we arrived late on monday, on tuesday we had a walk at night when we arrived there was already a police knocking on the door, wednesday, thursday and so on... i got in contact with the apartment manager to see what was going on, because i didn't speak english and he was he refused to even call the police to see what was in his apartment! wanting me to solve problems at home and being rude and very mocking with us! Booking asked for a refund and he didn't accept it! be careful, he is a manager who is not responsible for problems in the house... my experience was terrible and frustrating... what was supposed to be a party turned into a horror movie

Location was great, plenty of space and so much potential!!
A few nice touches, shower towels ready to use, hot drink supplies, fresh kitchen sponge and tea towel.
Comfortable beds, sitting and eating areas too
Plenty of nearby shops for food etc
Nice view of fourth bridge too
The place was clean… generally, but needs a deep clean(if that makes sense) mould above windows ,cobwebs on ceiling, extractor fan full of grease. Couple of things needed- hooks as there is nowhere to hang your towels, clothes airer would be useful also.
Toilet needs bolting back down as relaxing as it is to go to the toilet on a rocking chair 😂
And lastly… just needs a lick of paint through the apartment and the pictures on the walls (from pictures on website) need replacing as it looks pretty bare without them

Too far for the money charged.
Too over priced.

nothing special
the parking was in the road. No specific parking for the property. we reached at the property and the code to get the key was not working. I kept calling the person to get help but it took at least 15 minutes and my call was attends after many many attempts. the code sent to me was wrong and I was given a new code on the phone. Heating system was not in our control and my children and guests couldn’t sleep after 3:00 am because heating turned off and we did every effort to turn it on but I believe this was being controlled by someone else. I kept asking for help but nobody answered at that time. I sent messages, both text and voice and called again and again. I got answer when it was too late and I had to check out early although we had a whole day and night left to stay there.
we visited Grangemouth, Scotland last year and we still miss that stay but this time, it was really disappointing.

Very easy to find. excellent value of money. very clean. fully met my expectations. All necessary things were present in the apartment. beds were very comfortable. feels like own home. Kitchen was fully furnished and all other amenities were present.
Nothing negative, just for the sake of improvement,
1) if you can put couple of hooks in the bath, these will help to hang the towel and clothes.
2) if you put a mirror in one of the bedrooms, that will be very helpful.

i booked this service apartment on Booking.com from Friday 19Nov to Tuesday 23Nov then I made payment for extra two nights when I was there, before I got to the apartment he fraudulent convince me to send my card details, I said fraudulent because after I left he tried to remove 400£ from my card which got declined not only that I forget my Mac book in this apartment where as this is where my personal email is logged in and other important things for school,I didn’t notice I forgot my laptop till few days after I left his apartment,he didn’t call me to tell me I forgot my laptop then after searching everywhere for my laptop then I figured I might have forgot it in his apartment I phoned him then he said I have to pay for 200£ for cleaning to get my laptop ,this is a serviced apartment how on earth will I pay for cleaning after paying almost 600£ for 6nights,now he said he won’t return my laptop ,I have exams this week and I need my laptop.

Good sized rooms and fine for what we needed.
The area the apartment is in is a bit rough around the edges. Oven hadn't been cleaned, sofa bed very hard and there was no bedding for it. Kitchen could do with a good scrub of the cupboards inside and out but it was fine.

This property was within walking distance of family and friends so it was perfect for the purpose of our trip.
Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.
Reasonable price for the standard of accommodation.
The flat was definitely in need of modernisation. The bathroom and living room suite were dated and the kitchen was lacking in utensils if you were hoping to self cater while staying there. There was nowhere to sit outside in the nice weather as the area we assumed was allocated to the flat was not tended and was rather overgrown.
