(Permit #USE2019-0014) Private 900+ square foot apartment on the edge of the downtown business district. 3 blocks from bus transit depot station and walking distance to numerous breweries, restaurants and attractions. It is the 2nd story of an office building, requiring ascending/descending a flight of stairs. Slightly unconventional, this converted office space has 2 large bedrooms off of a full kitchen with a large table for dining, and no formal living room. Each bedroom includes a King sized bed, a sofa bed or couch, 43" screen tv, wifi. Extra guest fee for groups of greater than 2 people.

Lovely space. My 17 year old appreciated having a room with a television to himself. The adults appreciated the wide variety of games, generously outfitted kitchen, and super comfy bed. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. The tradeoff is that it's in more of a commercial than a neighborhood setting, but it was an easy walk to greenspace and a neighborhood with cafes. We really loved staying here, thank you!

Two of us came to ride the Tour de Whatcom. The apartment was only a couple of kilometers from the start line, so the location was great. It was very clean, large, and well stocked - everything from eggs to pasta and canned goods! The two bedrooms are very large. It was perfect for us. Thanks!

This apartment and the wonderful hosts greatly exceeded my expectations. My family and I (me, my husband, our 15 year old daughter and 10 year old son) needed a place to stay in Bellingham for 4 nights, and I chose the unit because it checked our boxes for number of rooms/beds, and proximity to downtown. Tanya let us know it was ready a few hours before the expected check in time, and that she'd prepared the third bed for us, which I was not expecting, but was such a bonus for the kids. When we arrived, getting access was very easy. We walked into the apartment and were blown away. Not only had she run the AC for us (it was a pretty hot weekend) but the space is WAY bigger than it looked in the photos, The bedrooms are massive, the beds are king, and the third bed she set up was a queen. Not only that, they are so comfortable. Nothing has been overlooked - there are even games and two sets of playing cards. Sometimes when you check into a vacation rental, the dishes are a collection of someone's cast-offs. This is definitely not the case here. The dishes are nice, the appliances are new, the towels are thick. The bathroom has been newly renovated, there are big TVs with lots to watch in both bedrooms. 10/10, when we return to Bellingham we will stay here again.

Super clean, super convenient to our needs. Second floor; pretty quiet. Host responsive and clear in communication. Very close to downtown business district, shops, restaurants, etc. Two large bedrooms w good light and comfortable beds--we two guys each had one--kitchen-entry-sitting room combined; and a good bathroom. Standard amenities. Two parking spots available (we had two cars). Close on/off I-5 north and south. Just what we wanted at the right price.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy. As prior VRBO owners, we realize what it takes to make a great place for others to stay. We echo other reviews of this place - it was cozy, very well set up with everything we needed to cook for ourselves, rest well, relax. It was also an easy walk to downtown Bellingham and close drive to grocery store. Lots of great places to eat downtown. And some great bike shops, parks, and other fun things to do like Axe throwing. Although the immediate neighborhood is a bit different than we expected, we felt comfortable. And exploring around there was fun! The owners were so helpful and let us know we had left a medication in the fridge and were flexible with meeting up with us to make sure we could get it after check out. Thank you!! Highly recommend.

Location of property is great. Easy walking and biking to downtown and to visit our friends in neighborhoods around town. We pedaled up to Galbraith too one day for a little trail ride and that was nice too. Accomodations are basic but water pressure in the shower exceeded all expectations. We found the french press in the cabinet which was awesome!

This location has ample amenities in case you forgot something and things to make your life easier too. Very clean both bedrooms spacious with couches in each bedroom. AMAZING water pressure in the shower no suds left behind there.

This was our second stay at this property. We have a kid at Western, and this is very convenient for visiting there. The space is immaculate, and the kitchen is particularly well-stocked with staples. The beds are also really comfortable. The parking is a little weird, but it works.

This place was SO cute! Perfect for a friend and I. Would be good for two couples who are comfortable sharing a small place. We came for two nights. Easy to get in, very quiet, slippers upon arrival!! Snack basket on the table! The fridge was stocked with a few essentials and overall this place is very thoughtfully kept. Very clean, big fluffy towels, awesome water pressure. Possible the best rental I’ve stayed because it was just so accommodating!!

The owners, the Funks, couldn't have been more thoughtful... EVERYTHING was there! Lots of fluffy towels, a full set of dishes, great coffee and tea selection, even a basket full of goodies! The immediate neighborhood was a little run down, but the apartment was GREAT!

This place was exactly what we needed for this trip. Communication was great, and I was very impressed by how well-stocked it was. Parking was a little tricky with both a car and a small moving van, but was no problem once we returned the latter. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

We enjoyed the large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was a bit loud with the widows open. The kitchen was well equipped and large kitchen table was nice to sit at to eat, play games or just gather. There was not a comfortable couch in the common area but the bedrooms were so big and had plenty of space to sit and gather. We would stay again.

This property was a surprise. Two spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a little Kuerig bar. As listed, it was a little unconventional, as it was above a holistic health center. Once inside, we did not notice and found it very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. It suited our purposes well.

Stayed here while in town to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This condo is really nice! Was perfect for us! The bedrooms are HUGE! And there are LOTS of sleeping options. You could sleep a lot of people here if needed. The street is noisy so turn on some sleep sounds at night and parking is interesting but overall highly recommend!

The property was immaculate and had all of the amenities advertised. The beds were comfortable and it was an easy way for a family of four to spend the night while visiting WWU. Wish it was closer to restaurants and downtown area but all was a quick drive away.

New photos needed! The property has been remodeled since whenever the pictures were taken -- all new floors, tile, kitchen, bath, paint, etc. and is really nice! I took my teen and his friends to Western for a campus tour, so it was perfect to have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Everything was very clean, both bedrooms have their own tvs, and the kitchen included a well-stocked coffee & tea station, plus snacks. I appreciated not having to drive up to the mall area to where most of the chain hotels are, AND not having to share a hotel room with teenagers...

What a nice place! Just off downtown, we walked everywhere. Cute, clean, spacious, the owners provided lots of little touches to make the stay comfortable. Comfy beds and A/C in both bedrooms! We loved it.

The apartment was very clean, and an easy walk into downtown. The beds were quite comfortable. The owners responded very quickly to queries. Not covered in the handbook was that there was a compost container under the sink. I was getting ready to start the dishwasher before heading out when i saw it.
