About this house rental

As you enter this wonderful vintage home, you will be greeted by beautiful open space and room for all . The updated kitchen is amazing and has enough room to entertain a large group. Right outside the window is the barbecue grill, with a buffet for all your cookouts. The heated pool will provide endless entertainment. If you’re not a swimmer enjoy the game room, featuring a poker table and foosball with a 55 inch TV with vintage arcade for all your entertainment needs. The upstairs offers four bedrooms away from all of the chaos to catch up on some much needed sleep, each room features its own TV. At night enjoy movies in the family room with a large 65 inch TV. For a night on the town there are plenty of amenities and several restaurants/bars close by. Tons of recreational activities as well; Helicopter Tours, Skydiving, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hover Dam, and all that the world famous Las Vegas Strip has to offer, which is only a 12 minute drive.

We really enjoyed our villa. The property has everything we needed and was close to shopping and restaurants. Fun was had with having the pool. I would recommend this villa to families with teenagers.

The best Vbro stay we have been in! Everything was just as the photos showed and better. The pool and the Jacuzzi was amazing. The house itself just had a wonderful flow to it. The neighborhood was fantastic. Just quiet in the nice cul-de-sac. We really enjoyed it. We went out there to get married and enjoy our honeymoon and it was the perfect location quiet clean with lots of entertainment within the home. Everything was easy to get to outside of the home whether you want to do the strip or Fremont Street everything just worked out perfectly and beautifully eatery was absolutely grand. I suggest Asian BBQ restaurant in Chinatown. We definitely will come back again. Ron is a WONDERFUL host! We greatly appreciate him.

We had a lovely stay in this home. It's a class act. It was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The house was tastefully furnished and relaxed, and the kitchen was fully equipped with professional cookware. Ron was an excellent host and responded right away to all my questions. I highly recommend it!

This was our third time staying at the home and is always a wonderful experience. Great for family. About 5 easy miles from strip - a straight route down Tropicana. Close to groceries and plenty of eating options. My family seems to have grown attached to the home, so it was a good time for everyone.

Family stayed here as an alternative to one of the casino hotels. It was a great decision and one I would make again in a heartbeat. Each family member had their own room to sleep in, and we had our own pool. The Strip was only about 15 minutes away, and the place was convenient to food and groceries. It was also located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The house was located close to the strip. Driving and Ubering were easy. The house was clean and well equipped. The back yard was an oasis in the dessert. We swam and sat out every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the game room. There was a sharp edge on the bath tub that got both of my shins pretty good, even with padding placed for protection. It was a great place and we would recommend it and stay again!

We went for our son’s wedding, it was a perfect location for us. The house was perfect, the pool was sensational. The back porch accommodated all of us. We all had a great time. Would definitely rent this house again since we go to Vegas because our son is there. Thanks again to the host.

The house was a huge success. Everyone agreed that it was almost perfectly suited to our needs. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to sleep, gather, break bread and soak up warm sun, play in the pool and enjoy family. We worried the steps would be too much for our mama but she handled them like a boss! We tried to party like it was 1999 but discovered that hips, knees and joints had aged too far for most of us and parties aren’t allowed anyway. Most of the golden girls are in bed by 10. We loved the big poker table and had a rousing night of blackjack feeling rich as we played with $1,000 chips. The house was close enough to buy groceries and was nicely stocked with the right stuff to cook with. Thank you for our delightful stay.

Took my mom to Vegas to celebrate her 80th birthday and this house was perfect! Large enough to accommodate family of 10 while allowing her privacy, when she wanted to get away (which was often) Lol! Location was close enough to strip, so Uber/Lyft was never an issue. It was a very beautiful home.

In town with our family for baseball tournament and this house was perfect. Lots of room and they have everything you need in the home for your stay. Pool was clean and heated, video games were fun also.

Very accurate description. Everything we needed. The host was very responsive, always answered my question (sent via VRBO) immediately. The game room was very popular- in the same space as the kitchen and kitchen island-very convenient. We loved the poker table, even chips and cards were provided. The TV had dozens of vintage arcade games/ videogames. The teens loved the Foosball table. The dining room was excellent for the Rehearsal Dinner. Code entry to the house made it easy for people to come and go as they pleased. I had 6 people from Europe, they loved the heated pool. Eventhough it was the coldest week of the year for Vegas, for them it was amazing to swim in an outdoor pool in mid-January. The house sleeps 12 people comfortably, we had 10. All bedrooms upstairs, so the downstairs activity didn't disturb those who wanted to sleep. The large garage fits a large SUV, but we parked in the driveway. Plenty of parking area in the cul-de-sac also. Good location - 10min from the Airport and 15-20min from the Strip. There were no hickups, everything went smoothly. This is the perfect house for a family reunion. I highly recommend it.

Property was great and just as described and pictured in the listing. Very easy check-in/out process and great instructions communicated ahead of arrival and in writing as soon as you walk in the door and at various places around the house. Easy access to Walmart/Sams and other stores for getting food and snacks for time at the house along with several close by places for take-out. Easy access to just about any location on the Vegas strip from the airport up through Freemont Street. Family had a great time!

The house was big and spectacular. Had all the amenities needed and more. Had a game room which the kids just love. The pool was big and heated and a specious beautiful back yard. House was super clean. The location was close to everything and only about 15 minutes drive to the strip. Ron was great and answer all our questions. Just a great stay and we all had a great time. In Vegas for the NFR. House is easy to get to from airport and close to the Thomas and Mack Arena. Roomy and comfortable home. The backyard with the pool and varied seating is fantastic. Felt safe in this neighbouhood. Would be a great home for large families or girls get away too! We loved it!

Wonderful stay at the property this past weekend (11/2 - 11/7). Fit all 10 adults comfortably. Property was clean and ready to go. We were able to have several large family dinners in the dining room and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. House was 5 mins from a Walmart, 12 mins from the airport, and a quick 15 min uber to casinos and the strip. We will be staying here again!

This house was huge. We had more than enough room for our entire group. The bedrooms had plenty of room and lots of beds and sleeping spaces. Great house for multiple family vacation. The pool was awesome. The backyard was awesome, we REALLY loved the massive covered patio. Plenty of room for games outside like cornhole. Plenty of parking. The house was walking distance to food and shopping and a 5-10 minute drive to the strip. If you are a pickleball player, there is a 20+ court pickleball center at Sunset Park, 10 minutes away. Again, great house, great communication with the owner. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

We stayed for almost a week and this house was great! The pool was awesome we swam every day and the kids really enjoyed it! It was very clean as well and check-in was very simple. It was close to everything we wanted to see including the Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West. Great family house with plenty of space if that is what you're looking for!
