A good stay with an excellent view of the beach

This is probably my 4th time staying under Seascape, the quality of the stay in full was still excellent. The staffs at the reception were friendly and gave clear instructions on where to park and how to access the room. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was good and the beach was clean. Good stay overall.

Could have a coffee table at the balcony to enjoy an early morning coffee watching the beach.

Unit A-3A-15 smell like damp cloth (bad smell)

Close to street food, clean beach, overall i like it

The particular unit A-3A-15 has unpleasant smell which we have to buy and spray fabreez, make us headache, smell like damp cloth. Coffee, tea and sugar only one sachet ea (even for 1 person not enough for 1 serve). No netflix, no youtube as advertised (no smart tv). Bed need to change as we can hear the matress spring as we move to left or right.

Great Value for Beach Front Property

Beautiful location, awesome facilities. The room was neat and tidy, I have no complain on the cleanliness. The condo is relatively new, hopefully they can keep it clean so it can survive more years. The room was even supplied with washer dryer, so it was easy for us to dry our cloth after coming back from the sea/pool. The property also have direct access to the sea and the area is big so you don't have to worry about maintaining social distance at the sea. There are also ATV rental available but it's quite pricey for me. Check in process was seamless. They have their own dedicated check in desk at the lobby.

The assigned parking for my unit is quite far from the entrance. There are 2 blocks, I am in block A but the parking is next to block B entrance so it became quite a walk.

Checking-in is easy. The house is clean. It has all the facilities you can ask for. It’s facing the swimming pool and the sea. A good place for staycation.

Friendly, efficient staff worth complimenting

The wonderful staff (especially the person coordinating with me on the booking correspondences) have been attentive, accommodating, taking initiatives and most flexible. My experience here has been wonderful and I applaud seascape management for having a wonderful group of staff.

Swimming pool is murky. Could do a bit more chlorine. Also beach buggy v noisy in the morning.

1. Location - terbaik sbb dekat dengan tempat makan, kedai jual keropok lekor, mart dll 2. Pantai- byk aktiviti. Ada ATV, kuda. Takde la bosan. 3. Kolam- pool ada 4. Waktu peak, kolam ramai tu biasa sbb saiz kolam tak besar. 4. View- dapat partial sea view. Tp okay je. Angin kuat. Best.

1. Akses kad- 1 sahaja akses kad. Nak pergi semua tempat dlm building ni kena guna akses kad. Kalau sorang dah bawak turun akses kad pergi breakfast/pool. Mmg yg lain xboleh turun bilik. 2. Breakfast- Bolehlah utk alas perut nak berjalan lepas tu. 3. Lipan dlm bilik- hati-hati letak baby di lantai. Bilik kami ada lipan besar. Nasib baik baby atas katil waktu tu. Mungkin masuk melalui bawah pintu. 4. Parking kereta- parking building lain. Ada bridge utk ke hotel. Utk loading barang agak susah. Utk couple tiada masalah tp kalau ada baby/anak agak leceh.

Einfache Unterkunft am Meer

Die Nähe zum Meer und den Gemeinschaftspool. Es gab eine Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft.

Lange Wege bis zum Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist eher altmodisch und abgewohnt. Es war nicht sauber. Im Regal, Schrank unter dem Bett war soviel Dreck, dass an diesen Stellen schon lange keiner mehr geputzt haben muss. Es waren zu wenig Handtuchhalter. Das Meer war sehr schmutzig. Schwimmen ist dort nicht möglich. Haben den Pool genutzt. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach.

Nice place to stay with families.

The location is ideal for beach enthusiasts. With covered parking, there's no need to worry about your car. The unit boasts a sea-view room, two lovely bedrooms, a spacious living room, and comes equipped with internet and kitchen amenities. It's exceptionally clean, tidy, and definitely worth the investment.

There are three doors in the unit that require access cards for entry. It's inconvenient to carry all the cards every time you leave the house.

The room is spacious, clean and complete. beautiful sea view. The swimming pool is suitable for children to swim. strategic location, close to convenience stores, restaurants and various. friendly and easy reception at the check-in counter. parking available and close to the elevator. clean and wide beach with various activities that can be done. In conclusion, highly recommended.

This comment is not related to Timurbay by seascape - Some ATV rental service providers at the entrance to the beach are unfriendly and fight for customers. To attract the attention of tourists with poor business behavior.

Overall is good

Room layout very practical, spacious. Breakfast is good, simple yet tasty. The beach side is nice.

Smelly towel. Luckly, the washer is functioning. I wash the towel first. I am staying for 3 days with family, without extra dustbin bag and toilet paper is a big problem. No cleaning provided during my stay, so have to live with the rubbish. Even the phone in the room is not working.

Decent enough, but disappointing

Wasn’t packed for a weekend stay — crowds cleared out by midday. Cool beach club with decent vibes not too far away with free parking (Puteh Beach Bar). Check out was just a key drop, efficient.

Quite a bit, unfortunately. Next time we’re in Kuantan we’ll plan in advance and fork out for a more luxurious place. The second (very small) bedroom didn’t have aircon but at least there was a fan. However, it had windows that opened to the corridor, so at night, the light would stream in — not very conducive to sleep, nor was the terribly soundproofing as loud noises woke our toddler and baby up multiple times. Communication was certainly lacking. We contacted the property a few times via Booking.com and email for a baby cot and to confirm the parking situation, but never got a response. Then, at arrival, the security wouldn’t let us drive in without a QR code — apparently everything was done via WhatsApp which we don’t have linked to our local mobile number, but they never made the effort to get in touch with us via other means. We had two tired little ones in the car after driving from KL, but still had to argue with the guards just to allow us to park temporarily at the reception area! Check in was slow and eventually the cot arrived, but not the knife we asked for (as nothing was available to cut fruit) — that took another day and plenty of reminding. They gave us free breakfast vouchers as a sorry, which was something, even though the breakfast was extremely mediocre — the guy was nice at least). We found the rooms adequately clean, but not the somewhat murky pools — if you wore goggles and stuck your head under water, you would struggle to see anything beyond your outstretched hand. Lastly, if you swim in anything less than a wetsuit, you may feel uncomfortable as most of the guests were in burkinis and/or fully covered in the pools. Oh and it wasn’t very pram-friendly (so not particularly wheelchair accessible either), but then again most places aren’t in Malaysia.
