J’ai tout aimé, la propreté de la chambre, le personnel a notre écoute pour nous satisfaire suite à nos demande. Le petit déjeuner incroyable, un vrai rapport qualité/ prix.
Je recommande vivement.

I guess it's a boutique hotel and they allowed early check-in
Restaurant shut so no food room service, no white wine in mini-bar so when asking for white wine they brought a whole 750ml bottle - however we didn't want to drink it - so left it and yet on checkout they argued why we had to pay for it.. (unopened)
Views terrible, room seemed small..
They didn't clean room - but didn't say you had to put the thing on door when checking in - so had to call for towels and bins emptied etc
Shower leaked everywhere..
Breakfast pretty lame..
But arguing lady on check-out really didn't help.

Nice little hotel in a perfect location. The staff is super friendly and also helpful in organizing a airport transfer. Rooms are clean and adequate. Some even have a Jacuzzi (see below) and balcony.
We booked a room with a Jacuzzi. However, it turnend out that it is broken (most likely already for a long time). It has been leaking water into the bathroom and what was even worth it did not work.

Many insects all around the hotel

Great breakfast and large rooms.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Real eye for detail with the design/styling, loved our room with the jacuzzi inside and such comfy bedding/mattress. Real clean too! Staff could not have been any better to us, so smiley and friendly, good English and did everything we asked. Amazing value. I know it's Albania but I'd say a room like ours would be more like £300-400 a night in London, so we were so so happy. Breakfast was also amazing, and the restaurant is very stylish. Thank you so much to all staff! Matt & Harriet from UK
If I really have to mention something, it's only for the hotel's benefit in case of anything goes wrong.. I'd say a non-slip mat is needed in the bathroom, the tiles look so so fancy but can get slippery.

In general, everything was fine. Taking the suitcases up and down the stairs to the 4th floor was tiring as there was no elevator. It has a beautifully designed hotel and a luxuriously designed restaurant on the ground floor. There was not much variety in breakfast, but it was good.
We chose the room with a large jacuzzi to rest in, but something I didn't understand got stuck in my hand while using the jacuzzi. We did not use it afterwards because we could not understand what was happening.

Friendly staff, very clean. Felt modern and the location was great. Super convenient!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the location is great. Breakfast hit the spot.
The bathtub had FOUR problems that collectively made it basically unusable. We also could not adjust the a/c to a cooler temperature (the heat setting had to stay on or else the rest of the hotel's heat setting would turn off!), so we either had to deal with a stuffy room or open the windows with the street noise. The "one coffee" policy at breakfast is a bit of a joke. Very disappointing considering we had a wonderful experience at this hotel two years ago.

The staff were quite kind and, despite the various problems, kept my experience from being even worse. Breakfast was also good and was brought to my room
It was a disappointing experience, with so many negative points: the bed was squeaky, the curtains were damaged just by opening them, there was a lack of sockets, the breakfast was good but limited and only from 8 am, the room door wouldn't close on the latch, I paid more to have a bath in the room and the place where it was (terrace) was very cold so I didn't use it, it was a fourth floor without a lift and the room wasn't cleaned or changed my towels because I didn't put the sign requesting cleaning - when nobody told me to do so.

The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make my short stay exceptional. The room was clean and extremely comfortable for my stay in Tirana.

We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood but still on a walking distance from the city center. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was limited but good though.

love the property, food, bedding, location. everything was great. including paid parking near by. about 1200 lek for 24 hours.
no elevator but it’s not too bad as highest floor is 4th and if available you can ask for a lower floor. everything else is great

comfortable staying, near city center. staff was very helpful.
Small things like little dirty (spider webs), light switches little bit hidden, fridge automatic door, rubbish bin lid… also the breakfast was sparse.

Super friendly staff, great location
Nothing at all negative to say about our stay
1.0
- Close to the center
- Staff was polite
- Hotel has no parking spots. Nearest parking is 10 meters away, but good luck coming straight with non-english speaking grandpas. One night cost us 15 euro, or 2000 lek.
The whole place feels like its designed by students in architecture and interior design with zero consideration in practicability:
- Hotel is really small and the space is bizzarely distributed. The hotel lobby is so crammed that you cannoy carry your luggage around without hitting some wall.
- Room we were given was behind the lobby and was extrsmely noisy. The soundproofing is non-existent in this place. You can hear the guests and staff at all times, and worst is that there are at least 2 bars around the block blasting music until late. I can't begin to describe the cacophony I had to endure until the morning.
- The room was the most weird place I've ever had to stay in. The shower is a transparsnt cabin next to the bed, and the actual WC is on its other end. Toiletries are left in the WC which I discovered after I had a shower. But because the room is so small, it gets so humid that the AC cannot manage to cool down the room. You are essentially making yourself a sauna by just taking a shower. Not to mention the damp floor and the mold in the room because of that 'interior design ingenuity'.
- The room had no window and this made it strangely claustrophobic...
- Insufficient space to leave your belongings
As for service:
- There was breakfast included, but upon waiting 10 minutes on a table for someone to come pick our order, we had to give it up.
- Staff is polite, seems they are doing their best, but the overall feeling is just not great. It seems they are trying to run the place with minimal resources. But sorry, you can't cheap out on everything, and especially not when you claim to be a 4-star hotel.

The staff was always available to help us. For once, we needed a transfer to the airport, and while we only let them know on the previous day, they were fully available to help us with that. Also, one of the nights we stayed there, it was pouring rain, and we asked if we could eat at the hotel restaurant, and even knowing we were the only ones in the restaurant, they opened the kitchen just for us!
It looks like the bedroom was poorly designed. Our bedroom (room 101) faced the restaurant tables. Our balcony was right next to the restaurant tables, which blows up all the privacy part in having a private balcony. The same happened for the bathroom. We had to be very careful with the bathroom curtains, or else restaurant guests could see us while we were in the bathroom.
Secondly, the bath concept was really weird. We wasted huge amounts of water while having showers! The bath had 2 shower heads, one fixed on the top and one with a hose. Only the fixed one was working. However, due to having water guard rails on the outside of the bath, the water would hit the rails and fall on the bathroom floor.
Last but not least, sound insulation was terrible. One night there was a drunk girl in the middle of the night laughing (this is common given that the hotel is in the city's bar region. The second night we had a guy checking-in at 4am that wanted to talk politics. We could hear everything and had terrible sleep
