Malo, no regresaría

El hotel se conserva solo del lobby en general se está cayendo es viejo y huele a viejo, las almohadas huelen mal, las toallas, solo cambian y lavan por encima, la relación precio vs hotel no es nada comparable, solo se enriquecen los dueños sin dar el merecido mantenimiento que merece el hotel, el buffet es malo, las albercas no tiene. Donde sentarse, están sucias hay muchísimos vasos de personas que toman dentro de la piscina, falta sombra en alberca y playa, las filas para alimentos como bebidas es horrible y con el calor que hace, es imposible estarte parada 10 mins cada que se te acaba tu bebida por falta de personal, las personas de recepción súper mal servicio, no me pudo explicar cómo conectarme al wifi la de recepción, parece que me hacia el favor de recibirnos, el lobby lo mantienen pero lo demás está deplorable

TOTALLY NOT WORTHY - very bad quality, not a 5 stars!!!

Room and service issues, not at all a 5 star hotel - Shower broken, we could not take a proper shower - Suite case waited in the lobby for 4 hours, I had to go downstairs and pick them up - All inclusive but no restaurant availability and food at buffet (that was the only option) was very bad quality. There was even raw chicken/not well cooked - Chaise lounge (beach chairs) dirty even in the early morning - Room faces the street + was a connected room, very noisy I spoke with 3 different receptionist, all of them said "I will report to my manager" but not single help or support. Totally not worthy the price I paid.

All the staff was great

The Sens Master Suite I had was dated, bed was not comfortable, and probably old. There was a strong smell of something like bug spray. AC was extremely noisy, couldn't sleep, which is the thing we kind of expect for an hotel (moreover when paying for the most expensive suite). Buffet dinner was bland.

The food is horrible and made my whole family sick. The rooms are run down with old furniture, bathtubs are old and dirty with water coming out brown at times, the beds only have a sheet no comforter, the rug was disgusting. The hotel has only one pool which is so full you can barely move around in and no chairs by it. The beach area is very small and has not enough chairs. You will see random dirty spots around the hotel that no one cleans. The staff seems bothered to be helping you. We tried talking to staff to fix issues they refused, we ended up going to a different resort because it was so bad.

It is ugly to compare with another stay at different hotel, but think of at least another one was be

Except from the staff at the reception desk, almost every one else treated us with kindness and respect. Took us more than an hour to get a room like the the one offered. Also there are some rules in place realy awkward, having just arrived, very late because of the reception desk, that told us we could not get in some resturant because you have to previous make a reservation, at least 12 hours in advance. How come if we were just getting in ?? . The cofee place and the icecreams were really good.

Most of the staff are realy helpfull, except as noted, the reception desk. Dont know if it is normal, but have to deal with three different persons, and also a big letdown was the contents of the minibar at our room. Mostly we just took bottles of water.

Keep searchin...cheap and not good

Nice facilities and staff

Too many kids at the swim up bar splashing. Hard to enjoy a drink when kids are getting water in your face. The food was absolutely horrendous. The buffet had a line everytime and you had to 30 to 40 mins just to sit down. The restaurants portions were tiny and not good. The snack area only served hamburger an hotdogs with birds jumping on your food moment you sat down

Amazing time , good food , Beautiful beach

Clean , good food and nice service . The beach is lovely ,a little seaweed but crystal clear water . The food is very good .... I went last year and they made some changes, for the better . Everyone must stop complaining about the line ups , go eat earlier .... if you go at the busiest hour ....yes you will wait To eat . There are small imperfections ... we are on Vacation chill ! The food was tasty ? The drinks were good ! Have an amazing time .... will go again with my kids ! Coming from a World Traveler . Grab some beach chairs earlier .... if you wake up at 10-11 am you won't find any this happens in most resorts . Can't wait to go back !

A Little more entertainment...by the pools . Good time !

Not worth it

The beach is nice. The food and the drinks were very good for an all-inclusive resort, especially during breakfast. The kids appeciated to have arcade video games that could play for free.

The queues were horrendous all the time. Even the few times we stopped at the coffee shop or at a bar with only 2 people in front of us, we waited 20 minutes because the waiters were deliberately wasting time in order to increase the queues and decrease the number of drinks served. When it was bad, is was 40+ minutes of wait. I even queued 90 minutes for tickets + 30 minutes for boarding for the Peter Pan which was the worst waste of time in my life, the boat stayed docked and there is no show, just some improvised drinking game which was very cringy and uneducational for the kids, while the crew was busy all the time trying to extort extra $ from the unfortunate passengers.

Fabulosa estancia

El trato de todo el personal fue impecable. La calidad de la comida inmejorable, todos los mariscos eran frescos y sus presentaciones hermosas. Quiero aclarar que yo no comí en el buffet ni una vez, así que no puedo dar referencia. Pero en los sitios ala carta, excelente. La habitación amplica y muy cómoda. Estaba en una sección exclusiva, lejos del ruido que puedan causar las familias con niños. Ya había estado ahí antes de la remodelación que hicieron y realmente mejoraron mucho.

la habitación tenía un pequeño jacuzzi que se encontraba sucio, lleno de hojas y tierra, y no funcioba el sistema de bombeo.

Horrible!!! Resort Boring!!!

Great Location…Front desk staff greeting was awesome…. Very helpful and patient….

Hmmmmmm (Where do I start)…the overall staff not to fun of “Colors”…. It wasn’t a great experience at ALL there!!! The bathroom sink linking the water not getting hot!!! The food was Not good at All!!! Late night where’s “the hamburger and hot dogs location” the lady picks the patties up with her hands without gloves!!!! SMH and To make reservations for the restaurant was painful “no available time” or the time they gave us was extremely late “if u don’t make it; u get a fine “meaning a fee” u have to pay!!! There’s no entertainments “Shows” on the days I was there Friday night nor Saturday night….. for to be All inclusive it doesn’t meet the criteria as a Resort but to each it’s own!!! Im speaking from my point of view…

I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.

The staff! The food options/restaurants. The hotel spaces, particularly the sensoria area for adults only. The drinks. The fact we have access to the Oasis grand palm hotel areas and restaurants too.

The shower was weak and changed temperature constantly. The food at Maki Taco is horrible - avoid at all costs! Every other restaurant is top-notch though.

Underwhelming, would not recommend.

Buffet was alright, quite a selection of both Mexican and other options.

Room wasn’t very clean. Sand on the floor and shower was dirty/ drain clogged. Room is directly above night club and very noisy. Massive queues for the all-inclusive buffet. We were also told that that our bags would be taken to our room for us, after waiting two hours we went and retrieved them ourselves. Staff were unapologetic and no one questioned us about taking bags from the security. Not impressed.

Exelente hotel! O quarto era super espaçoso e limpo. O serviço de bar do hotel era impecável e os restaurantes também. A praia privativa era perfeita. Super recomendo.

O sistema de reservas para acessar alguns restaurantes. Para pessoas que ficarão poucos dias pode ser incômodo e dificultar o acesso a todos os espaços do hotel

Crowded, bad food quality, smoking people, cold pool, registration to restaurants in 2-day advance, need their app to stay (Internet access, property map, etc) but tour booking didn't work through the app and we had to pay more for the tour booked on site. LED screen in evening shows is too bright that causes migraines. Lack of beach chairs and shadow space. Serving food from the previous day is normal there, e.g. croissants. Food leftovers on the beach. Steps everywhere, one should be very careful while walking on the property.

Para ser un todo incluido no es tan top.

La playa, aunque tampoco es la mejor

La comida es muy mediocre, excepto en ciertas horas era básicamente hamburguesa cutre con patatas o sushi de calidad muy mediocre. Luego mucha cola para coger cualquier comida, café, etc. Para ser un todo incluido no es tan top la verdad. Al entrar la habitación parecía el polo norte, tenían el aire al mínimo.

buena comida, es lamentable que en la mayoria tengas que hacer reservacion , eso no esta cool , la cerveza cada dia en el frigobar me gusto las albercas estan muy bien para estar un buen rato en pareja o familia

que te quieran vender cosas paquetes vacasionales ya dentro del hotel , cuando lo que quieres es desconectarte y disfrutar . que tengan reservacion la mayoria de restaurantes buenos , que no sean claros en lo que te incluye tu paquete porque el "todo incluido" no te incluye todo

Extraordinario Hotel con Confort

La ideal Ubicación del Hotel en Cancún y poder alternar con su Hotel Hermano Oasis Palm.

El qué no se especifique qué las Cenas qué sé reservan tienen qué ser con puntualidad, lo cual esos retrasos suelen ocurrir en los elevadores del Hotel..... Solo eso...por lo cual no es viable qué lo dejen a uno sin la opción de Cenar en sus respectivos restaurantes de especialidades, por un retraso de solo pocos minutos como si tomarán el tiempo con un Cronómetro........y la Negatividad o mala vibración o química del gerente o encargado del Restaurante al referirse hacia nuestra persona y de como se dirigen con uno como si nos hicieran algún favor....

The long lines for food , the old hotel ! The rude staff when you had an issue with booking restaurant’s waited an hour for reservations in the hot heat to be turned away !
