Ідеальна квартира для гарного відпочинку

Все було ідеально: квартира дуже гарна, місцерозташування супер, поруч гарні пляжі й набережна, а навпроти квартири великий магазин, басейн класний, по вечорам грає жива музика у дворику (хоча в квартирі це взагалі не чутно, тож шумоізоляція 👍), власник завжди на звʼязку і завжди допоможе. Приїхала б ще і не один раз ❤️

Єдине що — розетки європейського стандарту, але в магазині навпроти купили перехідник за 2 євро. Також розетки не тягнуть 220, там менше вольт, тому щось серйозніше телефона буде заряджатися довго. Але дня нас це були дрібниці)

We loved the apartment! And now that we stay in a hotel we appreciate how good it is and we would have chosen it again!

The location is great - big supermarket right in-front of the apartment, almost all the equipment a family needs in vacation. The pool is sunny, big enough, not crowded, has warm and fun water till 7pm with lots of free and fun sea wheels, very close to the harbour of paphos, and to a bus that can take you to the Afrodita water park (611) and to the king avenue mall and to the municipal market etc. Every evening there was a very nice singing show and in the last evening there was a local songs and dancing.

The hallway of the floor of the apartment was pretty stinky… The flow of water in the shower is pretty weak, you have to make sure that you turn on the water boiler before you enter - otherwise you won’t have any warm water, you only have two universal sockets (one of them is the WiFi socket) - so I recommande to bring adaptors with you (or else you can buy in the Papantonios super for 2.5 euros) and last but not least- the refrigerator isn’t so strong (for an instant we bought milk on our first day of vacation, and by the third day the milk got sour and rotten, and the freezer didn’t freeze our bottles of water..)

Perfect place for family holidays

Very clean apartment with balcony. All facilities really easy accessible. Part of bigger hotel complex so very secure area. Swimming pool outside. Very good location, big shop and diving center very close :)

Construction workers a bit noisy sometimes especially in the morning, but it's temporary of course

The location is fantastic! So is the pool ;) The staff on the grounds was friendly, and the apartment was clean.

The block of apartments is a bit dated, but everything works, and it is very clean.

The location was very good and we thought the size of the rooms and facilities were great.

The room was confusing to find. At night we couldn’t find the location and the host didn’t answer their phone, also the reception led us to the wrong location along the beach. For anyone going, we suggest going into Basilica Hotel and turning where the laundry room is.

Incredibly convenient Downton apartment with some practical issues

The apartment is centrally located walking distance to downtown Paphos, the Nea Paphos archaeological site, the harbour, the municipal baths and lots of restaurants. There is a big supermarket across the street and a big pool area as well as a gym. It also has parking available, so you can easily do day trips around the island without issue. The owners were responsive to issues.

The bathroom was quite badly designed, as the shower cabin was not closed off. This meant the whole bathroom would get completely wet with every single shower. Also, the apartment could have done with mosquito netting as there were quite a few of the little ones.

Located close to port. Pool good. Accommodation good. The complex could do with improving.

Location was ideal for harbour area. Our apartment was clean and functional. The common areas of the complex (Basilica Holiday Resort) were tired looking. The area it’s in is residential, commercial and run down. It’s a basic 2-3 star and ok for a night or two but I won’t be rushing back. Now that I’m familiar with the area, there was nicer options for similar prices. (But that’s always the way).

Although there were a few small niggles which could be rectified easily we had a brilliant stay.

The location is fabulous for everything, no view but the pool area and taverns bar made up for it. Just a short walk from all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars and harbour.

No lift to the property which wasn't good when two of our party have mobility difficulty. No drawers in the bedrooms and not enough coat hangers so lots of clothing had to be left in the suitcase. Chest of drawers desperately needed!! Also advertised as Harbour Suites, they are not, in fact the apartment is in another building called Thalia block.So on arrival it took half an hour and the help of hotel staff to find out actual apartment which was in fact in another block.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the sea/Harbour and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The communication from the host, Tony was brilliant. We had everything we needed.

Great location, amazing host but the basic facilities need to be improved

The host, Tony, is really great. He was available for us during the night and came to the property and helped us find the place. He also helped us to fix the wifi issue. The location is really great, close to everything, and the pool in the complex is great. The host was very supportive and found us an alternative apartment for the last night once the water stopped working.

We arrived when it was dark and we couldn't find the property using the instructions that were provided to us. The address brought us a few blocks away and it was impossible to see the actual entrance. The wifi wasn't working, the host fixed it on the next day. The water current was extremely slow and weak. It was very hard to shower. After the 3rd day the water pipe broke and we didn't have hot water at all and the toiled also stopped working. The host was very supportive and found us an alternative apartment for the night.

Great place!

Location is really good. Everyting you need is only few steps away. Suit was clean and had enough space for bigger family.

Speed of the internet was not good. Lack of EU type power socets. We had to buy a socket to use coffee machine.

Nice place nice weather nice food.

Nice place close to the beach. Nice restaurants and bus station is very close. I recommend it.

There were couple of construction sites nearby and they started to work at 7am.

Clean apartment, well maintained, well equipped. We were particularly happy with the very effective air conditioning.

Low water pressure. Complex facilities (e.g. pool, gym) could not be accessed as the place was shut down due to COVID. Probably for the same reason the common spaces outside the apartment were left in a poor state (the place seemed deserted).

nice apartment with excellent location

The location is super excellent, very close to the harbour and all the restaurants. There is a large supermarket across the street and the property offers free parking. The host was very helpful and took care quickly of any problems we had. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The apartment is large and comfortable enough to accomodate all 6 of us.

The water pressure in the shower is quite low and also in the toillete (although we made sure not to throw paper in the toilette). There's almost no storage space in the bathroom. When we arrived there weren't enough beddings and towels for all of us, but the host brought more after we contacted him.
