Recent villa, tastefully decorated, ideal for recharging your batteries in the sun of Provence and the sound of cicadas.
Not far from Avignon and its festival, you can enjoy the calm around the swimming pool.
220 m², 5 bedrooms, laundry room and private 5x10 m swimming pool, 1600 m² garden with fruit trees.
Rochefort du Gard is the starting point for many activities: sightseeing, sporting activities and very beautiful walks.

The villa is located 10 minutes from Avignon in Provence, called the "city of the popes" because of the presence of the popes from 1309 to 1423, one of the few French cities to have preserved its ramparts, its historic center, comprising the palace Popes, the Episcopal complex, the Rocher des Doms and the Pont d'Avignon. It has been classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. The renown of its festival, the Avignon Festival, a true artistic and cultural showcase for the city, has far exceeded French borders.
Nîmes, the Roman city, 20 minutes by car, preserves remarkable and exceptional monuments such as the Arenas, the Maison Carrée or the Magne tower at the foot of which is the splendid Sanctuary of the Fountain. This rich ancient past earned him the nickname "French Rome".
The Pont du Gard, 15 minutes away, admirably integrated within a natural site which has kept its wild charm, fascinates each of its visitors with its elegance and majesty. Standing on the edge of the Vaucluse plateau, Gordes is one of the star villages of the Luberon where many celebrities and artists have taken up residence. Its dry stone houses of white or gray color line up in a spiral around the rock on which the village rests with at its summit the church and the castle which face the hills of the Luberon.

A very nice property, and very nicely furnished, there’s a nice big garden for the small children to play in and a nice shaded area to eat outside, the pool area has some trees where you can lounge under out of the sun.

Maison absolument magnifique...
Située dans un quartier calme, la maison et son jardin sont simplement magnifiques.
La piscine est grande, les espace verts nombreux et entretenus.
La maison offre tout le confort possible, rst immense et très fonctionnelle. Elle est situé à proximité des toutes commodités et le quartier est extrêmement calme. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour et nous y reviendrons...

Très belle propriété, soignée et propre à notre arrivée
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, accueilli très sympatiquement par le propriétaire de la maison. Propriété spacieuse (nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants), avec le confort que l'on peut attendre de ce type de location.
Jardin très agréable et bien entretenu , bénéficiant d'un ensoleillement tout au long de la journée.
Le propriétaire a été très réactif concernant certaines de nos demandes spécifiques.

Maison bien équipée, spacieuse et très bien distribuée : 4 grandes chambres à l'étage tout confort (dont une équipée d'1 salle de bain et d'1 WC indépendants) sans oublier la suite parentale au rez de chaussée bien appréciable .
Très belle piscine à eau de mer au cœur d'un joli jardin surplombé d'une double terrasse où il est bien agréable de prendre ses repas et petits apéros pour les amateurs...
Enfin l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant du propriétaire nous a séduit, celui-ci ayant à coeur de nous faire plaisir et de nous faire découvrir sa région ...
Bref!!! Super séjour !!! (15 jours en août)

Louée pour deux familles dont 5 enfants : la propriété idéale pour de belles vacances dans une région formidable et à deux pas (7 kms) d'Avignon et des commerces.
Un propriétaire réactif et très sympa qui met à disposition des conseils de sorties et des documents
