About this villa rental

3 bedroom beach villa sleeps up to 8 people. Fully enclosed patio overlooks the lake that includes lawn chairs. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace with flat screen TV. The kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and mixer. Half bath and laundry complete the main floor. As always we use disinfecting cleaning products where possible. PLEASE SHARE WITH US INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GROUP AND WHAT BRINGS YOU TO MILLE LACS LAKE.

Private master bedroom & bath with deck, 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor with linens and towels that are washed in scent free detergent. Two parking spots outside the villa. Sorry no pets or smoking.

Bring your own charcoal to grill. Enjoy all the area has to offer, fully updated clubhouse/restaurant, pool, golf course and marina, tennis courts, pickleball court and playground.

Based on the amount of time we need to allow for cleaning between renters we will consider adjusting the check in and/or check out time on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee of $50 for early check in and $50 for late check out for a 2 hour adjustment.

We give all the codes and passwords the morning of the rental. There is a map of Izatys in the photo
gallery that shows where the beach villas are.

Effortless communication with owners. The open floor plan made the place feel larger than other condos within the resort. Not too far of a walk to the pool. Fire-pit being directly outside was a big bonus!

This was a great villa that worked very well for our family. It was very clean, had all the essential furnishings needed, and had a great view of Mille Lacs Lake. The enclosed patio was awesome and the shared firepits were a great place to enjoy the views! Ronald was a very responsive host when we had questions too! Highly recommend staying at this villa.

We had a great time in this townhouse. The space accommodated our group well and was well appointed. The views of sunsets over the lake, mornings enjoying coffee lakeside, and campfires in the evening were highlights. We also enjoyed the golf course! While a bit dark and dated on the inside, it didn't stop us from having a great week on the lake while our son was at hockey camp nearby!

My family had a great time staying at this property! It had an awesome grassy area out back where my kiddo had the best time playing and the adults had fun playing backyard games with a view of the lake. The house was clean and perfect for a family gathering. It was great having access to a pool and to the marina. We had a great stay here!

The condo was conveniently located right by the lake with lawn space to play games. Easy access to pool and hot tub. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts and the marina were all close by. Both adults and kids had a wonderful time.

Izaty’s great spot for golf and lake activities. This property is great location looking out at the lake. The golf course is just to the other side and only a short walk to pool, tennis courts and marina. Plenty of space for dining and hanging out. Nice closed in patio to look out at the lake. Would definitely book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 4 adults, 3 kiddos from 2-6, and one infant and had plenty of space. The property had everything we needed, and was so close to what we wanted to do. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool on the property as well.

This is a very nice townhouse, right on Lake Mille Lacs. Clean and comfortable, lots of seating on the main floor, nice 3-season porch with a beautiful view of the lake. Close proximity to the shared bonfire pit. Owner was quick to respond to my questions. Great place for families to stay!

Great place for a long weekend. The place could use some dusting and the upstairs porch needs To be sprayed down and painted. The owner forgot to send me the lock box code so it was frustrating and late to get in the place. Also the address on Vrbo is wrong. It is for the unit next door.
