The villa is located 10 minutes from Avignon in Provence, called the "city of the popes" because of the presence of the popes from 1309 to 1423, one of the few French cities to have preserved its ramparts, its historic center, comprising the palace Popes, the Episcopal complex, the Rocher des Doms and the Pont d'Avignon. It has been classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. The renown of its festival, the Avignon Festival, a true artistic and cultural showcase for the city, has far exceeded French borders.
Nîmes, the Roman city, 20 minutes by car, preserves remarkable and exceptional monuments such as the Arenas, the Maison Carrée or the Magne tower at the foot of which is the splendid Sanctuary of the Fountain. This rich ancient past earned him the nickname "French Rome".
The Pont du Gard, 15 minutes away, admirably integrated within a natural site which has kept its wild charm, fascinates each of its visitors with its elegance and majesty. It spans the Gardon river where swimming is so pleasant.
The medieval town of Uzès, 30 minutes away, will seduce you with its charm and authenticity. Located in the heart of the Alpilles, Saint Rémy de Provence is one of the must of Provence. Seduced by the setting and the atmosphere of the city, a number of writers, painters and musicians have taken up residence there. At the gates of the city, important vestiges of the prosperous Gallo-Roman city were unearthed on the ancient site of Glanum. In the lively streets of the city center, you will discover the magnificent facades of mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries. The beautiful properties around Saint-Rémy and the shaded terraces of Place Jean-Jaurès have also been hosting part of the show biz for several years.

The Citadel of Baux located at the end of the village is a must. The site covers 7 hectares and allows you to discover the main vestiges of the tumultuous past of Les Baux de Provence.

Jardin très agréable et bien entretenu , bénéficiant d'un ensoleillement tout au long de la journée. Le propriétaire a été très réactif concernant certaines de nos demandes spécifiques.
