Disappointing

Central location

The hotel and hotel rooms give the impression of dirtiness. I'm not sure I would ever stay at this place again.

Un accueil mémorable, excellent emplacement, excellent rapport qualité/prix

Nous recommandons vivement, Toute la famille, parents et enfants ont passés un très beau séjour chez Madame Roza, ce que nous avons apprécié: -l'emplacement : emplacement stratégique, à deux pas de la rue Isteklal dans une ruelle calme, tous les commerces étaient autour et à 10 minutes de la place Taksim, -le rapport qualité / prix: excellent chambre convenable propre tous les équipements étaient disponibles, -le meilleur pour la fin: l'hospitalité et l'amabilité de Madame Roza, qui nous a très bien accueilli, elle nous a emprunté une carte de transport, elle nous a toujours recommandé pour le choix de nos visites et parcours touristiques, lors de notre départ, elle a été d'une gentillesse inestimable,vu que nous avions un bébé avec nous elle nous a permis de garder une chambre après l'horaire réglementaire du check out ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé, et elle nous a assisté pour réserver le taxi qui allait nous conduire à l'aéroport, elle était aussi inquiète que nous lors de son retard. -Une très bonne adresse ! A refaire

Rien Une petite remarque à corriger: juste peut être le lit pas pratique pour s'asseoir dessus car le rebord dépasse le matelas.

Unpleasant, dirty and noisy

The location was good and staff were nice.

The alley was under construction and muddy so walking or carrying luggage was a trouble. All the day we could hear the construction noise in hotel room. The hotel room was not clean and the air conditioner did not work properly, all the noon and afternoon was warm. From 4:30 to 6:00 in the morning an animal, probably a rat or a cat, was running on the roof, and my children and I could not sleep because of the noise. Thank God we reserved the hotel and paid only for two nights.

I recommend this hotel for families with strollers, since there is elevator and easy to access.

the location is excellent - the reception people are all very nice and helpful - very busy area but at night it’s still quite

maybe water in the shower can be looked at as it goes from cold to boiling and back and back and back etc, but pressure is excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay at Madam Roza. Very good location, close to Taksim Square and public transportation. Rooms were very nice. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend staying here.

They don't provide an option of a breakfast, which is okay, but would be great if they had it.

You can find better hotels in Istanbul.

The bed was clean and convenient. Next to the hotel is a nice café for a tea in the evening (Café Beirut).

The male house keepers did not really care about the guests and hardly speak english. The hotel is near Istiklal-street, so it is loud in the night and in daytime, as there is a school next door. The air outside is really bad sometimes and comes inside. There is no air vent in the bathroom, so it can smell even from other rooms. Although the building is not old, the finish of the interior is very poor. For example, the water in the shower does not drain because the lowest point was set incorrectly. There is no breakfast or food-service offered in the hotel.

Great location, welcoming and helpful staff

Good value for money! Very welcoming hosts, a nice clean room, spotless bed linen. The staff are friendly honest people and helped us out with the belongings we left behind.
