Fully renovated and equipped to nine in June 2016, with a large living-dining room of 40m², 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a bath in one of the bedrooms, parking for 3, a small garden with barbecue covered road side and a private spa in a patio at the rear of the house, she will fulfill your expectations ... It has been decorated and furnished with application of furniture and objects chosen carefully, antiques and restored or created for the home.

It consists of:
- Kitchen overlooking the living room, and access to the terrace on one side and covered barbecue on the other side.
- Living-dining room bright 40m
- Bedroom 1 with bathroom and toilet (double bed + cot)
- Bedroom 2 with bath and basin in the room (double bed)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single bed (scalable to double bed)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (can be double bed)
- Bathroom with large shower
- Separate WC
- Garden + terrace, facing south, with table, garden furniture and sun
- Quiet terrace in the back patio with Hot Tub round. Warning: it is not an inflatable spa but a real spa. The children like the great love paddling in water at 39 °. Security: The spa has a cover and lockable patio.
Saint Gilles Croix de Vie may be sufficient in itself (beach, water sports, shopping, port, fishing, entertainment, 5 markets per week throughout the year, halls, restaurants, tennis, guided tours, etc ...) or serve as a base in many activities (Puy du fou, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier, water park, amusement park, floral park, vélorail, endless bike paths, castles, etc ...).
