最高に良かったです。又宿泊したいです。

フロントの対応も満足、ハウスキーパーの対応も満足。部屋にゆとりがあったし、掃除も行き届いていたし、とてもおしゃれだった。部屋にあるちょっとしたスナックとノンアルコールドリンクは飲み放題でした。フロントから電話がかかってきて（ちゃんと日本語で）困っておる事はありませんか？飲み物は足りていますか？追加が必要ならいつでも言ってくださいと。それでお水を2本追加してくださいとお願いしたら、すぐに運んできてくれました。わざわざ部屋に電話してきてくれるって嬉しかったです。

Would book again.

The space is nicely decorated and furnished, with lovely staff members. The best part about it is that the station is literally next to us and a double bonus is that blue bottle is also next to us. Worth it.

部屋が広く快適。朝食は美味しい。

２日間宿泊しましたが、タオル、バスロブが掃除用かと思うほどにぼろぼろのものが多かったです。びっくりしました。デザインかと疑うほどでしたが、普通のものもあったので謎です。５つ星とは言えないと思います。

Good location

The location was very good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The indoor swimming pool was the fair size. Enjoyed the stay.

The room size was very small and the responsiveness to requests were slow. I already requested beforehand what I wanted but they didn’t prepare in advance and had to request multiple times.

clean, friendly staff and closed to metro station

Superb

We loved the design of our room - modern, simple and very practical. It's spotlessly clean. I liked it having a separate powder room and spacious bathroom with walk-in wardrobe and a make-up table. Beds are comfortable. We had good night sleep. It is conveniently located right next to the subway station. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and jaccuzi. Gym open 24 hours. Hotel staff are excellent from receptionist to in-room services. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of food with good quality. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Andaz as a family and will for sure come back again when we visit Seoul and Gungam.

Bathroom clean. Accessible to train station. It’s 15mins walk to the famous London Bagel shop

Room has a stale smell and the corridor to room is quite creepy. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Surrounding hotel has no convenience stall and it’s hard to get food past 8pm.

Wonderful spacious room with unparalleled service staff, would definitely visit again.

The room is lovely and spacious, but more than anything, the staff are amazing! They were constantly on the lookout for how to make our stay more enjoyable and so, so attentive to everything we could possibly need. Service was so prompt and they were constantly anticipating our needs. When I went downstairs to wait for my food delivery, one of the concierge staff voluntarily went the extra mile to head out in the cold and check if the delivery rider had arrived. I am so impressed - the staff alone are more than enough to make me visit again.
