The home is on a quiet, private street and offers room to park 1 car comfortably on the street. This modern Provençal villa offers a charming and comfortable setting only steps away from the famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc with a peaceful courtyard around the pool area and beautiful views of the sea from the second floor and rooftop terrace.
The villa offers an open living plan featuring a large living and dining area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, as well as two outdoor lounge areas for relaxation and entertainment. The home was designed and furnished by an interior designer in a Provençal and Mediterranean style. The interiors are in a modern neutral color palette and are designed for comfort and entertaining in mind.
The interior spaces are bright with natural sunlight and are nicely decorated with carefully selected quality, Provençal furniture. With the kitchen, living and dining areas opening onto the 100 m2 courtyard, this charming getaway really allows guests to live both indoors and outdoors.
The courtyard and the shaded rooftop terrace make for wonderful areas for al-fresco dining both night and day. Only steps away from the beach and minutes away from restaurants and cafés, this villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Cap d'Antibes!

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a member of our team. For every guest we offer complimentary luxury hotel bath products, a fruit basket, a bottle of wine, Nespresso coffee, two bottles of water, and basic necessities (sponge, dishsoap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.).
