Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Nothing says "family vacation" like a great place to gather, and this home's open-concept main level is the perfect place. Transom windows and French doors allow natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Bright white cabinetry and white countertops make this airy kitchen a home cook's dream. This area features a large center island, premium stainless steel appliances, and a gas range - everything you need to prepare a fresh, coastal meal. The nearby dining table provides seating for 10 guests, and 4 additional seats are available at the breakfast bar. After a long day of fun in the sun, plush furnishings invite guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy time together in the living room. Guests in the stunning primary bedroom will love the luxurious king bed, a large flat-screen television, and private bathroom which offers a glass-front shower, a spa tub, and a spacious dual-sink vanity.
The second floor features three bedrooms with a variety sleeping arrangements. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, two twin beds, a flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a plush queen sleeper sofa, two sets of twin-over-twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flat-screen television, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom is a beautiful king bed guestroom with a flat-screen television and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
For guests seeking a little more privacy, the carriage house is the perfect spot! This area offers a lovely king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette area with a microwave, a mini refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee pot.
When it's time to hit the beach, guests can take a short walk with their beach bag and be on the sugar white sand in minutes. The sparkling emerald waters and peaceful vistas promise to lure you into a vacation state of mind. Guests in this home can enjoy access to the WaterColor Beach Club, which offers a perfect place to splash in the pools and float along the lazy river. This home is also equipped with 5 custom 360 Blue beach cruiser bikes, which are the perfect way to explore the incredible local dining, shopping, and entertainment options in WaterColor and our surrounding coastal towns.
