If we are in the area again we would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again.

Delicious breakfast; very comfortable rooms; privacy as there is a separate entrance to the B&B with interconnecting door to the main house; proximity to Arundel and very friendly and helpful hostess, Alison. I stupidly left some items in the wardrobe and Alison texted to ask if we were still nearby and, if not, offered to parcel post them to me.

‘Didn’t like’ is putting it too strongly but people should be aware the house is down a narrow lane and parking arrangements are a little crowded. However, the hosts were happy to move their car elsewhere - they are probably quite used to doing so!

Lovely accommodation in quiet location

Lovely quiet location just outside Arundel Flexible check in and lovely breakfast

The room was lovely however my husband kept hitting his head on the skirling when he got out of bed. Also there is a step down into the shower room which you can easily forget when you get up to go to the toilet during the night

We were very impressed with everything and would definitely return.

Everything about our stay was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and light and anything we might need was provided.

Very relaxing quiet place to get away to

Lovely friendly helpful hosts Location perfect for Arundel town and castle Be careful when you put in SatNav. Took us the long way. Need to put in Priory Lane

Pillows are very soft but bed comfortable Very dusty fan but didn’t need to use

A wonderful place to relax and recover

Alison was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to help with the things we needed. Breakfasts were delicious and very quick to arrive. The accommodation was very well presented and a lovely respite from the rigours of the day.

Lovely quiet stay with all amenities

It was in a quiet location, room was nice and big and well appointed, lovely breakfast room looking out onto large lawned area with good cooked breakfast, fruit and muesli and host very friendly and recommended good pub for dinner.

It was hard to find which house it was and which entrance as sign with house name was very small.

Well appointed, excellent hosts, great breakfast, would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Comfortable room and facilities. Alison and Andy were excellent and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Ideal location/base for visiting many West Sussex attractions.

Availability of a summer weight quilt would have been welcome. However, this did not adversely distract from our stay.

A perfect staycation

It was in a lovely rural location but only a 20 minute walk into Arundel town. It was very quiet and peaceful and the garden was lovely to sit and relax and have a drink and some downtime. We had a lovely big room. The bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom with a powerful shower, plenty of hot water and big fluffy towels. It nice to have a fridge in the room with a jug of milk instead of longline sachets.

the most comfortable chilled environment i have experienced.

The breakfast was cooked to order and you could choose what you wanted. i asked for some extras to y scrambled egg which wasn't at all a problem. coffee was nice and smooth and i do love my coffee. the bedroom was huge and airy. lots of windows to see different parts of the location. the bed its self was the most comfortable bed i have had when staying away from home.

it isn't that i didn't like, it is more of what was missing. only one choice of milk in the fridge and not a great selection of herbal teas, but that 'a major issue for me.

A wonderful short break to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. We definitely plan to return soon.

Perfect location for visiting Arundel. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant with plenty of choice. Our room was larger than expected with everything we needed. Alison was very friendly and welcoming..

Lovely stay, a little way out of Arundel but within walking distance, with care due to rural road.

Breakfast excellent, hostess very lovely. A little issue with noise which impacted on our stay but not hostesses fault. Noise does carry throughout the property due to build design and all noise within guest part of house is audible.

Perfect for a short break in West Sussex.

Superb full traditional breakfast. Spacious, well appointed clean bedroom and en-suite. Alison was very welcoming and friendly and helpful with local recommendations

A very comfortable stay and ideal for our requirements.

Despite the freezing weather, the room was warm and well-heated! Lovely thick towels in the bathroom, a comfortable bed and a spacious room. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly & helpful & the cooked breakfast was great, with particularly light & fluffy scrambled eggs!
