Beautiful furnishings and unobstructed view of Sea of Cortez being a corner unit. We traveled with another couple and enjoyed playing pickle ball in the mornings and then coming back to preparing breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen and eating out on the deck overlooking the water. It was nice to have daily housekeeping too. The resort amenities were awesome and loved the spa close by plus being able to walk to the Marina and other restaurants. Allison being owner/manager was very easy to communicate with through email or text. We would definitely like to schedule a return stay next year if possible.

We stayed in Allison’s villa with friends who were celebrating a birthday. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! We were able to check in a little early which was perfect so we could throw our suits on and head to the pool!

The condo is exceptional, comfortable, well appointed and well thought out. The views are the best you can hope for and the attention to detail in the luxury condo is amazing! Daily cleaning service is a treat and the ease to your own washer and dryer doesn’t disappoint. Calling a golf cart for transportation couldn’t be easier, although the condo is located very close to the main clubhouse where you find the pools and restaurant. Security is effective and efficient, staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would stay again!

Amazing 4 night stay in Cabo
Allison was fantastic to work with. The condo was breathtaking. We lived on the outdoor terrace as the views are over the top! The property is 5 star in every way. The condo was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We used the referred chef for a dinner in one night. Chef Jessica was truly amazing and her menu was delicious & very reasonably priced. We have stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo & this condo is even better!
The Hacienda Beach Residence has spectacular amenities. My husband & I used the spa for massages & they were great. The staff at the pool & restaurant were very attentive & drinks & food were wonderful!! Hope to stay at this fantastic property again in the future!!

Beautiful, immaculate, relaxing, and the best possible location
We were beyond thrilled with our stay at this beautiful, spacious condo. The location and views are amazing -- so relaxing to sit on the terrace and watch the waves. The staff are the best, very gracious and helpful. Don't let COVID keep you away -- the staff all wear masks and take precautions to keep the facilities clean and everyone safe. Now is actually the best time to go because there are fewer guests and you have the pool and the staff all to yourself. We loved our time here and hope to go again.

Awesome property in Cabo
We had stayed at Hacienda before through the property. Aliison’s property is far superior to our last one. From Allison’s attentiveness during the reservation process, to the furnishings, to the cleanliness done by a housekeeper who has been doing the unit for 8 years, to the spectacular view, to the extremely well equipped kitchen this unit exceeded all of our expectations.

It doesn't get any better than this!
I'm going to return here many times, so I'm probably just making it more difficult to find availability for future stays, but I must tell you how wonderful Allison and Ron's place is. The location couldn't be more perfect, and the decor and layout are exquisite. As an owner who rents out my place in Provincetown, I can say that it's very difficult to keep furnishings in perfect condition with new guests coming in week after week with only five hours to clean between stays, but Allison and the The Hacienda resort keep everything in brand new condition. All the amenities are perfect as well, from Wi-fi coverage and speed, to the kitchen and bar and coffee service.
The views are spectacular from the perfect patio and from each of the rooms. The resort's service and food is beyond comparison. It's surprising that the restaurants don't get listed in the top ten foodie reviews for Los Cabos.
I've been coming to Cabo since I was a teenager, and I prefer to be close to town so that I can visit all my old haunts, and there is no better location for that and for access to the marina, Los Arcos and Medano Beach. Yet the resort is quiet enough that you can't tell how close you are to all the action.
I can't wait to return.

Allison was wonderful and very accomodating with us despite some travel challenges. This residence is stunningly beautiful and in an excellent position in the hotel. One of just a few wrap-around units with breathtaking views. The pictures don't do it justice. HBC is a 5 star paradise to the smallest detail. This room felt like it was professionally decorated, and everything was in the room you could have imagine from welcome food a drinks, fresh flowers, to late night cocktails. Dining on the beach is a must. A wonderful stay.

This is our second time at the Hacienda Beach Club and Residences and again a simply amazing experience. Allison was incredibly helpful with transportation reservations and great restaurant recommendations. The condo has breathtaking views from every room, with only the highest quality amenities. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything needed. All staff members at the Hacienda are great and very accommodating and helpful. The Hacienda location is perfect. We could not have asked for anything more and look forward to returning again. We highly recommmend the Hacienda and this beautiful building 4 condo!

The resort is amazing. Beautiful location on the beach that is swim-able with incredible views. The service is prompt on the beach or by the pool. A nice variety of food choices, everything we had was very good. The local beachfront restaurants are a short walk and the marina is even closer. Perfect location.
The accommodations feel more like your home than a generic resort. We did not cook but the kitchen is fully appointed if we wanted. Views from every room are amazing. All the bedding was top of the line. Building 4 is a short walk to the beach access and fitness center. It would be hard to find a nicer vacation rental.

The best views in the best location!
Allisons unit was the perfect spot to spend a week in Cabo! We were blown away by the views - especially from the master bedroom at sunrise! Everything is better than it looks online and so well appointed with things you didn't even know you would need. We were in Cabo to plan our wedding and arrived to a bottle of cold Champagne waiting for us!
The gym, pool & restaurant at the beach club are awesome, and the staff even better. The Hacienda had paddle boards & kayaks to use at the beach as well

The Hacienda Beach Resort and Residences were amazing, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed cooking in the high-end kitchen and eating on the beautiful balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The daily maid service was an added benefit in this home-away-from-home. Couldn't have asked for a better place for a great stay in Cabo for a family of four. (two teenage daughters 17 & 19) We rent a ton of places when we travel and can easily identify when a property owner provides excellent amenities and high quality decor. Gorgeous Apartment with Incredible Views!
We recently stayed here and we had a wonderful time. Cabo is a lot of fun and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. However we ate out far less than we expected to as we just enjoyed being in the beautiful apartment so much. Everywhere was immaculately clean and the interior design is beautiful. The outside patio area is gorgeous and it has an absolutely stunning view.
There is currently building work going on very near the pool area (it doesn't impact on the apartment)
We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are genuinely lovely people and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
This is a beautiful rental property and I would recommend it to anyone.

A beautiful oasis!
This place is perfect - has everything.The wrap around Patio has s beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez.Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee and a cool morning breeze. It has many amenities including Apple TV so you can play your own music. Sonos also, but we were a bit challenged in getting it to pair but the staff at hacienda came right up to help. They provide a service to order groceries, drinks, etc. in advance, but wait until you get to the villa to see what you need. Previous guests often leave coffee, alcohol, etc. The bar was fully stocked (not a guarantee). The villa comes with a Nespresso machine and pods.
The owners were wonderful. They live nearby so we had a chance to meet them at the pool. They were very helpful. And, since it was our 25th anniversary, we arrived to an iced bottle of Veuve Clicquot and snacks waiting for us as a gift.
Both bedrooms in the villa open to the patio. The only thing that I will let you know (and this is a very small thing) is while the master bedroom and bathroom are palatial, the second bedroom and bathroom are much smaller and there isn’t a bathtub (if that is important to you). And, that room doesn’t get as much sunlight. Keep that in mind if you are going with 2 couples and maybe the couple that gets the master can pay a tile more.
The only suggestion I would give to the owners would be to invest in 2 chaise lounge chairs for the side patio.
About Hacienda - I can’t say enough good things. It’s beautiful and it’s quiet. The pools and pool area are beautiful and comfortable with 2 infinity pools and three hot tubs, all overlooking the Sea. The staff were amazing. There was almost a one to one ratio it seemed at times. They were always willing and ready to get you anything you want. The food and drinks were so good, it was hard to want to leave the place. There are lots of complimentary activities including snorkeling gear, sea kayaks, stand up paddle boards - all quality equipment. My friend went the to spa and she loved it. They have a full gym and exercise classes daily.
The concierge arranged a deep sea fishing trip for us that was great. The boat was nice and big. We caught some Mahi Mahi and the crew filleted it. We went to Fisherman’s restaurant at the marina where they prepared it six ways for us! Delicious.
This must be the best place to stay in Cabo!

Spectacular Condo - Great Celebration!
The condo was amazing and exactly as expected – Spectacular!!! The location was perfect, close to the pool/restaurant/beach and in short walking distance to the marina. Allison was wonderful. She provided valuable information from the minute we booked the condo and during our stay. Offered wonderful suggestions of restaurants to eat at like Edith’s – The Office – SUR.

DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS!
From the minute I booked the condo, the owner was quick to answer all of my questions, usually within several hours. She went above and beyond with her information, listing favorite things to do, restaurants, day trips, charters, etc. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It is well stocked, including a cooler for day trips or the beach and in excellent condition. The staff at the Hacienda were very accommodating and professional. The condo location itself on the property is perfect; close to the pool, restaurant and beach. The marina is just a short walk down the drive which helps when you go fishing at 6:30 am.

This condo has it all. My wife, twin daughters (age 14) and I had never been to Cabo so we were very excited. We researched numerous resorts and settled on the Hacienda Beach Club for its location, beach and spacious accommodations. We then found this incredible unit. Amazing view, well stocked kitchen and gorgeous balcony. We were also close to the pool and beach. The staff was very nice and in addition to helping us with our excursions... they also had our groceries waiting in the unit when we arrived. Loved it! Very close to the marina and Edith's. if you have time also go eat at Flora Farms.
