Located in the Park Pointe Condo complex this top floor unit has incredible views of Lake Chelan and the Chelan butte. A short walk to town and the lake including the public beach, Safeway, Starbucks and local restaurants. A short drive to local wineries and tasting rooms.

Private patio with table and chairs and a new BBQ for grilling! Excellent views from patio.

Fully stocked stainless steel appliance kitchen for cooking and table for 6 for dining.

Brand new washer and dryer in unit for your personal use.

2 bedroom 2 bath. King bed in master with flat screen tv. Queen bed in guest bedroom. Blow up bed with bedding.

Comfortable and immaculately clean. Wonderful AC even when the weather was 104. Covered parking kept my car cool even in extreme heat. Only downside is lack of level two charging on site and nearest level 2 or 3 that works is in entiat 14 miles away. If you charge in your way here for a bit it’s not a problem but plan ahead. Great views and comfortable beds. Kids had wonderful time.

The accommodations were clean and as shown online. The view is excellent and the location is walking distance to most everything in town. Kate was very responsive when we called regarding a low battery warning on the door lock. the issue was addressed very promptly. We would stay here again. It was very enjoyable.

Our family of 4 loved staying in the Condo. It was well taken care of and clean throughout. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with everything we needed. This was a very convenient location to town and lake access. Great view from the main living area as well. Highly recommended.

We’ve been Chelaning for decades, always enjoy the Park Pointe location. Close to town, we walk everywhere! This unit was the nicest we’ve stayed in. The furnishings were great, bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. It is the top floor, but a nice balcony and BBQ too!

This place was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. All was as described or better. We cooked three dinners in and only went out one night, as the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with Kate was very prompt, we had all the check in information almost a week ahead of the stay so we didn't have to deal with it over Christmas, as we arrived the next day. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay when in Chelan. The condo is nicely decorated and is well equipped for our stay. Kate was quick to get back when we had questions. The condo is only a couple of blocks from the center of Chelan. The sunset from the condo was amazing and a beautiful view. We will continue to stay here in the future.

This place was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 10 years old. The place was fully stocked with everything you'd need for a great vacation. The views are amazing! TV had netflix so it was a great bonus for the kids. Katie was an amazing host and a great communicator. Great location, close to town, nice coffee place is down the street.

Good location...walking distance to downtown shops and parks and a great coffee shop just a few hundred feet from the condo. Just one block off the hwy to Manson, with some road noise but it wasn't an issue and there is a nice view of the lake. The drive to the Chelan Golf Course is under a mile.

Great location, close to restaurants and wineries. The condo was very clean, the view unbeatable and ease of check in fantastic. Two couples, each had own bedroom and bath with a comfy great room to lounge and a great deck and grill to enjoy the view. Kate was a great host answering questions and making a recommendation for a great experience visiting wineries with Russ’s Bus. Just a fantastic weekend in Chelan.

This was a beautiful condo where we enjoyed a very relaxing weekend. It was very clean and we had no problems. Beautiful view overlooking the lake. Kitchen had all the essentials including coffee maker, toaster, spices, large refrigerator with ice maker, etc. Dining room with chairs, breakfast bar, living room with lots of seating choices and large tv. Deck with patio table and chairs. One thing I would note, there are a number of stairs from the parking area to the condo entrance so know that when packing and if you are physically challenged for stairs you may need to choose differently. Hosts responded quickly when we had a question. Above all, I would love to stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone wanting a place to stay in Lake Chelan.

Kate was absolutely wonderful. Quick responses and accommodating for everyone. Her condo was exactly how it was listed. Fully stocked kitchen, extra towels in bathrooms and lots of extra blankets. Even had a pack n play for our baby which was wonderful. This was our first time in Washington and we would definitely come back to Chelan. Thank you for all the wonderful memories.

This unit was the perfect spot for a winter getaway. The condo was sparkling clean, it is furnished tastefully and comfortably, the appliances seem brand new, and Kate was very responsive. Everything you could ask for in a condo. It was winter so the building was mostly empty which made it very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is quite large and comfortable. Close to restaurants and downtown. Walk to a coffee shop. Great views as well. The host sent instructions the day before we were supposed to be there. Never needed anything from her during the stay. Near perfect!!
