It was overall a good stay.

It was overall a good stay. I did not stay for long but had to pay for the whole day. There should be an option for variable stays.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Everything else is excellent.

hot water was not available both days in my room, first day they asked me to use another room wash room to take bath and second day they asked me to wait untill water get hot and I have to take bath with cold water

Wonderful place to stay, better than many at the similar cost. Wonderful staff.

They went out of the way and got bran bread for me. But not many options for breakfast. The staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. Furniture is new. Washrooms are clean. Overall, comfortable stay.

There are no shops in the vicinity, not their fault. I want to buy fruits when I am travelling. Can't get those in the neighborhood or anything else needed.

Receptionist guy was rude. He charged more than site price by saying its tax whereas tax was already included in the price.

Pleasant

The location was very perfect. All of the restaurants and shopping outlets were within walking distance. The breakfast was served well and early in the morning.

Stayed in room 101. The cutlery was not washed properly. The lining was not refreshed. We Men found hairs on it. The AC was working fine but the filter wasn't clean. So we asked the staff to clean it. And they cleaned it swiftly. The washroom was clean but there was no exhaust fan in it.

Location is good

Room cleanliness is very poor. Dirty bedsheets with hair on them were placed. There was so much humidity in the room. The washroom needs improvement. No sunlight or ventilation

Very good value for money

Good and decent staff. Clean room and washroom. Good furniture. Good location.

The room was very close to the reception and the kitchen I could hear each time the reception phone rang and when staff and guests talked.

Room was clean, washroom was also comfortable. AC good, lighting good and bed was also comfortable. Location was perfect.

Staff was so much lazy, not responding on time, aisa Laga wapda walon ko call kar Raha hon, too many calls for a small service. LED TV was not working, and they didn't even bother to fix it after so many calls. Night duty staff was not professional, their attitude was not satisfying.
