About this villa rental

This beautiful villa was built in 2017, making it one of the newest and modern homes in the Florida Keys. There are numerous qualities that make this villa an ideal place to call home for your travels, such as: location, amenities, comfort, and style.

Marathon, Florida is in the middle of all the beauty and action of what the Florida Keys have to offer. Many popular attractions are just minutes away! There are many award winning and highly rated restaurants on Tripadvisor at a walking distance or short car ride away. Sombrero Beach is a public beach offering complimentary parking, outdoor grilling, kayak launching area, beach volleyball, children play area, and public restrooms. At a walking or bike ride distance from our home: Publix Supermarket, KMart, McDonalds, Walgreens, USPS, UPS, and Ice Cream Parlor to just name a few.

Our large 40 foot dock offers our guest the option to bring their boats, jetskis, and waverunners, or be able to rent them locally and have easy access to them directly from their home. The dock contains washing supplies such as a hose and an electrical outlet, all for our guests convenience. And better way to enjoy a beautiful sunny day than with a dip in the pool. Our pool offers a two person bench with a water jet and an LED light to set the perfect night time atmosphere. And now, you can enjoy the pool during winter season with our newly installed pool water heater!

This home comes equipped with all things necessary in making your vacation memorable. Beach, shower, and face towels are all included with your stay. Starter shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and shower gels are placed in each bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, large plates, salad plates, bowls, mugs, glass cups, wine glasses, and much more.

Amazing spot, beautiful home, pictures do not do it justice This place is breathtaking from the views to the place!! The pool is amazing!! It’s a 20 minute ride to the ocean but the views are breathtaking! Great spot will definitely stay there again!

Our stay here was beyond great! We brought the boat and kept it at the homes dock. We went fishing, diving and relaxing at a sandbar! The house is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The swimming pool and patio area under the home is really nice! Our oldest son’s car battery was dead on departure day and I had no tools. Arty had tools and he cleaned the terminals and we jumped his car. This was really nice of Arty! Thank you! In my fifty some years of life our vacation at this home in Marathon is a top two favorite! Thank you Elizabeth!

We go to the Keys every year and this was our first time at this house. Everything was perfect - location, rooms, bathrooms, pool… you name it. If you’re looking at the Keys for the first time, stay in Marathon and stay here. You’re a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores. Dock access. Close to Sombrero Beach and several great restaurants. 1-hour to Key West or 1-hour back to Key Largo. We visited all the Keys, as always, but really loved our time hanging out in the outdoor area, listening to music, and playing in the pool. Fully recommend staying here.

We didn't realize the property was a duplex, but that was absolutely no issue. There is ample parking. The pool area is perfect. We were very comfortable and would definitely book here again. Any time we reached out, the response was quick and helpful.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout with one bedroom and bath on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The pool area was perfection - covered area with table for eating and hanging out when not in the pool. The dock was fun for fishing and we used the kayaks daily. Location was right between the main road and the beach. Publix, Walgreens and Winn Dixie within walking distance. Great vacation!!

This property is beautiful and set up for a great stay. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers and the beach. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare great meals. The pool and dock areas gave us lots of things to do during our stay. My grand kids and their parents enjoyed the kayaks every morning. We rented a boat and explored sandbars and restaurants in the area. Spending time with my family was perfect on this property. Thanks to the owners for the little extra care.

I have rented many vrbos through the years. I told my family this one is at the top. So much to say. Everyone was very comfortable in there bed. The place was stocked with everything plus stuff you wouldn't even expect. So.very very clean. Layout was great. Outside was built in pool just the right size heated. Over hang area with table and chairs, extra fridge, and tv. Beautiful dock with fish cleaning facility. Chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Place had to be decorated by an interior designet it was exquisite. 3 full.baths. It was perfect. We plan.on staying here again

Propery well kept and decorated nice, has everything you need to have a wonderful time. If you use boat dock, its a longer ride to open water, you better have navigation system. Pool was great, heated. Weber grill for cooking, what a plus. Plenty of parking for your boat and car's. Love that is not a gated community, come and gonas you please. Closest boat ramp is 33rd street, about 10mins away. Would definitely stay again..

The house was perfect as it had everything thing you could possibly need and more. Location was perfect as it was right down from the beach, Publix and more! We rented a boat and went out on it everyday and the location was great! Love the way the house was decorated and it was nice having the pool! We also used the bikes every day! Never had a issue reaching the homeowner with any questions.

This was the perfect base camp for our group of two families of 4. The house had plenty of space, and was just as described. Location was great for groceries, restaurants, as well as places to visit. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Everything was perfect! There is a guy across the canal that plays crazy in appropriate music for hours and extremely loudly so small kids would have been an issue as the language in the music is truly not for young kids, but we just went inside and dealt with it. The house is great and perfect for all we needed. Thank you again!!!

We had a great stay at this house. It was very centrally located in the keys. Close to Publix and Winn Dixie. The place was spotless, spacious and very well appointed. It was perfect for my wife and I, my daughter and son-in-law and my son.

This VBRO is a perfect place to stay when in Marathon, Florida. It was close to supermarkets as well as restaurants. Each room was nicely decorated. The rental was extremely clean. The kitchen had more than enough cookware, I like to cook. There were plenty of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, laundry detergent and fabric soft. All appliances really work well. Pool and patio areas were very clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time around the pool and in the covered area under the main floor balcony. It was very nice that the area had a TV and refrigerator as well as a ceiling fan. For those who like to stay in the backyard there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. They even had a brand-new gas grill. There were bicycles and kayaks and boat dock should we chose to use them. I would definitely return here next year for another visit.

We had a great stay. The house was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and the outside space was amazing. A few things to mention: 1) a couple of reviewers mentioned this was a quiet neighborhood. That was not our experience as there was a gentleman across the water who played music at an overwhelming volume. I know the police were called on him while we were there, it was so loud. 2) would recommend that the bath towels be upgraded as they were quite thin and scratchy. 3) water pressure in the primary bath was terrible and we ended up not using the shower the entire stay. These things are small, but worth mentioning.

Our extended family (1-65) had a delightful stay at this great property. We didn't use the car at all the first 3 days. Publix a block away, beach a mile walk down the bike path and a playground there too! Pool area was great and kayaks were a nice plus. We'd book again!

Lots of apparatus / utensils in kitchen, enough silverware and dishes for our group of 8 adults, poolside Fridge, Pool, Dock, Manatees, beautiful/tasteful interior design though out, good internet performance , new BBQ grill with utensils. There are a lot of stairs, but it helped tone my calves.

Very nice home with all you need for a Florida Keys vacation. We had plenty of space. Nice view of the canal, close to Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda, and 7 mile bridge. Close to restaurants like Keys Fisheries, Porky’s, and SS Wreck (best key lime pie). Only an hour 15 minute ish ride to Key West. Close to Turtle Hospital and Dolphin Research Center. Crane Hammock park has nice trails. Near Publix and Winn Dixie. Nice pool with a heater with a great outdoor sitting area. We were blessed with fantastic Florida Keys weather and very much enjoyed our vacation away from the Michigan winter.

Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything a large family would need. Comfortable, quiet, relaxing and safe neighborhood. The pool is sunny all day long with comfortable furniture and a wonderful outdoor living area. Something I look for in all rentals. Close to the beach just a short drive down the street and walking distance to grocery. Only suggestion was more trash receptacles needed for larger families.
