Apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Clear instructions for checking in, keys, parking space and for all the appliances and heating. Location was near to town centre but on a fairly quiet road. Very close to bus station which was particularly good for us if you like to hop on a bus and go somewhere different each day. We will definitely be booking this property again. Just one thing, and it is my preference not a criticism, I would have liked a blind of some sort on the smaller living room window, only window without one.

Stayed here before, it's convenient for cliff top, town centre, supermarket, rail and bus stations all of which are 5 mins walk.
Free parking space also good.
4.3
This flat is ideally positioned on a quiet road, but very close to the town centre. The accommodation is comfortable and the shower excellent. The addition of a car parking space is a real bonus as parking near the town centre is a nightmare!
4.3
Well situated. Near bus station with regular buses to Norwich, Sheringham and Wells. Private parking is a very added bonus with the difficulty of parking in Cromer. Literally 2 mins walk to the front and amenities.
Cromer has a loveky church, cinema, and many coffee shops. Would highly recommend the Rocket House Cafe of Front. Loveky pier to walk down with coffe show, pavilion and RNLI shop.

We have stayed at this property many times and have always found it comfortable and clean. It is in a great central location and within walking distance of the town, beach and train station.

We had a lovely stay at flat1 5A Canada road, it's in the perfect location with the town and beach just a few minutes away and a Morrisons literally 2 mins away. The only problem with the flat is it needs some new sofas as the one's there are well worn and it could do with a better clean and some new blinds other than that it was very quiet flat and was big enough for 4 people. Good value for it's price.

A lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location, close to the shops and all amenities, a couple of minutes walk to the sea front. We have stayed at this property before, therefore knew what to expect.
The apartment is looking a bit tired now and could do with some TLC, i.e. a coat of paint throughout. Also a towel rail beside the wash hand basin in the bathroom would be an added bonus and hooks inside the bathroom door. I am aware the owner is having new blinds fitted later in the year, decorating may also be on her list.
Having said this we would stay again as it is a lovely apartment in an excellent location.

Flat in the most central convenient place, parking space was a real bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much but we just felt the flat was very tired, the mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable, not enough cutlery or crockery, and the blinds in bedrooms and kitchen were all broken so we were unable to have them open, the bathroom definitely needs some tlc. With a little imagination this would make a lovely holiday home.

Location was perfect being close to the bus station and shops

Does need a slip mat for the shower as is a bit slippery. Apart from that it's a great apartment. With pubs and restaurants near by.

The flat was clean and pleasant. It was close to the sea and other amenities.
We were near the buses.

The location of this flat is excellent, a very short walk to the beach, seafront, pier and shops. It was clean and comfortable.
I would definately stay again.

This property is perfectly situated and is great for a small family to enjoy a holiday by the sea. The car park space behind the property is a bonus.
4.3
The flat has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. It is in an ideal location which is central to everything so great to leave the car and walk everywhere. It is also a short walk away from the train station which has a main line between Sheringham and Norwich.

5a Flat1 Canada Road . Cromer
The flat was just right for us. Close to the centre of town. Managed to hire a mobility scooter so got about easily. Some great shops and pubs. Double bed mattress really needs replacing, it was so lumpy I slept in the twin bed. Other than that it was excellent.

Our fourth stay here in 4 years, but due to old age it may have to be the last one.
This was our 4th visit to the property, in 4 years.I fear this is probably the last time for us as a family though, because following a fall I had in the early part of the year, I now have grab rails fitted in both my bathroom upstairs and the downstairs cloakroom, I've got so used to them I was a bit fearful of using the shower when my husband was not around, because there was no shower mat either. The flat has a lovely aspect, and is indeed very close to a Morrisons supermarket, the beach, and the town centre shops too. The twice weekly market at Sheringham on Wednesdays and Saturdays is another bonus, and is adjacent to a big Tesco store, and close to the train station. The flat has a suitable space for a mobility scooter in the lobby, and I had a hired one. Beware as there is a low wall just outside the door, and we had to wheel it out before I could ride mine. However, we had to get an extension lead for the charger as it seems the socket in the hall is not functioning, seemed to have something stuck in the top of the socket. But we managed that with the extra lead. Over all, I would give it a 9 out of 10.

Ideal Holiday Stay
Ideal for couples, small family and girls holiday. Fully furnished, comfy sofas, with all you’d expect in a holiday home. The plus is you have parking included for one car.
Situated close to Cromer centre, the beach and all attractions.

Few things require mending
The outside light was not working. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Shower leaking from shower head
Excellent location. Ideal for all amenities.
The mattress on the double bed needs changing as very lumpy.

Ideally located, but a little tired
Stayed here for one week in April. First stay in this flat and with key cottages. Organisation from Key cottages was very good with a check in a few days before and all information sent in timely manner.
A lovely little flat, ideally located in Cromer so near you can walk back with your wrapped fish and chips for tea!
Overall, a nice flat, but double mattress definitely needs replacing and the cleaning could just do with a little more attention. we moved a settee as dropped something off the top and there were old crisps underneath it. The bathroom although quite roomy needs a little TLC.
There are no carpets so ideal if limited mobility or even in a small wheelchair. The bath is quite low so good to climb into. The shower is worked by taps and lever but once temperature is sorted it help quite well.
Overall. the provisions were there, waste bags, toilet roll, washing up liquid, towel and tea towel.
Really loved the location. It was very quite in the flat and could only occasionally hear footsteps up stairs.
However, saying all this would consider staying again depending on how much the price increases.

Disappointing start.
When we arrived we were disappointed with the poor cleanliness of the apartment. There was crumbs on the floors and table. Hob was stained. Sofas were full of crumbs/debris under cushions. We started to clean round but when we saw that the bedding which was very crumpled and old looking was stained we had to call Keys (the letting agents) as that was something we could not tolerate.
Louise from Keys was very helpful and advised that the property had not been let through Keys since last year however she arranged for the cleaning company to call round later that evening. Gary from cleaning company arrived and told us that he had spoken to the owners that morning to ask if property needed cleaning and was told "no as it had been done by them". It appears the owners had been using the property over winter.
It felt to us as though owners had little regard for paying guests.
Gary was very helpful and agreed bedding was not up to standard. When he stripped the bed the duvet was badly stained and there was no mattress topper. Gary went away and returned with clean bedding, a new duvet and mattress topper.
Gary did offer to clean the rest of the apartment but we declined as it was late, we were tired and we had already cleaned most of the apartment.
It was not a good start to what was supposed to be a few days away to relax.
The apartment is a good size in a good location and it would not take much to upgrade it to a more acceptable standard.
Louise did call us the next day after she had managed to get hold of the owners and we were reimbursed £50.
On a positive note Cromer is a lovely base to explore the wonderful Norfolk coast.

This is a lovely comfortable flat and ideal for a small family. It is in a great location and very close to all amenities.
4.3
Good location
The property is very well located within a short walk of all that Cromer has to offer and the private parking space is an added bonus.
I was disappointed by the standard of cleaning on arrival and the lack of attention to detail.
On the whole the property was comfortable and well equipped but there are areas that need attention such as the bathroom lighting, the well worn mattresses and bed linen and the sitting room curtains. It felt a bit unloved but if these issues were addressed this could be an amazing property.
Decor is a personal thing but the flat felt dark and not at all like a holiday property.
On the whole though we had a great week and fabulous weather.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable with nearly everything you need. If like me, you overheat under a duvet, you'll need to take your own light blankets. I didn't take a sheet, but found a duvet cover that was OK but not ideal. I'll take a sleeping bag cotton liner next time. Nice kitchen but I had to buy a washing-up brush from very conveniently near Morrison's. There was only one small J-cloth and a sponge at the flat. I cleaned the dishwasher filter which did need it! The one tea-towel had seen better days. Plenty of room in cupboards and drawers.

The flat is in a super location, conveniently situated near the beach, shops and places to eat. It was clean and tidy but some of the rooms could perhaps do with decorating.

Lovely modern flat with full kitchen including all the utensils, pots and pans you could need plus very comfortable beds. Immaculately clean and right next to the centre yet incredibly quiet. Only 8 mins or less to the pier! Designated parking place is very handy. No outside area but you don’t really need it being so close to the beach.

Let me start with the positives, the property is a well laid out apartment with good sized bedrooms and large bathroom. It is right near the center of town and has a parking spot. It has an easy entry on the ground floor and lots of windows and light.
Now for the negatives. I am a short term furnished rental property owner myself so I do have knowledge of the business. The suite needs a bit more care. The floor was dirty in the kitchen, there were cobwebs in the windows, the kitchen walls were filthy from the sink and cooker, and the bathtub tiles could use a good scrub. I pulled a blanket from the top of the cupboard and pile of dust landed on my head! Must have been there for a very long time. This issue is easily remedied by finding the right cleaners.
Secondly, the entire flat could use a redecoration. It needs to be painted and some new curtains would do wonders for appearances. Again, an easy fix with a small investment of time and money. Invest in a decorator who can find you inexpensive but well-made furnishings and decor. Most of the furnishings looked like it was from someone's lounge that they gave away. Most of it was mismatched and did not utilise the apartment space very well. The paintings on the wall were small, oddly hung near the top of the wall, and inappropriate for the space. The mirror in the bathroom was tiny even though the bathroom was huge and here was no vanity light. It seems very little thought went into furnishing the apartment.
Lastly, a proper bed and mattress is the one thing that every holidaymaker will remember about your suite. The bed in the master creaked massively and the mattress felt like a bouncy castle with springs! We moved to the second bedroom and moved the two twin beds together because those mattresses (albeit cheap ones as well) were slightly more comfortable.
With a little elbow grease, a little investment, and a little help from a professional decorator, this place could be 5/5 one day.
