On Top floor under the massive roof framing, Chalet farm Fruitiere 6/7p will welcome you in an impressive Alpine farmhouse converted in 3 chic and rustic chalets farm with all modern comfort.
NO CAR NEEDED all facilities are at walking distance. Parking is free in village.
200m walking to the free Televillage la Lonzagne – a small bubble lift rising from the village centre of the resort up to Peisey Vallandry from where you can decide to ski in Les Arcs or if you prefer La Plagne by taking the Vanoise Express cable car which links La Plagne with Les Arcs.
Ski school, ski rental, kinder garden are at the top. Intersport have lockers that allow you to leave your skis over night before jumping on the lift back down to Peisey Nancroix at the end of the day
Our chalets in the quiet village le Villaret in Peisey are uniquely positioned right in the heart of the Paradiski area.
IDEAL LOCATION FOR SKIERS BUT ALSO FOR NON SKIERS. The charming nordic center will offer walking, snowshoeing, Sleigh rides with huskies, reindeer or horse. You’ll be able to have lunch in two typical mountain restaurants with superb views on glaciers.
Chalet farm Fruitiere for parties up to 6/7. has a 3*** classification and is offered on a self catered basis, can be catered with our local partner. It can be combined with Laiterie or Tannerie for parties up to 20/22 persons or the whole Chalet Farm du Villaret for larger chalet parties up to 34 persons.
In summer the PARC DE LA VANOISE is at the end of the valley with free shuttles. The free televillage will take you to the mountain bike lifts, the hikes start directly from the village

1-The first floor has a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite shower bath and wc just outside.
2- Traditional wooden staircase (steep) leads up to a large double bedroom open on mezzanine and a triple bedroom in the eve of the chalet and head room is limited in one area.
These two rooms share a shower and wc. Log fire and Wi-Fi only add to the rustic charm of Chalet Farm Fruitiere. Facilities also include a shared sauna and boot warmer.
►SERVICES
The pack with final cleaning tea towels and 2 packs of wood 90€ in winter and 70€ in summer without wood is mandatory.

Les Arcs / Peisey Nancroix is a beautiful traditional Alpine farming village situated on the edge of the Vanoise National Park at 1350m made up of real farm buildings, wooden chalets, a fine baroque church, a handful of shops, restaurants and bars.
►SKI INFORMATION: The ski area is known as the Paradiski and is one of the the largest linked ski area in the World. The statistics are awesome: 141 lifts from 1200m up to 3250m link 425kms of marked and prepared pistes, 15 villages. It is a snow sure place with 2 glaciers and snow cannons
► APRÈS SKI You can stay in Peisey Vallandry lively bars as you have a free bus service to take you back to the village after ski lift closing time.
Alternatively you can go in the village bars where you’ll also meet local ski instructors.
►SUMMER
Treks start from the village. Free bus and village lift will take you to Mountain biking trails and lifts, to Vanoise national park and various trails from Peisey valley villages.
►SKI PASSES There are two ski passes available. The Paradiski which covers both Les Arcs and La Plagne or just the Les Arcs only ski pass.
– over 71 you should pop to the lift office on arrival in resort and you will be given a free ski pass – you will need to take your passport with you as proof of age.

With over 155 instructors, the Esf offer courses in Peisey-Vallandry for all ages and abilities. Ski Ail and New Generation are British Ski School operating out of Vallandry. They offer smaller class sizes than the ESF

Realy nice chalet in a quiet part of the village. You can walk into the village (great Patisserie) and to the lift up to Vallandry and the pists.
The house has everything you need for a great stay, although as to be expected for an old house, sometimes walking through the flat can be noisy.
Laurence and Phillipe helped us with everything and were great hosts.

We had a great family ski holiday in La Fruitiere. The apartment was carefully designed to match the historical situation. This is definitely not your every day chalet. We truly felt at home. We had some request that could be taken care of during our stay. Some parts of the upper floor are pretty shallow which could be challenging for tall Dutch people like my nephew. As time of renovation was a while ago some items like the beds could be replaced. We would definitely book again.

we found a great accommodation, the owner Philippe (speaks German and English) prepared and explained everything well, from the house you can reach a small supermarket, a bakery and a cheese shop, the location offers a good starting point for many activities (hiking, skiing, etc.)

Lieux aux top mais propreté et équipement légers...
Au cœur d’un charmant hameau enneigé, un très bel appartement aux poutres centenaires et à la déco montagnarde très soignée...
Malheureusement je dois mettre un bémol à ces points positifs: propreté et équipements laissent vraiment à désirer. Vitres avec traces de doigts des locataires précédents, miroirs tous poussiéreux, verres avec encore tâche de vin rouge dedans, drap blanc certes lavés mais avec taches restantes, Caquelon à fondue conçue pour 4 alors que l’appartement est loué pour 7 et de surcroît celui ci était complément rouillé à l’intérieur, appareil à raclette salle, couverts salles, pas de sèche cheveux, pas d’essuie main dans les toilettes, salles de bain avec équipement premier prix, cabine de douche vraiment plus que basique n’ayant même pas de porte savon ou gel douche ! Pas de cendrier sur le balcon! Une seule porte sur 2 de douche dans le sauna!
Ces commentaires négatifs ne sont pas là pour dénigrer ce lieux où nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille mais plutôt pour permettre au propriétaire d’améliorer ces points qui sont à mon sens inadmissibles au vu d’une location de ce prix!

Great time at La Fruitière! Highly recommended
We had a great time in chalet La Fruitière. It was as described, very comfortable, full of charm, well equipped and very clean. The localisation is ideal quick walk to the village lift and its facilities. It is also perfect to discover re known and famous skiing spots thanks to its central localisation. I highly recommend this place.

lovely old rustic chalet in great location
A lovely chalet, authentic and comfortable.
quick walk to ski lift (lobster pot). convenient with all necessary shops in village. We enjoyed the view and large balcony. well equipped for our party consisting of 4 adults and two children. Comfortable lounge with enough seats for us all. Table well dimensioned so all convenient.
you can apres ski in Vallandry as there is a late bus service to take you back to village.
we had an excellent snow and enjoyed this huge ski domain.
Thanks to Estelle she has been very flexible and helpful.

The property is cosy and very characterful. We found it a bit 'tired' and in need of some freshening up, for example the kitchen equipment and crockery, table cloth, etc. It was disappointing that some of the basics were not provided such as rubbish bags, some loo rolls. The ski-lift was very quaint (with a very friendly and helpful attendant - Lindy) but it was more than 200m away from the chalet (about 400m) and it would have been helpful to know the opening times in advance in order to help with ski rentals, ski pass collection and getting to ski lessons.

Perfect rustic base
The property was exactly what we were looking for a rustic cosy base that we could relax in after a hard day on the slopes. Fruitière lends itself perfectly to a family group such as ours with adults and children. We chatted the evenings away in the open plan living dining area with the log stove lit while the children made dens in the roof space bedrooms. All in all the property is very functional and has pretty much everything you need at a realistic price.

Un beau chalet Super pratique pratique pour le ski
Chalet conforme à la description, encore plus beau en réel. Nous avons passe un très agréable séjour. L'accès au televillage ne prend que quelques minutes la montée est rapide. Nous avons skié des deux côtés les arcs et la Plagne. Le ski en haute altitude a été très bon. Le secteur bellecote offre beaucoup de possibilités.
La cuisine est bien agencée bien équipée les appareils à raclette et fondue ont été fort appréciés. Les lits sont confortables le sauna a été un bon moment de détente après une bonne journée de ski.il à fait beau

Authentic cosy Alpen chalet in a wild nature
The Fruitiere Chalet is decorated with taste in mountain style . It is fully equiped and very comfortable . We have appreciated the safe fire-place , the sunny balconny with a beautiful view and the village with all the shopping ( a Bakery ,a cheese shop where you can find a delicious "Beaufort" ) . It is situated near the skilift ( 5mn away ) between La Plagne and les Arcs , two wide skiing domains . I have done trekking in a gorgeous valley and found a friendly restaurant at Rosuel . My family and I have really appreciated this ressourcing stay in Peisey-Nancroix ;
We would like to discover this place even in Summer .
I recommend this property with no doubt !

Excellente
Chalet très cosy dans un authentique village montagnard . Le lieu est calme et serein , idéal pour se ressourcer au milieu de paysages enneigés . J'ai particulièrement apprécié la déco en bois rustique ,la chambre mezzanine avec la vue sur les montagnes, la cheminée avec un insert , le grand balcon ensoleillé sans vis à vis . Le chalet est très bien situé par-rapport au téléphérique ( à 200 m , on y va à pied ) et nous avons pu skier sur les domaines de La Plagne et des Arcs .
Le village fournit tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin pour le séjour ( boucherie , fromagerie , boulangerie , magasin de sport et une supérette ) .
Il y a également une magnifique église baroque à Peisey- Nancroix .
Nous avons également fait de la raquette et du ski de fond à Rosuel , un fond de vallée qui reste d'une beauté sauvage .
Chalet très bien équipé et très propre , suffisant pour 7 personnes .
Nous avons très envie d'y retourner même en été pour profiter des activités équestres et de la randonnée pédestre .

Nous sommes arrivés sans encombre dans ce joli village. La Fruitière est conforme à la description, c’est magnifique, comme dans un vieux chalet. La vue est très belle, on peut voir au loin la gare du téléphérique sur les Coches. L’accueil sympathique il ne manquait rien et nous avons eu une maison très propre. La cuisine est pratique et bien équipée. Le feu de bois a été bien apprécié pour l’agrément car c’est très bien chauffé. Nous avons vraiment aimé le sauna très facile à utiliser. Le sèche chaussure a aussi été un plus. Le ski s'est bien passé, le domaine est immense et intéressant. l'accés aux pistes est facile et rapide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Très beau chalet ancien niché au coeur d'un authentique village. Le chalet est en tout point conforme à la description, aux photos et aux plans.
La proximité du télévillage (200m) et des commerces (400m) permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture !
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine !

Maison magnifique
C'est une maison-chalet très bien décorée et confortable. Nous sommes à proximité d'un domaine skiable immense et qui monte très haut au cas où la neige se fait rare. Belle ambiance au coeur du village, super séjour.

Le beaufort dans la bouche le ski au sommet!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Fruitière. Cet appartement est comme sur les photos.
Ne changez rien c’est l’ambiance de montagne comme nous l’imaginions.
L’accès au ski est pratique et rapide. le domaine est immense. Il a fait un temps magnifique cette semaine de Noël ; bon il n’y avait pas beaucoup de neige mais le ski a été tellement agréable...
Le village est sympa pour aller y boire un verre.
Un petit luxe : nous avons loué un placard pour laisser nos skis et chaussures dans le magasin de location en haut du télébenne.

We had a great stay at Fruitiere. This apartment looks 100% like the site pictures.
Don’t change anything, it is the perfect mountain retreat.
The access to skiing is convenient and fast. the Paradiski area is enormous.
We had a beautiful weather all week at Christmas; well there was not much snow but skiing was so nice….
The village is charming and has a few bars to get a drink. L’Ancolie restaurant is a must !
A little luxury: we rented a ski locker to leave our skis and boots in the rental shop at the top of the gondola.
