Good location. Host was friendly and wifi works good. Washing machine available so we could wash our clothes. Mattress was steady and very good.
It wasn't that clean. Hygiene could be better. Noisy so bring earplugs.

Its really location for 10
Its very loud noise from outside, so its very hard to sleep for kids. Noise is whole day and whole night even if windows are closed. Location is great but remember if you are visiting Genova with car parking would be very expensive in this area (25-30eur day). Shower is small and when you taking bath there is water on whole bath floor. One of two bed is worst nightmare not usable at all I broke my spine sleeping on it.

Very good location, very attentive staff, very good value for money.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, right in the city center, a stone's throw from the Ducal Palace and is very accessible, very close to all means of public transport.
It would be good to provide an electric coffee maker. There is a manual espresso coffee maker. And the covers should be better cleaned (the sheets were very clean, immaculate white). Overall it is a very good apartment.

The flat's location is excellent, if you want to explore historic Genova. It's also very spacious, kitchen is well equipped.
Host was unresponsive to calls and messages before check-in, I had to wait an hour until he sent an assisstant with the key.
On the last day after check-out I wanted to collect my bags, as we'd agreed at 6:30 p.m. Even after 30 minutes he didn't show up, and I had a train to catch.
And the worst of all was when I heard keys rattling in my locked door, it was the host with another male guest. As a woman travelling solo, it really freaked me out.
I gave my stay a poor rating because these nuances made me constant stress. I guess that's not what people want on their holiday.

Host was nice. Ultra central. Supermarket just near.
I recomend!
For heating during winter the AC is not enough.
For long stay the ventilation systems from restaurants nearby may disturb you.

Overall the proprety wasn't bad, good location right behind Piazza delle Erbe, decents beds, tiny kitchen good enough for breakfasts.
The host was punctual, flexible and always helpful.
! BED BUGS ALERT !
I am sorry to leave a bad review but what happened must be shared.
I visited with my family, we got the keys in the afternoon, drop the luggage and went for an early dinner out with the kids.
Once back at the proprety we put the kids in bed and started reading a bedtime story, soon my eldest jumped off the bed with a bunch of instects crawling on his face!
At first I thought about ants ot maybe mosquitoes... but soon after we realised the double bed was packed, I mean... PACKED with BED BUGS.
They started crawling out from under the matress soon after the kids jumped in.
Some bugs were pretty big, the size of a little nail, others microscopic.
I am a pretty easy going person used to backpack and sleep rough, I dealt with bed bugs myself a couple of times in dodgy hostels around europe, but this time was... "special". I've never seen so many bugs all together.
Just to make it an horror story worth telling around, one of the big ones ended up into my eldest mouth and made him throw up all the yummy dinner(at least he made it to the toilet).
There was no way we could've stayed at the proprety with that amount of nasty bugs around, we packed everything and litterally evacuated in the middle of the night.
Luckily I am originally from Genova and managed to get an emergency accommodation at one of my relatives.
To be honest I have no idea what happened in that room, proprety and the bedsheets looked all clean, the reviews were good, I double checked and nobody ever complained about bugs in the same room... but still, we had an horrible night and a painful next couple of days busy washing up all clothes and bags at high temperature to avoid bringing the bugs home with us (we actually found some in the bags).
Positive note, host and customer service were both responsive and understanding.

We were amazed by the accommodation and its unique style! I can't imagine a better place to stay in Genova! We were located in the center so everything was so easy to reach. The travel representative Elizabeth is a real sweetheart. She's adviced us on how to get a cheap parking place and eating at great Genovese restaurants.

We loved it all. The appartement is impressive. Very stylish. Very good location in the old city. Our host of Lovingenoa, Elisabetta was lovely too. She was very helpfull with tips for the city and very kind and easy to approach. We stayed for 2 days, during that time We could contact Elisabetta with any questions We had and she would respond almost imidiate, every time.
The appartement had an equiped little kitchen. Beautiful shower and big living room/bedroom. Lovingenoa offers a few cosmetics and the basics in the kitchen. It gives a welcoming feeling.
How noisy it was. That is no-ones fault but is something to take into account if you want to book the appartement.

Close to the center, nice place to stay.
A bit noisy.

Location is very central and good to explore old town
Lots of noise from the street in front because of old single glazing windows. The check in was a bit disorganized
