Hawks Landing is on the West side of downtown, about 5 minutes from the downtown core and 8 minutes from Waterfront Park. We are just behind, up and above a retail area with the local Safeway grocery store, drug store, liquor store, pizza and more. Being up on the hillside gives us great views of Mt. Adams and the Columbia River, and being located behind a one-story retail mall ensures those 180 degree views are unobstructed. Please note, however, that you will see some roof-lines and neighboring businesses when gazing down below those inspiring views. Because we are at the end of a cul-de-sac, and behind the retailers there is essentially no nearby traffic. So although Hawks Landing is in the city - it is surprisingly safe and quiet.
There are several fast food outlets and a handful of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and walking to the downtown retail core takes about 20 minutes.

You’ll find a luxurious night’s rest on any of our three 14” memory foam mattresses with plush 850 thread count, 100% cotton sheets. 2 full bathrooms, and one half bath, come fully stocked with Beekman and Pharmacopia shower gel, shampoo and conditioner products, as well as 100% cotton towels.
Need extra room? Our modern sofa downstairs folds into a full-size bed, with plenty of extra linens available. We also have the most comfortable twin airbed we could find to provide even more options.
Internet:
Need to browse the Internet? Not a problem. Hi-Speed Fiber Internet and Mesh WiFi is available and free to use by any of our guests. Login info provided in your welcoming packet.
Billiards Room:
Feeling like a night in, or entertaining for the evening? Then you’ll enjoy our Billiards Room with room to play and watch. Simply connect your smart phone to our Bluetooth speaker and stream your favorite tunes while trying not to scratch your final shot.
Kitchen and Dining:
Enjoy either of two spacious balconies; one off the living room, and one off the master bedroom. While relaxing, take-in the views of Mt. Adams and the Columbia River.
You'll find new stainless appliances and full kitchen suite of utensils and cooking accessories will have you cooking your favorite dishes with ease. Our fridge has filtered water built-in and an ice maker on the ready.
Enjoy use of spices, seasonings, and condiments, as well as, your favorite cup of joe, after grinding your beans in our Cuisinart coffee grinder and coffee pot. Don’t want to fuss with a full pot, we also have a Keurig.
TV and Entertainment:
Want to catch a game, or watch some movies? We've got you covered with our 55” 4k Samsung TV boasting an excellent 4K OLED picture. Also, enjoy all your favorite shows and content with YouTube TV included, and Netflix, HBO and several other content providers ready for your log-in.
Other items worth noting:
Take a glance at any of our locally produced photos and art work, including the 8’ Mt. Hood stainless metal piece on display in the main living room.
Not shown in the photos are curtains for the master bedroom, so you can sleep comfortably and wake up refreshed for the day’s activities. All our rooms have cellular shades. You’ll also find games for both kids and adults.

Our place has an excellent air filtration system, gas heat and central air conditioning to keep you comfortable no matter the season.
A full-size Samsung front load washer and dryer are available, just in case you need it.

This condo was absolutely perfect for a little family vacation in Hood River. Amazing view, lots of space to spread out and relax. Super clean, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, great location. The pool table was a treat, we enjoyed it very much! We made some great memories and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hood River. Thanks for a great stay James!

This lovely house has all you need for a family or small group. The host is very responsive. It is conveniently located for driving to downtown Hood River and other
Columbia Gorge locations. It has a good view of the gorge (you just have to look over the McDonald’s and strip mall roof in the foreground).

Everything we could possibly have needed was provided. The only very minor negative was the Safeway delivery trucks arriving at 6am on weekday. But we are early risers so it didn't bother us. The positives definitely outweigh this minor inconvenience. The property manager was great.

Wonderful modern townhouse close to downtown. Fully equipped, nicely furnished and comfortable open floor plan on the main floor. Bedrooms on the floor below.
Good view of Mt. Adam and river from main floor but a bit chilly to enjoy the balcony. Worked great for a girls' week - a large gathering space for dinners and hanging out. Excellent host, always a quick response to any inquiry. HIghly recommend.

We really enjoyed our Hood River getaway! The condo has a wonderful deck and view, and the living area is spacious. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the basic pantry items available to us. It’s close to stores and all the recreational things to do in Hood River. The owner was very personable and communicative from start to finish. Would definitely return!

My son and I stayed at this property as a guys get away weekend. It is really spacious and would have been great for the whole family plus more. We really appreciated the location close to restaurants, stores and to have a golf course within 8 minutes was an added bonus. Outstanding view and comfortably furnished making it very relaxing. The host has thought about every need that you might have and communication was outstanding. We will definitely be back as this property is in a great location to explore the area.

Beautiful condo perfect for Hood River adventures!
My husband and I traveled to Hood River with a group of our friends to see the local sites, and spend a day riding up at Mt. Hood, and this condo was honestly one of the highlights of our trip! The property was everything it was represented as being in the ad, and even more than that. A really cozy space that had literally everything we could possibly need, but also a very modern aesthetic that made for a perfect landing spot for our group. The owner James was super accessible, and was always quick to respond to my communications. This property comes highly recommended, and I can ensure you that will be back for a trip in the not too distant future!
