About this house rental
This brand new rebuild on Anna Maria Island located within Anna Maria city has 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms home plus loft that is professionally decorated throughout, with state-of-the art quartz counter tops, JennAir professional stainless-steel appliances, wide plank wood tile floors, bead board ceilings. All bathrooms have basket weave marble shower flooring and quartz counters and there is a Whirlpool Washer & Dryer. The house has everything necessary for a perfect beach vacation. You just bring your clothes, toiletries and sunscreen. You will find new linens and towels for bath. Our kitchen is well equipped with KitchenAid utensils, Keurig coffee maker, KitchenAid blender, toaster, Macy’s hotel collection dishes, cups, flatware, cutlery, and bake ware.
We have two master bedrooms. Both have a King size bed, TV with private French door leading to the pool and spa area with its own on-suite. The other master bedroom that is also on the first floor has French doors that lead out to the front yard, also with large comfortable King size bed and tv. The third bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed, TV, large closet and access to the 3rd bathroom with double sinks and separate shower area. The loft has 2 twin beds that are uniquely designed, TV and has direct access to bathroom upstairs. This loft area also has access to the upstairs outside deck area overlooking the front yard. Large living room with large sofa and chair and big flat screen TV. Dining area with chandelier seats 6 comfortably as well as large kitchen island that seats 5. Free Wifi cable/internet is provided.
Outside you can relax on the covered lanai with comfortable seating or enjoy the pool and heated spa. Also provided are pool toys and chairs for the beach, plus a wagon to hall it all. There are many different types of palm trees on the property including the coconut palms that make the backyard feel more like an island oasis! Enjoy dining poolside or unwind in the spa and after dark under the palm trees in the private backyard. Don't forget to watch the night sky for stargazing while floating in the pool or sitting in the hot tub.
If you have more than 6, the sister property next door is "White Pearl" (VRBO 2026400) which can accommodate 8 guests. AMI has strict noise ordinance-no loud parties after 10 PM. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, no exceptions! If occupancy is exceeded the reservation will be cancelled, without warning and all guests will be asked to vacate the property. This property is licensed with the City of Anna Maria for only 6 guests.
There are 3 security cameras on property at the front door, pool equipment and the driveway. Please purchase travel insurance if you have any concerns about your ability to travel to the property, very similar to car insurance you should consider protecting your investment into your vacation.

Our family stayed in this property for our 2 week vacation and could not be happier. The house is amazing with all the features we needed and a beautiful backyard with an amazing swimming pool. The location of the house is one of the best in the island with a very short walk to the beach. The host is very attentive to details and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house has everything that you will need during your stay and more. We have rented houses in AMI several times before and this is by far the best one of all. We definetely recommend this property.

This was the first time our family visited AMI. The house was exactly as listed and was stocked more than other VRBO houses we’ve rented. There were enough paper towels, dish pods, laundry pods and toilet paper for the week. Very appreciated when you are flying to a destination vs driving. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was great for kids. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit AMI.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home. It was everything we hoped for and more. The 2 master bedrooms on the main level was amazing and the kids loved the privacy of the loft area and 3rd bedroom. The outdoor oasis was beautiful and included a heated pool and amazing spa. It was a short distance to an amazing beach and a bonus that beach equipment was available for our use. Check-in and check-out was simple and it was nice to know our host was available, if needed.

We are regular visitors to Anna Maria Island (AMI) and always stay at a vacation rental. By far, this is the best property on AMI we’ve stayed in. Excellent location on the quieter north side, but close to the shops and cafes on Pine and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The home is clean, crisp and updated with a great island vibe interior. Every aspect was ever so functional, inside and out.

We loved our stay at Reel Lucky! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed. The loft area was the perfect hangout for our tweens. We all loved the pool and spa and spent many hours there. The house is a short walk to the beach, the perfect spot for viewing the sunset and searching for sand dollars. We appreciated that carts, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available for our use. We’ve been to AMI several times, and we all agreed this was our favorite rental. We’ll be back!

My family of 5 spent a spectacular week on AMI and this beautiful home could not have been more perfect! It offers everything you could possibly want for a family vacation. Just a 5 min walk to the nicest beaches on AMI (beach carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided). It is also located within easy walking distance of the Pine Avenue restaurants & shops. The lushly landscaped private pool and spa was without question our favorite feature!

Our stay at Reel Lucky was just what our family of four needed! The location is perfect- a short walk across the street to the beach as well as local shops and dining within walking distance. This was our second year at this property and it was a great experience. Jay is so responsive and helpful and the home is in pristine condition. We love the location for a quick walk to the beach or a trip to the shops. We are a party of 4 adults and 2 elementary age kids and we had plenty of space for the adults and the kids had their run of the loft space. Cons: Sliding glass doors were very heavy and hot tub was hot but in need of light for night access. Also, a new home construction project had just started across the street (Sep 1st) and was very noisy.

We just returned from a week long stay and can’t say enough about how lovely this property is. Location is ideal, close to the beach and our favorite morning stop The North Shore Cafe. The beach is quiet and pristine, one day we saw a group of sting rays swimming along the shore line! It was beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, beautifully designed and furnished but also very cozy for a family vacation. The kids (ages 7 and 4) had a fantastic time swimming in the pool each day and the surrounding landscaping was gorgeously tropical to soak in. Hope to plan another trip back to this property in the near future!

We enjoy a relaxing family vacation in this amazing house. It’s very obvious that a great attention to detail was put into this property. We had everything we needed during our stay. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. We celebrated a birthday dinner at the house by bringing in a chef who had everything she needed to prepare a fabulous meal. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We look forward to returning again!

Has everything you need
Beautifully decorated and super clean. Hand soap, laundry supplies, and paper products were provided which was a first for us to experience in a rental which made packing so much easier. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, even storage containers. Beds had nice soft sheets and bed covers were clean.
The heated spa & pool was used every day and night. The gulf was a little cold to swim in for most the time we were there in mid April so the pool was great with lots of sun.
I couldn't get the music box and outdoor speakers to work which would have been icing on the cake, but we brought a small speaker which worked for what we needed.
Jay was a wonderful host and very quick to reply with any questions or problems. I meant to let Jay know the sink in the main floor shared bath runs really slow - not sure if that's something that can be fixed - literally the only minor complaint from me. We loved this home and will definitely stay again!

Favorite place on AMI!
We've been to AMI 3 times and this was by far our favorite place to stay! Beach access less than a block and walkable to shops and restaurants. The house feels brand new and was perfect for our family of 4, plus Grandma and Grandpa. We will be back next year!
