Loved the location will visit again when my kids r grown

Loved the location the view and comfortable bedding and sofa kitchen was fully functional and spacious bathrooms

Can’t make any sounds even if kids r shouting and crying or if u r laughing loud neighbours will complain

Every thing been changed and I don't advise it in the future

The reception Doreen she give us unexpected bad vibes so bad keep us hated the place The room service we have to pay extra even we payed full amount and expensive rate and we had very comparative good rate and cheaper price Unfortunately money rate service reciptions all was horrible My advise to all viewers don't wast your money and time you are traveling to be happy not miserable

Exceptional and will be back

The breakfast absolutely exceeded expectations. The hosts were great and the location was amazing! Watching the fountains from the balcony was incredible. I loved everything about our stay.

Excellent apartment with beautiful views

Very beautiful views from the balcony and rooms. Short walk across the park, around the lake to the mall. The host's representative Alvin was very helpful. Functional kitchen, well done interiors.

Location & view & balcony were WOW in front of the fountain Calm in the evening Security Everything were perfect. We spent a wonderful time.

we were need more than 3 entrance cards for group consistent of 7 persons. The trash collector process is good but not avalanche all time, sometimes we were outside so we missed the time of the trash collection

It worth each penny i spent. Best time

ARIES - Best guy available for our assistance. I kept telling him that he is an angel. I was having an issue with the electrical socket and he came right then to fix it. Had no issues in checking in or checking out, I requested for late luggage pick-up and Aries was there to help me get my luggage back. My holiday in Dubai was already an exciting thing for us but this place and location were literally the cherry on the top. I enjoyed fountain shows every day right from my balcony. Can't wait to go back. And Thanks to Booking.com for making it the easiest to choose from the most original. Thank you.

Just the window curtains, the room fills with light every morning even with the curtain closed. So something to black out will help,

The View Is What You Get

The view is as the photos show. If not better. The beds are really great and the apartment was very clean. I have added photos of the outside only as there isn’t enough photos showing it off, as let’s face it, that’s what you’re paying for. TV has airplay so can stream your iPad to it for movies. You have to put down a 2000 AED deposit on arrival. I did this in cash and it was returned to me at check out. I stayed in the room while they inspected it and got the cash back straight after. All good. Takes about 10-15 min to walk to mall from it. So really convenient place.

The location and the view were superb.

1-We stayed three days at the apartment. The room service didn't do a good job at all. They refused to change the towels and 1 bed sheet when we requested (after the second day), unless we pay extra fees for that! That was not acceptable, considering the fact that we are renting an expensive luxurious apartment. The room service should have been more courteous and responsive. At the end, they didn't charge us anything, but they only troubled us during our stay without any valid reason. 2- The check in staff were late, in spite me calling them 1 hour before I arrive. At check out, they kept calling us from 11 am asking us to evacuate the apartment in a very rude way! They even came knocking our door asking us to leave soon, when in fact it wasn't even 12 pm yet! No other hotel or furnished apartment does that to their clients!! Eventually we left at around 12:15 pm, and we were not late, but we were upset about the rude approach and the bad attitude..
