Gorgeous place, everything you need to relax 💜

Spacious and clean, great facilities for all to enjoy. Amazing staff, friendly and very helpful.

Only negative - hot tub stunk by day 3. We did shower prior to use but it still got muggy.

Lovely house, perfect for big get togethers

The space and the games room/ living space

I did not receive an email prior to arrival with details of how to get into the property so I had to call the contact on booking.com. Also, the bedrooms advertised on booking.com are not as they are. Lots of cobwebs around the house. We did not have hot water on the first night (again, had to call the contact to explain)

Overall a good house could just do with some maintenance

Big enough space for the family. Good games room and cinema room. Bedrooms were very clean and spacious. Lovely location

Property was a bit run down. Gardens not maintained so couldn’t enjoy sitting outside as very overgrown

Exceeeded expectations - Perfect place to be together or spread out :-)

Communcation with the property was easy and Vicky was very helpful and friendly and this made us feel secure that she would be on hand for anything we needed -I really couldn't have asked for a better space to spend my Birthday and connect with family - there was so many choices of rooms and activities at the house that you could all enjoy one single space together comfortably or even if you wanted quiet time alone we all had different area's we could be in that were private and cosy. It was perfect to spend time apart and be able to get together as a group and not feel cramped.

OVERALL WE HAD A GREAT STAY AND WOULD REVISIT.

Location was great, lovely and quiet. Games room was a great addition and hot tub wash freshly filled for arrival. House was big and we all fitted in easily but had space to spread out and not be on top of each other.

Lack of communication about the hall. No information left about the house at all. Could have done with instructions on how to use cinema set up, coffee machine, wifi code. Sorted it ourselves eventually except coffee machine. However, not enough beds made up for arrival despite me responding to message about bed configuration. Had to get and make up my own bedding for guest staying on sofa beds and day beds. We expected to make sofas up at the end of a night but not find bedding and put on the pillow cases and duvet covers. Also given a wet duvet which we had to dry before we could use. Mirrors in bedrooms needed.

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HALL......COULD HAVE STAYED ANOTHER WEEK. THE STAFF ON SITE WERE GREAT !!

The location was amazing...Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Hall was amazing. Teenagers loved it to. Great facilities and the beds are super comfy.

Maybe some information leaflets of the local area, i.e places nearby, walks, local taxis, only as i do not drive.

The location was great, the house was big enough for our family trip.

The hot tube is not very private, staff walking past the dining area. Other guests knocking on door, asking for staff. and using facilities that are exclusive to the hall

Superb

We stayed in Llandwyn pod and it was really lovely, everything you needed and loved the hot tub and fire pit. Great location with easy access to main roads and nice gardens which was great for the dog with good communal kitchen a few steps away. Will be looking at coming back again in the future

Arrival wasn't great, nobody on site but we were told where our lodge was when I messaged so not a huge issue but didn't know how to work the hot tub properly. There was only one wine glass in the pod, bathroom door faulty and outdoor lamp was without batteries. Really could do with some extra lighting by the hot tub as a bit too dark with none.

Lovely location but not clean

Location was beautiful

I complained to the manager, Chris on arrival, the cottage wasn't cleaned to a 5* standard, cobwebs and spiders everywhere,I asked the manager for a hoover( after our 8 hour trip it was the last thing I wanted to do) the manager came and looked and agreed it wasn't clean, he took pictures and he got the cleaner back,she hoovered but didn't spend long, I told her it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time as dust on skirting boards, under the bed on ground floor and behind the bed and drawers just cobwebs and dust., behind the radiators were filthy, my daughter refused to sleep in her room as she is terrified of spiders! Freezer packed solid as iced up, outdoor Bbq needed cleaning before we could use it and the pizza oven wouldn't stay alight. When we got home I thought I would try and speak to Chris about it, so I messaged on the FB site, Chris said he wanted to talk as the cleaner reads the messages, I called, he answered, his child was poorly so I said I would ring back in a day or two, that was nearly three weeks ago, I have been ringing, leaving viloicemails, messages on FB messenger, I'm not having my messages returned and unfortunately this has now led me to write this review. I spent over £1,200 on a 4 night stay in a supposedly 5* accommodation... I beg to differ, I asked Chris for a partial refund in my initial message to him, if that had been fulfilled I would never have left this review but chasing someone for as long as I have been has left me somewhat annoyed. Hopefully he will read this and return my messages and refund me, which is the honest thing he could do.

Lovely stay, will definitely return if can. May use the glamping pods if going without friends

Beautiful property, large and spacious to accommodate 6 of us and 2 dogs. Beautifully decorated , had everything we needed. Lovely rural location but not too far off the beaten track to get to roads around the island.

Great barn conversion; spacious yet cosy and lovely jacuzzi

Loved the house and facilities. The barn has been converted to a very high standard and is very spacious and clean. We liked the central kitchen, jacuzzi bath, wood burning stove and more. Comfy bed linen and lovely towels too. The hosts were super friendly and we will definitely come back!

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for our liking. Obviously this is a very personal preference but we like a more firm mattress. But besides that, there is nothing not to like.
