We stayed in this sweet little home with our entire family. We were in town for a dance competition. The home is very centrally located! We loved the ease of navigation through the area to get to places. The home has a great back yard area for kids to play and it is super safe too. The house almost seems secluded because it is at the end of the road. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed briefly at this location and it suited our needs. However, we were disappointed as we were unable to enjoy backyard due to having no furniture (despite listing showing furniture), the WiFi didn’t work, and we had issues with power loads in master bedroom (where a/c, lift bed, and as much as a charging cell phone caused failure). Lastly, auto gen messages through ap were untimely and didn’t feel super courteous. These are all very minor gripes and would still recommend the property. I would stay again at this property as property manager did acknowledge these things and I am sure they’ve been addressed. Still a four star property even with these minor issues (I just have to be 100% honest).

The place met our needs, however, one of the beds was secured to the wall so you could not get out of the bed from both sides. There was no porch furniture as shown in the picture. The garbage disposal, erupted and blew garbage all over the cabinets above the floor the walls… And there was no mop to clean it up so we had to use towels. The owner Offered to send maintenance, but by then everything was cleaned up and we use the plunger to clear the sink. Other than that, it was good

This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. We will not be staying in hotels from here on out. We loved the very quiet neighborhood with easy access to a walking/bike trail. The home is very old so there is a little bit of uneven flooring and the smell is a little musty upon arrival, but the house is very clean! If there was one downfall, the bathrooms are very small! That is not a make or break for us and I still give it top rating due to the cleanliness of the home! The host was very responsive and gave some great recommendations for places to eat. Very close to grocery store, fast food, sit down restaurants, along with quick, safe drive to bigger attractions like the Zoo, Union Station, and SEA Life Aquarium. All of the things we came to KC for. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to KC!

Perfect place for a weekend stay. Vanessa is a great host and the house is well stocked with essentials. Tight fit if you have a big family but was good for us and our two little ones.
Close to all the kid friendly attractions of KC. It you're a light sleeper the master bedroom can be a little loud due to the close proximity to the highway, but didn't bother us.
Would definitely stay again.

The location was close to highways so it was easy to get around, yet it was a quiet oasis. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each nights rest. The beds were super comfy!

We loved staying at Vanessa’s property! The space is perfect for a family or for a few couples traveling together. Everything was as advertised and the property was spotless. The host was also very quick to communicate and answer questions. The best part is this is such a great location in Kansas City! We were 10 minutes from pretty much anywhere we needed to go including the downtown area. The driveway parking for a few vehicles was a plus. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town.

Such a great place to stay and loved the location. This was one of the best property managers with whom I’ve ever worked. The property had an issue with the AC not working and it became very hot inside the house. The property manager immediately sent over maintenance to work on the issue. In the meantime, the property manager offered to move us to a different site not very far from the first house. Everything was perfect at that location. I was so impressed with all of the items offered in the kitchen including spices, coffee, creamer, etc. I have never stayed at a vacation home where they provided these simple but needed items. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and the temperature was amazingly cool. I appreciate the willingness of the manager to move us to a new location with such a major mishap with the AC. I would highly recommend and return!

First time VRBO rental. House was very small. Floor was sagging in places. Couldn’t sit on toilet because bathrooms were small. We opted to try this over a hotel. I guess I just expected more for the money. Overall wasn’t bad. House has tried to be modernized but has issues

Everything here was excellent! The beds were comfortable. The house was super clean! The backyard was fantastic. The WiFi was fast too! Great location as well and communication was fantastic. Overall excellent stay!

Great location. Quite neighborhood. It is legitimately the perfect spot for being in the middle of what you need and all the cool places to check out here.

This house is in a perfect location close to so many restaurant, shops and activities. Downtown KC was just a short drive. Our family had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk bed.

My husband received a transplant in Kansas and we needed a place close to Saint Luke’s hospital. The area is nice and very close to all your needs.

We were in town for a belated holiday celebration and this home was perfect! We have four kiddos and all slept comfortably. Vanessa provided thorough communication and was prompt with her responses. We had a wonderful week!

This house is super cute and very very clean and the location is absolutely perfect. Can get anywhere in town in 15 to 20 minutes. highly recommend. Vanessa was also extremely accommodating and very accessible. would stay there again.

This is the first time we have use a VRBO. We chose this house because it was close to Legoland/Sea Life and the KC Zoo. The house is on a cul-de-sac and in a location making it easy to get to the grocery, Target and gas stations.
Vanessa was easy to work with and quickly responded to all of our questions. She checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was going well.

We chose this place because it was a great price for our two night stay and very close to the areas that we wanted to shop at. We loved the photos and thought we’d give tiny living a try.
The space was great for myself, daughter and mother in law. Bathrooms were tiny, but adorable. The whole house is decorated nicely inside and out. Kitchen was well stocked with items and loved that everything was labeled.
We felt safe and Vanessa was very helpful and informative during our stay. We would stay here again.❤️

Clean, Comfortable & Cozy
We had to come up on short notice due to a death in the family. Vanessa was super accommodating and got us in right away. The house is in a cul-de-sac and in a great location. Close to the Plaza, Fairway, Target, Starbucks, etc. The house was super clean & fresh, beds were AMAZING and the decor is just adorable. Back yard and porch were perfect for what we needed. It was a comfortable stay and MUCH better than staying at a hotel. Thank you Vanessa we will definitely book again!

Perfect Little Getaway!
My friends and I drove into Kansas City for our high school friends' wedding. We don't get to spend a lot of time together so we thought a rental property would give us more time to spend as a group rather than staying in separate rooms at a hotel. Vanessa's property was the perfect fit for us! We arrived late in the evening and the house was well lit waiting for our arrival. She was excellent at communicating making sure we arrived okay and settled in comfortably. We were having an issue with the kitchen sink faucet the first morning and Vanessa had a handyman there to fix it within the hour. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the neighborhood felt very safe, the backyard is very large and perfect for yard games, the TV was hooked up with all the streaming services which made for great movie nights, and everything was very clearly labeled for easy access in the home. I can't wait to stay again in the future and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family who travel to KC!

What a cute house at the end of a quiet street yet still with easy access to a couple of highways. We loved seeing all of the bunnies and fireflies.
The kitchen is well-stocked compared to most places and the property manager was great about checking in to make sure our trip was perfect.
