Horrible

Horrible. Rooms was filthy.we changed rooms twice & then left, they were uninhabitable.

Owner and one old lady run the whole hotel. Rooms was dusty & dirty.Beds were awful, crumbs in the bed, with left over yellowingtowel underthe pillow, pillowcases dirty. I didn't stay.

I should have known better...pay for a cheap hotel and you get a complete dump. Would not recommend

Place was a complete dump. In fact, on the outside of the building someone spray painted "dump" in black spray paint. The whole lobby and main hall had a smell of ramen, thai food, and marijuana. Disgusting.

The smell. The floors were sticky and dirty. A lot of loud and weird noises late at night. I did not feel safe staying there.

it was an ok road trip break

comfortable bed, plenty of hot water with good water pressure. clean room.

tv lost signal in the morning so it wasn't possible to watch morning news. heater was so loud it drowned out the tv. toilet had issues with continuing to pump water.

Very good

Clean. Smelled clean. No carpeting. I've stopped here a few times on my way to visit family in Texas. Can't beat the price. I have severe allergies and can count on a carpet free, clean smelling room.

Very Unsatisfied! Won’t be booking here again!!

There was No Breakfast Was informed we would have coffee in Lobby when we woke up but that didn’t happen and was No staff to ask for any!!

For starters First room they gave us Had Hair in the the shower and Toothpaste in the sink asked for a different Room, 2nd room Sheets were clean but floors definitely were not! Dust particles all over them Thank Goodness for shoes!!! My daughter refused to stay here I had to find a whole different place for her!

Paying $74 for this quality of a room was a mistake on my part & I have learned to Pay more attention to pictures an

The room was old with a musty smell had to spray room with air freshener, secondhand looking furnishings, carpet looked dirty & not even a box of Kleenex to be found. There was a wide gap all around the door where bugs could very easily enter the room, thank goodness I didn’t see any. Woke up with an animal scratching and running back & forward on the roof top! Paying $74 for one night was way over priced for this room!

Super basic.

There was no breakfast!!!! Super basic. Thanks for letting me bring my dog. He knocked over his water dish and I used a rag to clean it up and it came up black!!!!! Very dirty floor

Emporia Inn is a clean place at an excellent value.

The value and the location were tops for me. The Emporia Inn is very clean. The room is basic, but had all I needed and wanted. I recommend it highly.

More electrical plugs. I used my laptop and needed a plug.

I always stayed at the Holiday Inn accross the street, I have a new hotel while in for business.

The check in was so smooth. I was a very late arrival, and the gentleman checking me in was very polite and kind. The room was very clean, cooled off, and secure. I like the fact there is no carpeting on the floors. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure and very clean.
