Excellent stay, good service, nice people around great experience

Nature based themed.

Parking and commuting to the villas. Too far from each other. Though there is a electric cart service but there can be waiting time or a long walk is a solution

Very good

The environment of the hotel, the dhaba the greenery.

I got to see an earthworm, the location is so scary after 6.30 the transport system is so poor. The hotel's travel desk is so expensive. You have to depend on auto to go to temple. Autos stand outside the hotel.

Really hot weather, don’t recommend to visit during winters

The breakfast was good and the staff were cooperative

The size of the room , bad maintenance of the room and bathroom. Low quality tap handles , flooring was dirty looking! Didn’t match my expectations! Ideally this place should be maintaining it’s quality because this resort comes after Mayfair, but the quality was no where close to that .

It was an excellent stay with warm and helpful staff.

It was a nice stay with very helpful and courteous staff. The location and food taste was awesome. The adjacent beach was really beautiful with no crowd.

The room sizes would have been bigger in a cottage.

Worst ever experience , very bad quality of cottages/house. Rooms have seepage, dirt & was stinky. Very poor quality of washroom Worst experience of life ! Don’t know why booking.com is recommending such hotel

Relax and enjoy the nature.

Property is very nice & well maintained. Greenery of the resort brings close to the nature. staffs are very cooperative and helping. it is vast area & open. food is awesome. private sea beach of the resort is a fun.

Room cleanliness is not up to mark. welcome to the guests could be done in better way.

A very cosy, comfortable and relaxing stay

The comfort and cozy feeling that the resort provided. Staffs were very helpful and cooperative. The coastline dhaba was outstanding with delicious food.

Breakfast could have been much better and rooms could have been done up a bit

Blacklist this property. It's fooling a lot of PPL.

Staff is aware of the issues, but no one does anything as management is careless and doesn't invest in it. Restro AC doesn't work at all. And it's really hot in there.... However some staff are good and inspite of all this they try best to serve well.

Room condition, beds, linen, restro, pool, and no access to beach in evenings. List is long ...actually. one of my wrost stays

Not very pleasant.

Food was good. Service was nice.

Lot can be improved wrt facilities available. The utilities were not upto the mark. Lot of misquotes. Entertainment facilities were not in working condition. TT table was broken.

The trip was good.

The location was good, staffs were supportive.

Rooms were so compact, specially the bath space in the cottage room was too much less.

Frustrating stay , room phone not working, no mobile n/w, full of mosquitoes

* Ambience was good * Villa had 2 rooms .. but not value for money.

* All amenities should be checked by the staff before guest check-in. Room phone was not working. It took 2-3 hours after check-in to be repaired , then it stopped working next day too. W/o room phone, there was no way to contact reception / restaurant/ house cleaning. Had to walk for 10 mins in night dark chill to get it working and to place food order in restaurant. * No mobile n/w for Vodafone . BIG problem since the wifi OTP is to be received on phone sim. * Lot of follow-ups with staff to provide for dongle . Got it only for few hours w/o charger. so could not use it. * LOT of mosquitoes which was very frustrating.

It’s spacious and beautiful. With lots of green cover. Staff is very courteous.

With rainy season at its peak there are no umbrellas for guests. The guests have to wait for the buggies that break down or take too long. It is so simple to keep a bunch of umbrellas and let the guests move around freely.
