כלום ! זהירות !!! הונאה !!!

מקום זוועה !!! מיקום נידח בשכונת עוני עם תחושת פחד של ממש ! ממש לא מרכזי כפי שניתן להבין מהשם. גם המילה סוויטה היא שקר. מדובר בחדר קטן בלי שירותים ובלי מקלחת. יש מקלחת אחת ל 8 חדרים !!! מלא ג'וקים ! חסמו את המזגן אחרי 23:00 חסמו את זרם המיים מ 23:00. מדרגות מסוכנות. חטפנו מכה בראש מהתקרה בעלייה במדרגות. איך שנכנסנו לחדר נפצענו מהשפיץ של המיטה כשאין מקום לעבור. סיוט שמעולם לא חוויתי. אין בידוד. שומעים כל מילה בכל חדר סמוך. לא נרדמנו כמעט כל הלילה. תנאים של בית סוהר של מדינת עולם שלישי ועוד בתשלום. Horror place!!! A remote location in a slum with a real feeling of fear! Really not central as you can understand from the name. The word suite is also a lie. This is a small room without a toilet and without a shower. There is one shower for 8 rooms!!! Full of cockroaches! Block the air conditioner after 11:00 p.m. Block the water flow from 11:00 p.m. Dangerous stairs. We got hit in the head by the ceiling going up the stairs. As we entered the room we were injured by the edge of the bed when there was no place to pass. A nightmare I have never experienced. No insulation. You hear every word in every room next door. We didn't sleep almost all night. Conditions of a prison in a third world country and more for a fee.

It was more than good for that price, we had all we needed:)) but we stayed only for one night, so hard to say something more. GREAT BIG KITHEN ;)

Its a scam, they don’t inform you about the real situation in their “property”.

Location nice..seen both churches near to apartments. Not far from harbour. Nicly decorated place. Love the room No 6. Parking area very confortable. Nice neighborhood. Simple door code system.

Cockroaches.. big ones..us staying with small kids they was scared . I know Cyprus have them in many places and they do fly. But there is some liquids to avoid them. And its not the owner fault..but some people forget that they stay in hostel..with shared room and toilet. They show dissatisfaction if need to wait to get to shower or just makes your stay not us welcome..but thats people..we are all different.

Good place

Everything was great. Nice landlord, quite place near City Centre. Good place for people without kids, for young people who don't spend to much time in rooms☺nice taras with plants

Need improvement. Add more information about the property. So people know where there are going.

Staff was helpful and friendly. the terrasse by the kitchen is nice. and automatic access is innovative and easy.

Be careful. it says Bathroom but you gotta go through the lines to see it’s a shared one. but Sharing one bathroom with 6 rooms ?! really? I waited 1h30 to be able to go in. It’s also not on the same floor. Specially if you gotta go to the only second restroom that is in front of the kitchen, two floors downstairs. Also the room was dusty. The regular price is 40€ but because of a holiday weekend we paid 58€. which is so not worth it.

A great value for money

A great value for money. We stayed for 7 nights and it was really nice, the owner is really helpful and if you need something he is there in a few minutes. They really made our stay. The cleaning lady came every morning. The location was perfect for us we really like walking and exploring the city but if you are not like that it’s good to have a car or a scooter.

the bed mattress are terrible, one bed think had a pile of rubble under it and could not be slept on, the other 2 mattress’s were all lumpy

Nice place with good common spaces (kitchen, living room, patios) in a quiet neighborhood

The bedroom with attached private bathroom was great, kitchen size and ability to cook were positives, near 2 supermarkets

The location is a bit far from bars/restaurants/other activities, but the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood

Location is not great, pretty far away from the city life and tourist activities. Shared shower was more of a bathtub which was not ideal.

Repurposed two storey home. Non hotelish feeling. Roomy hall. Staff arrived on a call, no reception desk. Good bed. Quiet street. Quiet terrace at the back.

The name is misleading- distance from town center is significant even for avid walkers. Bathroom is shared between a few apartments. Bathtub has no clog and cannot be used as such. Bedroom was cramped. No closet or shelves. No breakfast or products.

Horrible and dirty

this place is very dirty- bugs in the kitchen & COCKROACHES in the entire house. I spent there one night not being able to sleep because I was afraid of cockroaches to walk into my bed. it was supposed to be a nice Christmas stay with my family but it turned into a nightmare. when I told the manager about our experience he didn’t seem to be bothered at all and took the money for the entire stay even though we left after one day!!! also, don’t recommend to book anything via #booking.com ever they also were not helpful in that situation and I only lost my money. worst experience ever.

it was ok just to sleep, close enough to the center, had parking space outside

the offer said there is breakfast to buy but there was none, it was also for a room with private bathroom which wasnt actually available (offer should be on the site then) at all so we got a room without the bathroom.

No tv in room. Bathroom with everybody kitech also. I like more privacy so that wasnt for me.
