As you enter Sea Love Beach House, guests are greeted by cubbies, hooks, and benches. Ditch your beach gear here - so convenient for heading back out later. The first floor is set-up to be the kids space. You enter the 1st floor living room with a big screen smart TV, 2 comfy couches, and board games. The 1st floor living room has sliding glass doors that lead to one of the wrap-around decks, and seasonal outdoor shower. Adjacent to the living room is a full bath with tub and shower. Down the hall is the kids bunk room with a full and a twin bed. If guests request, we can provide linens for an additional fold-up twin bed as well as the sleep sofa.
Ascend to the 2nd floor, which offers 2 bedrooms and the 2nd full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and window seat; the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have seating areas, bureaus, and large closets.
Then, ascend to the 3rd floor, and you find the main living space with kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room. Another set of sliding glass doors leads to the 2nd wrap-around deck. The Sea Love house was extremely clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The location was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed our stay. The cot was either broken or not easy to set up, so we wish they had handled that for us. Other than that it was exactly as advertised and we would happily stay again!!

Our family gathered to remember our great grandmother who loved the beach. We had children from 2-16 and the three level house plan proved ideal for everyone to find their own space. The walk to the beach was very enjoyable as we hiked through the dunes.

Great property! Setup for people of all ages, the kids loved it! Super clean and organized. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. When we needed help with something I was able to text the property manager and they were super prompt at addressing and fixing the issue. We’ll be back to stay again. :-)

We enjoyed our time at the Sea Love Beach house. The house nicely is decorated with a beachy/farmhouse feel - very cozy for Christmas. Bathrooms were nice...bedrooms large. Would not recommend the rollaway bed, but couch was a good alternative. Downstairs rooms get a little cold, while upstairs gets warm...expected since there is no insulation between floors. We had a couple minor glitches, but property management was quick to respond. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

The house is very spacious, and nicely furnished. I enjoyed my stay. The only negative was the 2nd floor bathroom sink was clogged on arrival. Close to the beach also. Overall, I would recommend this house.
If you have trouble with stairs, there’s 3 sets of stairs to get to the main kitchen level. Not for the elderly.

We friends in I spent the most enjoyable three days at this cottage. Everything about it surpassed our expectations. It was roomy, clean, quiet, and convenient. We visited the preserve, spent time on the beach and enjoyed downtown Newburyport. We would certainly stay here again and I highly recommend you do too if you have the opportunity.

Amazing stay in Plum Island. House has a very cool layout with kitchen, TV room and balcony on the top floor with another TV area on the bottom. Bathrooms on each floor and a bunk room downstairs. The floors are weathered slats so it is somewhat noisy but that really was not an issue even with our two year old.

We had a great stay-beautiful views of the water from over the rooftops of the island cottages. It has everything you could need. It’s definitely a cottage experience rather than luxury, but that’s part of what brings you to that restful place where you can focus on the simple things that matter most. The beds were so comfortable I’d go back just for the good nights sleep! Highly recommend!

My family had a great time at this house. My 4 year old loved the room with the bunk beds, and my 2 year old loved running around on the wrap around deck on the top level. We loved the design of the home, even if we did get our steps in walking up and down the three different levels often! The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected, so we were grateful we had a beach wagon with us. We enjoyed lots of bike riding and good eats in the area. Would definitely return!

This house was the perfect spot for our friends to get together near the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed.
It's a little more than 20 steps to beach access like advertised - maybe closer to 150 steps. But a quick walk nonetheless! We enjoyed the grill and the porch, and the large entryway area to leave our beach gear. Plenty of parking space for 4 cars.
Also if you are traveling with toddlers, I recommend bringing baby gates for the stairs!
Overall a really great place to stay on Plum Island.

We love Plum Island and to be close to family, beaches and Newburyport was ideal, Clean and comfortable. All the stairs were a little too much for our family and grandparents to navigate. All the added fees were unexpected as well.

Cute house that easily accommodated 8 adult females. Upon entry, the house was cold (February 2022). I reached out to my point person and the problem was rectified in just a matter of 2 hours or so!

Furnace Issues Were A Nightmare
The property itself is very nice; however, our visit was less than pleasant due to a malfunctioning furnace and a lack of adequate property management response. When we arrived at the house at 4:00, the temperature was 49 degrees. After several failed attempts to adjust the thermostat, I called the property management company. After leaving a voicemail message on the "renters' option" (and not getting a call back), I called the office again and selected the "office" option. I explained our situation. The property manager told me that she would contact an HVAC repair person and get back to me. After a delay she then called back and told me that someone would be there within an hour. She continued that although they didn't have any other housing options for us for our stay, if the HVAC repair didn't work, they would provide 4 space heaters for the three story house. For the next two and a half hours my 89 year old father was freezing cold and nobody bothered to call us back to tell us that the HVAC person was delayed. We finally turned on the oven and put my father in a chair in front of it so that he could get warm. This was a dangerous situation for a feeble 89 year old to be sitting next to an open oven. A woman did drop us by four heaters after nearly three hours, but of course those heaters did little more than trip the electrical circuits in parts of the house and the one placed in my father's room took hours to begin to warm the room. The HVAC repairperson managed to get the furnace functioning, but the smell of exhausted from the furnace was overpowering during the night and the next day. Nobody called from the property management company to check on the HVAC situation and/or us. I would not recommend staying at any property overseen by iTrip for North Shore Massachusetts. We should have been offered a full refund. We should have been offered at least the courtesy of a follow-up phone call.

We are so amazed at how clean and beautiful the house is. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of space we had an eight women dance party on the bottom floor. We just loved it here. Will recommend and book again.

I traveled with two family members and my 1 year old son to this home and we all really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful, open and clean space. Great location close to the beach. We were very happy with everything. Unfortunately we only had one day of nice weather, so we were grateful for the comfy living room and TVs with plenty of options on the other rainy day. Only negative is that the home is on 3 floors (as advertised) and the kitchen is on the top floor. It’s nice for separation, however it took a lot of effort getting everything unpacked and repacked from the driveway. It was also tricky keeping my little one safe with all the stairs. It would be ideal if you have older kids, though, since the bedrooms are well spaced and there is an additional living/tv room on the first floor.
