Lots of space and boardgames, with awesome facilities, in a beautiful town, with easy access to the city. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was tidy, clean and nicely decorated and designed. The neighborhood is beautiful.
1- no english speakers. All the time, starting from the correspondence with the owners before the arrival and then all the instructions inside the apartment - all in frech. If you are not French-speaking, don't come!!!
2- the wifi isn't strong enough and won't cover the entire flat. In the back part of our place ("Latte") there wasn't good signal.
3- they publish at Booking.com 75 pics. Not even one of the stairs that lead to the flat. Not suitable for passengers with big luggage.

Quite a nice space with the bedroom and private living room with LOTS of games for children (and grown-up).
Very practical kitchen (with dishwasher !) and lovely terrace, to share with other guests (happily no one wanted to use anything at the same time as us otherwise it would have been a bit crowed.)
Nice signs all over indicating the rules but in a nice way - well done !!
About 20 minutes drive from Montreal city center.
We tried on several occasion to get coffee at the coffee shop down stairs without success, it was either close or the waiters were too busy doing something to take our orders (last day)

Short drive to downtown Montreal, close to highway, very quiet and convenient parking.
There was nothing I did not like.

Location was very good.
Cleanliness was an issue. Could have been much better.

The building itself and the room was very nice and cute. It gave you the comfy vibes. We were a group of friends but it would be perfect for a family.
However the room was always cold and even though we had the AC always on we couldn't get it to warm up. The same goes for the shower, the water was warmish but not hot enough.

Very cozy and relaxing place.

Fantastic charm and ambiance, the street is adorable and so picturesque especially at night.
It could use a few new or modern accent and furniture pieces to improve the decor and style.

The town of La Prairie was really nice, tge coffee shop downstsirs was a bonus.
The beds could use an extra cushioning layer.

Historic, comfortable, Spacious and quaint
a bit odd to separate the shower from the toilet. But not a big deal

Neighborhood was nice and cozy. Nice and clean bed. Spacious but we did not need the space that much.
It is out of town and considering rush hours, it was almsot 50 minutes drive to reach Montreal Downtown. It was dark and shared kitchen is nor desirable. It was like an airbnb place not a boutique hotel.

very unique and charming
toilet was small and not running properly

The location is terrific - right in the centre of the old part of town, and the cafe downstairs was very convenient. The staff in the cafe were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped.
Three things: I did not see a staff member or have any way to contact them, except via booking.com email messaging. That was pretty scary - what if there was an after-hours emergency, or something disastrous happened with the plumbing? I had no idea how to get in touch with anyone at all. (There were no written instructions in the room. Keys were left for me and I just left them in the room at the end of my stay.) Second, the linens were very clean but washed in some kind of highly fragranced detergent. I can still smell the fragrance on my clothing several days after my departure. Some people, including me, prefer or require a fragrance-free environment. Please consider using something that will meet those needs. Last, there was a LOT of street noise and also noise from adjacent rooms or possibly adjacent properties. The floor in my room was not carpeted and every time someone slammed a door, ran down the stairs, or even moved luggage around, it echoed through my room and the floors shook. On the last night, there was a huge party with at least 20 young people somewhere very close by (sounded like it was right above me, but the cafe staff assured me that wasn't the case). The deafening noise lasted until at least 2 am - singing, loud music, charging up and down stairs. It was impossible to sleep! And, having no after-hours contact information, I had no-one to call about this issue, other than the police, which I was reluctant to do. I'm not sure what the source of this noise was but PLEASE consider providing at least an after-hours phone number for guests. It was terrifying being there alone with all this crashing noise around me.

Great location, the staff was super friendly, and the room was extremely clean. I felt at home. I highly recommend it! If you are going by car, there are plenty of free options to park nearby. Extremely convenient.

Very cute and pretty room.
Staffs are super nice even I don't speak French.
The cafe was nice and delicious.
I didn't know the Kitchen is shared, but it is small issue.
It has everything which we need such as coffee, tea, cups, and glasses.

Location was great ! Quiet location and had character ! Much better than staying at a typical hotel room. Enjoyed the view in balcony and the feel of home (excellent choice of furniture / style - wooden decor is my FAVOURITE !!) Amazing ! Would do it again :-)
Pillows could be a bit better / more comfy - perhaps purchase new ones ?
My elderly parents found the climb up the stairs challenging from the 2nd floor to the Attic Room. Could you perhaps put a hand rail for holding from 2nd --> 3rd floor ? It would be greatly appreciated by elder guests :-)
