tissues, Luxurious towels and bedding, great lighting in the bathroom and wonderful shower heads. You are in a very pretty area in the Virginia countryside. If you want to splurge on a Michelin 3* restaurant - the Inn at Little Washington is a 5 minute walk. They also have a more casual dining option called Patti O's across the street. You also are close to Shenandoah National park for beautiful scenery and hiking options. Jeff and Oxana are very helpful and responsive. You will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

We booked this property as a place for my in-laws, sister in law, and my sister to stay for our son's wedding at the Inn at Little Washington. Communication with the owner before arrival was always timely and excellent. The owners accommodated the needs of my elderly in-laws for an early check in. The house was immaculate, and the location was perfect for them because it was so close to the Inn.

We chose this listing because they allowed pets. The location was perfect within walking distance to shopping and dinners. There were many wineries within a short drive. Despite it being a very hot weekend, the house was nice and cool. We were made to feel welcome by the hosts and would definitely return for another great weekend.

Oxana met us and helped my 95 yo mother into the most adorable clean welcoming house within walking distance to the Inn at Little Washington. She had lots of warm blankets to snuggle under, 3 comfortable beds, 2 kitchens!!! It was PERFECT

This charming house was a perfect place to stay when dining at The Restaurant at Blue Rock and also Houndstooth in Huntley, VA. One evening we stayed in and the two! kitchens provided everything we needed. The bed and bedding were terrific. It was just the two of us, but the house can handle many more with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

This bit of VA is best known for its celebrated Chef, Patrick O'Connell who deserves every accolade. On this visit, we brought a pet and needed a "home away" where he and we would be comfortable when he was alone. This residence, perfectly located to enjoy the restaurant at The Inn at Little Washington, its beautiful gardens and its sister Caffe and Bakery, Patty O's. The three of us had a wonderful two day visit.
