Staff is great.
Also very quiet.
Have to pay for the kids to use the indoor playground while other families not paying.

The room was large enough for our family but the bathroom smelled because the pipes were clog. Very slow to drain both the sink and shower drains. Food was ok but restaurant closes at 7:00pm, kind of early.
The room had no air condition, only a fan. The bathroom smelled bad….i think the pipes were clogged because both sink and shower very slow to drain. Restaurant did not honor my drivers license for senior discount of 20%.

CLEANLINESS. AMBIANCE AND VIBES OF THE WHOLE HOTEL. THE BIG ATRIUM INSIDE THE HOTEL. COMFY BED. BATHROOM. COMPLETE TOILETRIES. BIG AND SPACIOUS ROOM.
BOOKED A ROOM FOR 3PAX. THEY APPROVE MY REQUEST TO GAVE US 3 SINGLE BED AS IM COMING WITH MY BRO AND SIS & WE PREFER SOLO BEDS. THANK YOU FOR THAT. 👏👏👏
THE OUTSIDE VIEW WAS GOOD. BUT CANT ALWAYS OPEN THE CURTAIN AS THE WINDOWS ARE SEE THROUGH AND THERES NEIGBORING STAYCATION HOME JUST OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM VIEW. YOULL NEED TO CLOSE THE CURTAIN FOR THE PRIVACY OF BOTH.
NEAR THE BURNHAM PARK. MAKE USE OF THE TAXIS MINIMUM FARE FOR THE NEAREST ATTRACTION WAS ₱50 only.
THE TV IS NOT DOING ITS JOB. WITH CABLE BUT NO SIGNAL AT ALL. WASTE OF TIME. should have taken out the TV for room fee. No one watches TV NOWADAYS specially if your travelling.
THEY OFFER TO CLEAN ROOM IF YOU ARE STAYING LONGER THAN 1NIGHT. BUT NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR THAT. WE FORGOT TO CALL SO THEY DIDNT CLEAN OUR ROOM EVEN IF WE PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR TO "MAKE UP ROOM".
IF THE GUEST STAYS LONGER THAN 1NIGHT. THEY SHOULD HAVE AUTOMATICALLY CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY SUCCEEDING DAY.
ITS UP THE HILL. 🥹
DONT TRUST THE 3-5minute WALK from Burnham Park that you see just outside the Hotel. Its not 3-5min walk.
Trust us been there done that. Its 10minute walk down the hill. Be careful to trip. It will be 3-5minute roll down the hill 🥹 REALITY. Its 25minutes hiking up the hill (45degree angle with lots of sweath, panting and loss of breath) Its like hiking but on a steep road. 🥹
JUST BOOK THAT GRAB OR HAIL THAT TAXI to enjoy your whole trip.
If its not rush hour. Just hail the taxi. Its cheaper.
The grab has ₱70booking charge.
The RECEPTION LADY WHO HANDLED MY CHECKING IN IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. HER VOICE SOUNDS SHES IRRITATED. SINUSUNGITAN NIYA LAHAT NG NATATAPAT SAKANYANG NAGCHE-CHECKING IN and CHECKOUT. EVEN WHEN TELLING THE GUEST TO WAIT FOR THEIR TURN AND JUST SIT. ITS GIVING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE WHO THINKS SHES HIGHER THAN YOU AND YOU NEED HER HELP SO YOU SHOULD BEG FOR IT.
OTHER STAFF AT THE RECEPTION HAS FRIENDLY VIBES and SPEAKS ON A FRIENDLY TONE.
JUST NOT HER THOUGH. Lucky you. I forgot your name. But youll see it in the records though. We checkin at around 1pm that day.

Super nice personal, nice location 📍
The carpets in the hallway where not clean, also there is loud music in the center square of the building, so if unlike a quiet experience u should definitely have an outside pointed room.

Nothing. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
Rude staff, everything was about money, deposit this, deposit that. Room had no aircon and was asked if its like to upgrade to a higher priced room with A/C. Breakfast is an add on and pretty average at best. Music was blasting out all day everyday in the central courtyard so you can’t open the windows to let fresh air in, had to ask repeatedly to get the room cleaned and fresh towels, bed was hard and uncomfortable, hotel was old and dirty.

I liked the room size.
I didn't like the fact that there was an extra charge for use of the A/C. The room size is good but very basic. There was a door gap and you can see through it. There are no amenities except for a hotel lobby. When we got to our room, the bathroom was not very clean and we had to call for room keeper to clean the bathroom well and the sink in the kitchen. There was no microwave or stove though there was a kitchen, sink and refrigerator. There were a couple of cockroaches at night on the bed too.

Location and ambience
Everything in the hotel needs to be paid in cash. No option to bill to room.
Use of inhouse dining ware has a deposit.

The location is perfect for everything
The staff at the front desk. She’s rude and don’t even smile.

I like the bed and sheets feels clean, and everything feels clean in general.
I didn’t like that the room setup was different from the pictures uploaded.

"Upon my second check-in, I'm delighted to find that the room now boasts a provided chiller fridge, a thoughtful addition that was absent during my previous visits.
Notably, the hotel has now installed its own Wi-Fi, a marked improvement from before. The ambiance at the atrium has been enhanced, reflecting the overall positive trajectory of the hotel's upgrades. The attentive and friendly staff contribute to a pleasant experience, and with Burnham Park just a 5-minute drive away, this hotel is a recommended choice for those seeking a serene escape near Baguio City, away from the city noise yet conveniently close."

It was near the center, so that was good. The view outside my room was nice.
I was very disappointed by the poor cleanliness of the place. The hotel itself was quite stuffy and dusty, like the carpets in the hallways and the elevators. The entrance way was also weird and not fire escape friendly. To go outside and in, you have to use an elevator — there is no main entrance. The bathroom in my room has molds too.

Too expensive for a 3 star hotel, no good

Clean and spacious
Location far from the center
3.5
no breakfast provided
the layout going to rooms is confusing
2.5
Good size bedroom plus a balcony. Good bathroom and shower.
24 hour desk service
large quadrangle at the centre of the hotel with a glass roof , something you might see at a more expensive hotel.
Staff noise . Mainly shouting on walkie talkie and rubbish clearance late at night ( 11.30 pm)
The indignity of having to ask for toilet rolls one at a time from reception.
Cash room deposit of 1000 pesos was something we have not come across before. The more shouting in the walkie talkie while our room was checked to make sure we had not wrecked it,
Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and paid at the reception desk
Conclusion. Keeping costs under tight control was top priority for the hotel, guest comfort secondary

We like the view at the balcony.
I have plenty of bad experience staying there 1st the rooms have 3 cockroaches, the pillows has one piece each bed and its thin and uncomfortable,2nd the staff have their own keys that they open the room even if there is a guest inside it is unsafe to stay there we have no privacy. Lastly I was charged of 500 pesos for a missing old and faded towel even if we didnt took it and I asked them to checked our baggages but they refused according to them thats their sop. And were not interested in their old stuffs. Our experience was so horrible in 456 hotel the worst hotel in Baguio.Their restaurant was so terrible the taste of wanton noodles with dimsum was too salty and so with the Siomai. I wont go back there and even recommend their hotel they have waited us for an hour for checking our rooms

I liked the location of the hotel. It’s walking distance to Burnham Park and you’ll find some restaurants and cafes along the way. Staff are friendly and it’s a big hotel. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was pretty decent aswell.
As I was near the central dining area, they played music loudly early in the morning.

This was our second or third booking here, if I'm not mistaken. I especially love that it has the vibes of a legitimate hotel. The staff and crew were very accommodating and approachable. Full package na rin kasi there's a convenience store at the basement and a chinese restaurant at B4 that is also owned by the hotel. The parking is also somewhat spacious, pagalingan nalang mag park but can accommodate many vehicles, even land cruisers and vans. I believe may function hall din sila. Breakfast is available upon request.
Honestly, the only thing na di ko nagustuhan dito evey time na mag stay kami is the fact na di ako fit sa bowl. Lol! I am a big person and it seems na sukat lang si bowl for petites, pero manageable naman. medyo dikit kasi sa pader yung bowl.

The internet connection during my 6 nights stay was unstable, I had to rely on my international roaming mobile data.

Nothing
It was expensive. The picture of the room that I booked had 3 beds but when we came in for check in it was different. It only had 2 beds so we had to pay for extra bed which is so expensive.
3.5
The bed is uncomfortable. The bed is not soft and the blanket is so thin.
3.5
The location is good. The parking is enough. The staffs are easy to talk with. In house breakfast is good. Chinese restaurant in the hotel is also good.
Very poor internet connection. Even when using personal data, the connectivity is unstable. Secondly, they don’t automatically make the room up for multiple day stays. You need to request for it and you can only do it between 9am to 5pm.
4.5
The room was spacious and the staff were very accommodating. We rented a room because it was supposed to be just a day trip but it was too foggy to go down from Baguio. I stayed with my senior parents, aunts and uncles, and we slept well in the room.
Parking was steep and tight but the security guard was very helpful. We even left our lights on in the car and front desk called us. Was also worried we didn’t have AC in the room since it said on the page there’s no aircon, but there’s just a minimal extra charge per night if ever.

The view from our room
We needed to upgrade our room because our first room which was located at the basement wasn’t comfortable and eerie !!!
Our room on the 6th floor has a great view but obviously we need to pay for the upgrade which is okay.
The rooms- with two double beds - too tight and you have to climb up the bed to use the drawers .
Safety deposit box- locked!!! And obviously you can’t use it.
The other room - with two single beds - comfortable and spacious .
Very limited information was given to us during check in and staff unfriendly!
Lobby staff more friendlier and accommodating
You need to ask to staff everything from collecting your rubbish to toilet paper because you’ve run out!!!
Overall , it’s comfortable. Okay to stay
