The property was okay, but the heating system failed on our first night and it was 57 degrees when we woke up in the morning. After much ado it became clear that the HVAC could not be repaired for two days and we came to an agreement with the owner that we would leave and he would issue a refund. He said he would process the refund that Monday but we still haven’t received it and he has not returned my messages. Can someone at VRBO help me get my refund?

My family came in from out of town for a short family vacation over the labor day weekend. The house is accurately advertised with a few bonuses. I was pleasantly surprised as my previous reservation was cancelled with very little lead time because they were already booked. Beautiful Zen house. They explained to us some of the furniture and things were a little worn but we were pleasantly surprised!

This property was a satisfiable stay. Property amenities was a bit older & worn than showed in pictures. Townhouse was a little crowded with furniture that couldn't be used. There were no washcloths and only 3 towels for a party of 6. There were also weirdly no closets or drawers to put clothes. But overall it was a nice stay for a smaller party or a quick weekend trip

Place is nice and is walkable to downtown
Place was great. No problems at all. Back door would not open, I think it was stuck on the floor panels. We couldn’t figure it out. Didn’t matter to us.

Atlanta vacation
This was a really nice VRBO. We did a City Pass and were no more than a 20 minute drive from the venues or a 5 minute walk to the subway for the downtown venues. Very nice neighborhood.

Clean, quiet, and great location
House is located in a very quiet area but minutes away from almost anything you could want to do. Our group had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much for the use of your property.

Disaster at the Zen
Pictures looked great beds and bed linin very nice but surrounded by and unkept property not clean at all. Front door broke and back door could not open floor damaged to bad. Got to back yard and was afraid to walk on deck but needed to to get garbage can. Grill had food in it from some time again. Kitchen nasty. Bathrooms nasty doors not work! Address on house partially there! Carport roof all bent up and bad shape! In short I can’t believe someone would rent this out! If major renovation done would be nice like adjoining condo/town homes

Wonderful Host!
We were able to reach the owner immediately with a few issues we had upon arrival. He addressed those issues immediately by coming over to the property and addressing them himself! We were appreciative of that! It meant a lot!
Great location. Great neighborhood! No concerns!

Convenient location
The location was convenient, secluded and quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. The place was well appointed and clean though it could benefit from some attention to wipe down the walls and tidy up the back porch and yard. The backdoor to the porch was near impossible to open but overall a great place to stay that I would certainly recommend.

This place has a ton of wear and tear much more than the photos show. Roof was damaged and lawn was not mowed or cared for. Extra non working full size fridge makes it hard to use the kitchen. Wish I had picked another property.

Clean and quiet
Good stay. Convenient for moving our son into Emory. Home has a few bumps and bruises (looks like maybe they are fixing it up), but it was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfy. Great communication with the owner. Easy check in and out. There was even eggs, bacon and OJ in the fridge when we arrived. We would stay here again.

College visits in ATL
This property was as advertised. Clean, everything worked in the property. I used the VRBO app to chat and send messages with efficiency. Shared the space with my three daughters and we had plenty of room. Walmart nearby for groceries. Quiet and in a safe neighborhood.

Wonderful stay as always!
I have stayed at the Zen house every time I visit my son in Atlanta over the last 2.5 years. Jay is a wonderful host. Location is perfect, is always clean, the bed in the master bedroom is very comfy, plenty of towels and linens, and so close to everything that Decatur and Atlanta has to offer. This has become my home away from home. Thank you Jay for another wonderful stay.

Great Short Stay
Very close to everything and clean. With just a few improvements this would be a top listing. We would stay here again

COZY AND QUAINT
Some wear and tear that needs attention but we were very comfortable during our stay. The owner was very responsive and considerate. It is a good spot if you are looking for a quiet, cozy spot!

Zen Stay
Wonderful time...it was very close to family and wedding venue. Minor details could have improved the experience. Back door sticks. Heater work in upstairs master, not so much the rest of the house. Back yard could really be amazing...Fence needs mending.

My stay was great. The home offered all of the accommodations my family needed. The owner also sent a air mattress as a courtesy because we had 1 extra person. The home was clean and cozy. It's also located in a nice , discreet, convenient area. I would definitely recommend and visit again.
