Many hiking trails (towards Mont Veyrier in particular) are accessible from the house
The route of the superb tour of the lake by bike goes behind the portal!
Proximity to village shops: 900m (bakeries, mini-market ...)
La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand stations are only 30 minutes away and Geneva 45 minutes.
