Staff and facility were great and location was excellent too.
Should have coffee in the room, then would be perfect.
4.2
The purple lights in elevator were hard on a headache
4.2
Cool vibe.
No fridge or microwave. No ice machine. Room was 400. At very end of hallway on 4th floor and we are elderly. The push carts were difficult to maneuver.
4.2
The hotel had an awesome vibe. I loved the industrial feel of the rooms. The lobby area was fun and full of energy. Parking was so much cheaper than other places I have stayed around town.
The only thing I could say is the elevators. Only one set takes you to the parking deck but doesn’t have separate controls. You have to just push the button until the one for parking deck opens, but wasn’t a huge deal.
4.2
I have no idea I paid for the room but they said there was no confirmation thanks for such a professional fraudulent stay
I don’t know maybe since I paid $300 I could actually get a room. Unfortunately when I went to check in I was turned away and told there was no rooms available. However I was billed for the room
4.2
Very modern and clean
The check in process was unnecessarily slow. Staff had no urgency
4.2
Good. Biscuit Love, across the street.
Amenities in the room. No coffee maker, no refrigerator, no microwave, no convenient ice maker.
4.2
Clean and close to Vanderbilt University Cancer Center
The room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in my entire life! No dresser, no microwave, no refrigerator and having to pay $31.00 for parking is Totally Ridiculous! Will NOT stay here again!
4.2
Cleanliness. Location. Staff. Elevators. Linens. Blind was excellent. Clothing hooks.
Ventilation system worked.
Much Nicer than holiday inn or Hilton.
Bathroom not private enough. Door did not seal.
Also door rolled open to make it worse.
Main door needed to be pushed shut.
Hotel is far too dark. Black paint depressing. Black lobby depressing. Candy pinky accents outdated.
Not quite enough storage space.
Needs desk chair.
Needs reading light on far side of bed.
I try not to stay in hotels with unopenable windows.
4.2
Didn’t know about the breakfast.
Long check in wait
4.2
Master switch turns on light over bed. No way to have light in bath without light over bed. If someone is in bathroom, light over bed is shining on someone sleeping!!
Stupid!!
4.2
Clean and friendly staff
The air was not as cool as it should be
4.2
The Moxy has a cool vibe and is a great location! Two of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots within walking distance. Games in the lobby were fun. The guest desk is a bar. The staff are so nice and helpful! It’s a whole vibe!
Our air was not adjustment below a point. Our room was warmer than we are accustom.
4.2
The aesthetic of the lobby was as pictured, which i liked the vibe of. The bar was also another thing i liked. They buy your first two drinks at the bar but i think it was only between 3 or 4 drinks options.
My stay wasn’t 100% bad but it was a few things i did not like for starters they DO NOT have upgrades for veterans, we also had to ask three times for a upgraded room and did not receive one. The lady at the front desk had an attitude or maybe she just nice nasty, who knows. They do not offer breakfast. The room was not what i expected, no refrigerator or closet space( was told it’s not apart of the “brand”) when they did bring a miniature mini fridge it was dirty. And the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and I’m only speaking on this because when you open the main door you can see DIRECTLY in the bathroom(no privacy). The man who came to fix the door(which he didn’t ) was on the phone the whole time talking and cursing . Now for $700 i expected more, sorry not sorry! I don’t know as a business owner i just do not approve. But try it for yourself !

Room thermostats are locked at 68. So it’s warm. Super small rooms
Could’ve been better
4.2
Close to Vanderbilt University and several shops and restaurants.
Reservation for 4 but only towels for two. Took an hour to get more.
4.2
Everything! The style, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the comfort, and the exceptional customer service.
4.2
love the lobby! Funky decor, with games and a central bar. Rooms were clean and also had nice decor. loved the free drink at check-in!
all pillows were fluffy or flat; need a couple firm choices as well. the blind didn’t black-out the room. there was shampoo and conditioner, but no hand/bossy lotion. this little touch could add a lot!
4.2
Friendly Staff at check in.
Staff member used a key card and walked into our room right after we checked in. It was strange.
4.2
location , quiet, bar and food available
no coffee maker in the room
4.2
Felt very comfortable. Loved the lobby/bar.
4.2
fun trendy atmosphere
rooms are TINY in size. not worth the value. hvac condensation leaked all over our room and our belongings
4.2
Friendly staff. Clean accommodations
4.2
Staff was very pleasant & helpful. The room was large & very clean.
4.2
Location was walking distance to Belmont University and several shops and restaurants. It was also a 20 min. walk to Vanderbilt. The area was quiet and safe. Fun games in the lobby to pass the time, and each person received one complimentary drink from the bar.
Mattresses were super hard and made our backs hurt. No microwave or fridge in the room.
4.2
Hotel was great and so was the staff. Good location and clean rooms. The bottom floor common room was an additional bonus.
Didn’t realize parking was an additional fee. Would have been nice to know before hand.
4.2
It was unique
should have disclosed the parking fee of $30
4.2
very upbeat and modern. Loved it! Excellent staff!
getting to the parking lot was slightly confusing, but it all worked out just fine
